Abstract

The aim is to install a collective fall protection (railing) on structures in walls that can be quickly installed and removed without causing additional risks. The handrail system consists of a handrail anchor and a handrail post. The handrail anchor is bricked in. The railing post is fixed on the railing anchor after the brickwork has hardened. The anchoring of the handrail anchor in the brickwork, and the attachment of the handrail post to the handrail anchor, is characterized by the speed of execution, and this in a safe manner.

Description

10 ) minimaal is.

Title: The handrail anchor and the handrail post as a temporary handrail in the construction of buildings.

  Description of the invention.

The handrail system consists of two parts.

  - The handrail anchor: It guarantees the connection between the brickwork and the handrail post. The handrail anchor is made of stainless steel. This choice of materials guarantees a sturdy stainless steel anchor. It is insensitive to the effects of cement and water and can therefore be kept much better pure. It guarantees the connection between the brickwork and the railing post. The handrail anchor is bricked in before the handrail post is attached to it.

  - the handrail post The handrail post slides over the handrail anchor. The shelf holders are provided on the stand. The handrail upright can model, but the attachment is always the same.

Use and application of the handrail anchor and the handrail upright For cementing in, a concrete screw sleeve vemo type 1140 is screwed completely onto the threaded rod (see item no. 17). The handrail anchor is then placed on the facing brick in such a way that the bush (see item no. 15) comes against the brickwork and the threaded rod extends into the inner wall.

By placing the bush completely against the facing brick and sliding the sliding piece (piece no. 16) completely against the bush, the plate (piece no.14) of the anchor arm (piece no. 13) sits in the longitudinal joint of the parement. The threaded rod with the concrete screw sleeve is then bricked in the rear joint of the inner cavity leaf. The anchor arm ensures that the connecting piece (piece no. 09) cannot rotate. After bricklaying and hardening at a height, the handrail can be mounted on the handrail anchor. The handrail slides over the handrail anchor against the sliding piece. The connecting pin (item no. 19) ensures that both the handrail upright and the anchor arm of the handrail anchor cannot slide backwards and rotation is no longer possible.

The snapper (part no. 12) engages in the anchor arm so that the play between the connecting piece (part no. 09) and support piece 4 (part no. 10) is minimal. Disassembly of the handrail is done by removing the anchor pin and sliding the handrail off the handrail anchor. When removing the handrail support, the sliding part of the handrail anchor can slide freely backwards (away from the wall) up to the stop (item no. 18). The plate on the anchor arm comes from the joint of the parement, so that a rotating movement is possible. The concrete screw sleeve remains in the masonry when the handrail anchor is unscrewed.

Claims (1)

Conclusion The handrail anchor and the handrail allows a temporary handrail to be placed in a safe and fast manner. The way in which the connection of the railing to the load-bearing wall is established is unique due to its construction and its method of execution.
