Multiple packaging system, especially for consumable products, particularly food products, in particular of the mollusc type

The present invention relates to a packaging system for consumables including food including a double container of multiple and diverse functionality, including a first outer container, which is composed of a body extending from a bottom and enclosing an interior space, and which is provided with a neck with a filling opening.

With the world of consumption in which we currently live, the problem of environmental pollution engendered by the sometimes savage consumption of all kinds of products, especially with high added value, such as shellfish with their scented carcasses or even luxury. It can also be common perishable food, such as a simple sandwich and their accompaniments or fruits for example that after their consumption can bring his share of waste such as stones, dirty towel, leftover bread, packing food, disposable cutlery.

The authorities are often overwhelmed with the damaging consequence of a landscape of desolation in our cities and countryside, which are too frequently invaded by these unauthorized deposits of waste, to the point that it has become a real scourge.

In the case of fresh products, such as seafood such as mussels for example, with the current situation, the shells and remnants of the cooking juices of the molds emit foul smells in garbage cans, whether domestic or industrial in nature. regarding restaurants.

This last point is not to be overlooked, in that the smells attract hungry animals including wild birds, pigeons, seagulls, and even rats that are carriers of many diseases. This is therefore a public health problem.

Certainly, there are elements of packaging providing a beginning of solution to these problems, without however satisfying the expectation in this regard. This is particularly the case for the device disclosed in the document ES-2308947 A1, which provides a shellfish packaging promised to contribute to further increase the pollutant load of waste left by their consumption, without providing means to remedy it.

The same applies to the device disclosed in the document WO 03/013279 A2 and A3, describing a process for the preparation of seafood, while also failing to provide means to remedy the pollution caused by the consumption of these and the carcasses left. This is and still is the case for the packaging device disclosed in NL-9400391-A, which still provides a shellfish package without providing means for removing the shells remaining after consumption thereof.

WO 87/02965 A1 discloses a package in the form of a double container for consumables such as meat of fish, poultry or vegetables, said package comprising an inner container in the form of a flexible plastic bag. The said document makes no mention of the use of waste disposal means.

US 6243936 B1 discloses a package in the form of a double container for consumables such as drugs, said package comprising a single-piece inner container. The said document makes no mention of the use of waste disposal means.

US 3550803 discloses a package in the form of a double container for consumables such as cosmetic compositions, said package comprising a one-piece plastic inner container. In addition, the said document also makes no mention of the use of waste disposal means.

There is therefore a serious gap in environmental management that needs to be addressed through actions that contribute to living in a cleaner environment. To make one's home or work environment cleaner is to keep the carrier animals and peddlers away from germs that are responsible for many diseases.

The present invention aims to remedy the problem indicated above. For this purpose, it is proposed according to the present invention a packaging system for consumables including food including a double container of contrasting functionality, one as a primary packaging of consumables valued mainly fresh products of short conservation, such as only seafood; the other as a waste bin as a temporary disposable buffer. The double container is remarkable in that a second removable inner container is arranged therein, in the interior space thereof, which is intended to temporarily receive said consumable products and to be removed for their consumption thereof , the outer container being adapted to receive said products after their consumption following removal from said inner container in which they are initially contained, so as to form a waste tank as a disposable buffer secondary packaging after closure as a temporary trash. In this regard, the removable inner container only temporarily receives said consumable products and is removed from the outer container after consumption thereof, while the outer container receives said products after consumption following removal from said inner container in which they are initially contained, being an integrated disposable packaging system and trash all-in-one.

Thus, the packaging system is such that the inner packaging can contain the aforementioned perishable foodstuffs and the outer packaging will serve as garbage can as said cores, leftover bread, food packaging, disposable cutlery, even even used towels.

Thanks to the packaging system according to the present invention, it is possible to significantly reduce environmental pollution in that the outer packaging can systematically be used as trash waste of what has been contained by the inner packaging. More generally, the outer packaging will be used to receive polluting waste products contained in the inner packaging after use thereof. It may even be non-food items such as electric batteries or baby diapers.

According to a basic embodiment of the device according to the invention, the inner and outer containers are slidably arranged to slide one into the other.

The present invention relates in particular to a double-pack device for the molds with recovery of the outer packaging to receive the empty shells and contain them hermetically without letting escape nauseating odors and liquids.

It is a packaging to condition the molds during the sale but will also serve to recover the mussel shells. The packaging consists of two separate packages, one coming into the other. The outer container is a plastic container but can also be another material that can be decorated. It is a circular container with a height that can vary between 20 and 40 centimeters. Its diameter at the base is 12 to 14 centimeters maximum. Its diameter will generally be constant but if in some cases the container takes more specific forms such as for example the shape of a mold shell, the diameter will not be constant. The container is equipped with a screw cap but it can also be equipped with a hermetic adhesive closure system that does not let any odor and no liquid. It can be equipped with a small plastic strap for easy transport and especially to carry several at a time in one hand.

The inner container is a cylindrically shaped plastic that measures between 18 and 39 centimeters in height and 10 to 12 cm wide which contains the molds in a medium adapted to their good preservation and which is perfectly hermetic. This inner container is slid into the outer container for marketing.

Once removed from the outer container, the inner container is opened and the molds are cooked while the outer container, larger and provided with a plug, will be placed on the table to recover the empty shells. Once full, the cap is screwed and the whole is hermetic and can go either in a shells treatment center or in the trash without foul odor and without leaking liquid.
