La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de présentation.
Depuis bien longtemps les vendeurs, en particulier les vendeurs de vêtement et de maroquinerie, sont confrontés à un double problème qui consiste en ce que, d'une part, leurs marchandises restent présentables et gardent un aspect neuf, et d'autre part, leur clientèle puisse manipuler les articles en toute liberté.
Bien souvent les vendeurs concèdent au client le droit de manipuler les articles au risque que ceux-ci se détériorent rapidement, perdant ainsi leur valeur marchande. De plus, les clients, après avoir manipulé l'article, ne le remettent pas toujours dans le bon ordre. Les étalages se remplissent ainsi d'articles défraîchis et mal rangés ce qui peut nuire à l'image de marque du magasin.
L'invention a pour but de présenter une solution à ce problème, qui permette de conserver l'intégrité des marchandises, tout en autorisant la clientèle à manipuler les articles en vente.
Pour résoudre le problème, il est prévu suivant l'invention un dispositif de présentation comprenant une barre pourvue d'au moins un moyen de fixation permettant de fixer ladite barre en porte-à-faux sur un support fixe et une pièce modèle pourvue d'une perforation par laquelle elle peut être suspendue à ladite barre, un premier moyen de retenue étant prévu sur la longueur de ladite barre destiné à empêcher le décrochage de la pièce modèle. Ladite invention permet donc de continuer de proposer à la manipulation un modèle d'article en vente. Ce

modèle d'article étant exclusivement destiné à la manipulation.
De plus, ladite barre permet de suspendre des articles similaires au modèle exposé, mais emballés et réservés à la vente, de manière à ce que le client achète toujours un article neuf et non défraîchi par diverses manipulations.
Selon une forme de réalisation préférentielle, des dispositifs de présentation, suivant l'invention, ladite barre comprend un second moyen de retenue délimitant par rapport au premier moyen de retenue une zone de liberté de glissement de la pièce mobile et présente une zone d'extrémité opposée au support fixe, qui est incliné vers le haut. De même, cette zone d'extrémité opposée au support fixe pourrait aussi être incurvée vers le haut.
D'autre part, la fourniture des articles en libre service, tels que proposés dans la plupart des magasins, présente un inconvénient majeur qui est le risque de vol./1 est en fait aisé de plier un vêtement ou un article de maroquinerie pour ensuite le dissimuler dans une poche ou sous un pull.
Cette invention a pour but de solutionner ce problème de vol en proposant un dispositif de présentation comprenant une barre pourvue au moins de moyens de fixation permettant de fixer ladite barre en porte-à-faux sur un support fixe, un emballage de pièce pourvu de moyens d'accrochage par lequel il peut être suspendu à ladite barre et une pièce conditionnée dans l'emballage garantissant l'intégrité de ladite pièce, ainsi qu'un élément de matière rigide agencé de manière à empêcher un pliage de ladite pièce sur une distance au moins égale aux dimensions dudit élément de matière rigide.
Cette invention permet de diminuer le risque de vol en rendant le pliage de, par exemple, un article de confection ou de maroquinerie difficile. La taille de l'article restant identique, le voleur aura d'autant plus de mal à le dissimuler à la vigilance du vendeur.

Selon une forme de réalisation préférentielle du dispositif suivant l'invention, l'élément de matière rigide est fait de matière magnétique afin de le rendre détectable aux systèmes antivol placés à l'entrée du magasin, qui réagissent à un champ magnétique localisé.
D'autres formes de réalisation de l'invention sont indiquées dans les revendications annexées.
De plus, d'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre non limitatif et avec référence aux dessins annexés.

Si l'on fait référence à la figure 1, le dispositif de présentation comprend une barre 1 pouvant être fabriquée en une matière rigide, par exemple, en métal, inoxydable ou non, en matière plastique dure, en bois,... Cette barre est pourvue de moyens de fixation 2 permettant de fixer ladite barre en porte-à-faux sur un support fixe qui peut être un mur ou comme dans ce cas-ci, un support métallique directement vissé au mur 3, placé horizontalement sur lequel vient se fixer la barre grâce à des moyens de fixation. Le dispositif de présentation comprend aussi une pièce modèle 4 pouvant être un vêtement, ou comme dans ce cas-ci, un accessoire de maroquinerie, plus précisément un portefeuille.
Celui-ci est muni dans ce cas-ci d'une perforation 5 renforcée par un anneau métallique ou plastique, de cuir, qui évite au portefeuille de se déchirer.

Le portefeuille suspendu par sa perforation pourra donc être manipulé en toute liberté par le client. Afin d'éviter que le client ne détache le portefeuille de la barre, un premier moyen de retenue est prévu sur la longueur de ladite barre, dans ce cas-ci, le premier moyen de retenue 6 est un écrou vissé sur la barre en son extrémité, sur lequel un capuchon a été placé, masquant l'écrou, de manière à garantir l'esthétique du dispositif de présentation. De plus, un second moyen de retenue 7 peut prendre place sur la barre de manière à délimiter une région de glissement de la pièce modèle. Ce système permet au client de trouver toujours la pièce modèle dans une zone proche de l'extrémité opposée du support fixe.
En outre, la barre possède une zone d'extrémité opposée au support fixe, qui est inclinée vers le haut, de manière à faciliter le glissement de la pièce modèle lors de sa manipulation par un client. De même, la zone d'extrémité, opposée au support fixe, pourra tout aussi bien être incurvée vers le haut.
Il est bien entendu que nous pouvons suspendre par exemple un emballage muni de moyens d'accrochage à ladite barre par exemple une boîte en plastique rigide pouvant contenir une pièce destinée à la vente.
La figure 2 illustre une forme de réalisation possible d'un dispositif de présentation comprenant une barre pourvue au moins d'un moyen de fixation permettant de fixer ladite barre en porte-à-faux sur un support fixe. Cette barre permet de suspendre au moins une pièce emballée 8 de confection ou de maroquinerie, par exemple un vêtement, un sac, une ceinture, un porte-monnaie, dans ce cas-ci un portefeuille, de manière à garantir leur intégrité par exemple en l'emballant entre deux feuilles de plastiques transparent soudées ensemble aux quatre coins, ou dans un sac en plastique, de papier, de tissu ou de cuir, l'emballage 9 étant muni de moyens d'accrochage 10 à ladite barre, tel qu'un crochet, une pince...

Il est bien entendu que ladite barre pourrait être pourvue d'une pièce modèle pourvue d'une perforation par laquelle elle peut être suspendue à ladite barre ainsi que des moyens de retenue destinés à empêcher le décrochage de la pièce modèle tel que décrit plus haut.
La pièce emballée est une pièce similaire à la pièce modèle mais destinée à être vendue, son emballage lui garantissant qu'elle ne sera pas manipulée par les client. De plus, la pièce comprend un élément de matière rigide 11, par exemple en métal magnétique, de manière à être reconnu par les systèmes de détection électromagnétiques, ou en plastique, bois, carton, ou tout métal non magnétique. Ledit élément de matière rigide permettant d'empêcher le pliage de ladite pièce sur une distance au moins égale aux dimensions dudit élément de matière rigide. Cet élément de matière rigide pouvant avoir une forme de barre ou de plaque. Dans ce cas-ci, la barre placée en oblique dans la pièce emballée empêche un voleur de plier l'emballage et la pièce pour ensuite la cacher dans sa poche ou dans un sac.
Par l'encombrement de l'emballage et de la pièce, il devient excessivement difficile pour un voleur de dissimuler une pièce emballée à l'attention du vendeur.

The present invention relates to a presentation device.
For a long time sellers, in particular sellers of clothing and leather goods, have been confronted with a double problem which consists in that, on the one hand, their goods remain presentable and keep a new appearance, and on the other hand, their customers can handle the items freely.
Very often the sellers concede to the customer the right to handle the articles at the risk that they deteriorate quickly, thus losing their market value. In addition, customers, after handling the item, do not always put it back in the right order. The displays thus fill up with faded and poorly stored items which can damage the store's brand image.
The invention aims to present a solution to this problem, which makes it possible to preserve the integrity of the goods, while allowing customers to handle the items for sale.
To solve the problem, there is provided according to the invention a presentation device comprising a bar provided with at least one fixing means making it possible to fix said bar in cantilever on a fixed support and a model part provided with a perforation through which it can be suspended from said bar, a first retaining means being provided along the length of said bar intended to prevent the stall of the model part. Said invention therefore makes it possible to continue to offer for manipulation a model of article for sale. This

This invention makes it possible to reduce the risk of theft by making folding, for example, an article of clothing or leather goods difficult. The size of the article remaining identical, the thief will find it all the more difficult to conceal it from the seller's vigilance.
