On a déjà cherché à remplacer les Jarretières élastiques de forma annulaire. qui provoquant les arrêta dans la oiroula- tion du sang et les varices si gênantes, par des organes de support des bas constitués par un ruban placé autour du dos et des hanches. Dans ces appareils, les Jarretelles proprement dites sont suspendues des ceintures étroites, maintenant assemblées les extrémités de ces Jarretelles, et qui entourent le ventre par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce en caoutchouc, ou bien qui s'appliquent s'appliquent obliquement sur le ventre ou se croisant sur lui. La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à ces inconvénients de la façon suivante. Celles des extrémités des rubans entourant le dos et les hanches, qui portent les Jarre- telles, sont suspendues par devant sur le haut des ouïsses.
