Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an artificial climbing structure in prefabricated p5nrea-x.
To date, the only known and used techniques consist in creating the artificial climbing structure: - either by spraying concrete on an existing or specially built wall; - either by mounting bricks, or any other material such as concrete block; - either by superposition of rocks, boulders. * .; - either by creating a traditional, wooden, or metallic wall, to which artificial reliefs have been reported.
These different techniques, generally used piecemeal, on demand, often with the intervention of a designer (architect, prime contractor, etc.), have many drawbacks, among which we cite the most important: + work carried out on space (long and random site) + final location, due to foundations
+ Difficulties in setting up
+ irremovability of the work due to its sealing; + monotony in the reliefs
+ high cost price.
The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks, in particular by being much more economical to build thanks to the possibility of mass production.
modulable, donc extensible;
≈transportable;
≈interchangeable;
≈mise en place rapide.In addition, according to this device, the climbing wall, while retaining qualities of solidity and longevity, has the following positive aspects
modular, therefore expandable;
≈transportable;
≈ interchangeable;
RapideQuick installation.
The originality of the artificial climbing structure, object of this patent, lies in its design in prefabricated panels in series according to dimensions which will vary depending on the support provided (example: length 4 meters, width I, 50 meters). The future user will be able to acquire as many desired panels, depending on the desired result and the existing support or to be created. To allow interchangeability and future extensions of the climbing mor, the panels can be juxtaposed.
By this process, it is entirely possible to double the total height of the wall, by overlapping the panels.
La structure artificielle d'escalade est composée de panneaux préfabri qués construits soit par moulage, soit par projection, soit par coffrage...The artificial climbing structure is made up of prefabricated panels constructed either by molding, by projection, or by formwork ...
de tous types de matériaux tels cue béton, résine, etc...of all types of materials such as concrete, resin, etc.
The general appearance of the structure presents all possible forms concave, convex, flat, or mixed, thanks to the cotiception of the panels.
The front face (figure I): it is the sculpted face which allows climbing.
This sculpture is done before the base material (I) is dry, manually and / or mechanically: cracks, sheets, overhang, ledges ...
toutes formes de prises (2).all forms of sockets (2).
Thanks to this sculpture, we obtain a structure very close to nature by infinitely varying the degrees of climbing difficulties.
The rear face of each prefabricated panel (Figure 2) has two reinforcing ribs (3) where there are housings (4) allowing all forms of attachment. These housings facilitate rapid fixing of the panels on an existing structure such as a villa wall, building wall, retaining wall, bridge pier, etc. or else on a metal or wooden structure, of the scaffolding type.
On the other hand, housings (5) are made to allow the panels to be juxtaposed vertically.
Depending on the layout of the existing support or to be created, the overall design of the artificial climbing structure in prefabricated panels can be envisaged with many variants: linear wall, wall in the shape of an "S or serpent, pyramid, parallelepiped, circle , etc ..., while permanently retaining the subsequent possibilities of extension and modularity.
The design of the artificial climbing structure in prefabricated panels has the great other advantage that is perfectly achievable in small, medium or large series, in the factory, with the inevitable consequence of the significant drop in cost price. In fact, only the finish, that is to say the sculpture, remains personalized and punctual, the bulk of the structure being able to be produced industrially, using molds, shaped supports, formwork, projectile and all other materials. ,
What makes the invention original and interesting compared to existing processes
The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the sports field as a training wall in ltesc-lade.
