Dispositif d'actionnement de benne basculante.
@ La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'actionnement des bennes basculantes pour véhicules tels que les véhicules automobiles par exemple .
L'invention a spécialement pour but d'établir un dispositif d'actionnement d'une construction particulièrement robuste et permettant un basoulage très rapide de la benne.
A cet effet le dispositif est constitué par une roue dentée calée sur un arbre moteur fixe actionné par exemple par une manivelle et engrenant une crémaillère connectée d'autre part à des ferrures fixées à. la partie inférieure de la benne basculante ; les dites ferrures sont renforcées par des tiants fixés d'autre part au chassis mobile de la benne de façon à constituer un système triangulé indéformable sous l'effort de traction exercé par la crémaillère susmentionnée.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse et représentée au dessin , la benne repose sur un chassis pourvu d'un axe pivotant sur des plaques supports fixées à un faux châssis maintenu sur le châssis

du véhicule . Le chassis solidaire de la benne est pourvu à sa partie inférieure d'un système triangulé comportant deux ferrures verticales renforcées par des tirants et à la partie inférieure duquel est pivotée une crémaillère engrenée d'autre part par la roue dentée supportée par un carter fixe et entraînée par un arbre moteur pourvu d'une manivelle de manoeuvre .
Les avantages et caractéristiques de l'invention ressortiront de la description du déssin annexé à titre d'exemple .

Suivant l'exemple représenté , la benne 1 est solidaire d'un châssis constitué par des longerons 2 supportant vers l'une de leurs extrémités un arbre 5 autour duquel la benne 1 pourra pivoter .
Les extrémités de cet arbre 5 sont supportées par des plaques 4 qui sont fixées par des moyens appropriés aux longerons 5 d'un faux châssis qui est fixé par des boulons ou tout autre dispositif aux longerons 6 du châssis du véhicule ; ainsi qu'il est bien connu il est prévu entre les longerons 5 et 6 des pièces de bois 7
Afin dtassurer le pivotement de la benne , l'une des traverses 8 disposée sous celle-ci est pourvue de ferrures 9 auxquelles sont fixés des tirants 10 réunis d'autre part par des moyens appropriés aux longerons 2 du châssis supportant la benne 1.
Les ferrures 9 et les tirants 10 constituent ainsi un système triangulé à l'extrémité inférieure duquel est

pivotée une crémaillère 11 autour d'un axe 12 supporté par les ferrures 9 ; cette crémaillère 11 traverse d'autre part un carter fixe 13 supporté par une traverse 14 réunissant les longerons 5 , à l'intérieur du dit carter se trouve disposée une roue dentée 14 engrenant avec la crémaillère 11 et qui est calée sur un arbre 15 pourvu d'une manivelle 16.
Il est compréhensible que par cette disposition l'actionnement de la manivelle 16 suivant un mouvement de rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre , aura pour effet d'assurer le basculement de la benne 1 tandis que la manoeuvre en sens inverse ramènera celle-ci dans sa posi- tion normale ; dans cette position , la benne repose d'une part par l'axe 5 sur les plaques support 4 et dtautre part par sa partie antérieure contre des plaques 17 fixées aux longerons 5 et sur un fer cornière 18 réunissant les plaqués 17 fixées respectivement sur les deux longerons 5.
Il est compréhensible que l'on pourra prévoir tout dispositif approprié bien connu pour immobiliser la benne dans une position inclinée quelconque .
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas strictement limitée à la construction représentée au dessin et que celle-ci pourrait subir certaines-modifications sans sortir du cadre de l'invention .

The ends of this shaft 5 are supported by plates 4 which are fixed by suitable means to the side members 5 of a subframe which is fixed by bolts or any other device to the side members 6 of the vehicle chassis; as is well known it is provided between the side members 5 and 6 of the pieces of wood 7
In order to ensure the pivoting of the bucket, one of the crossbars 8 placed under the latter is provided with fittings 9 to which are fixed tie rods 10 joined together by suitable means to the side members 2 of the frame supporting the bucket 1.
