DESCRIPTION
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

DESCRIPTION
INTERCONNECTED ROTARY SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED SUSPENSION
FOR BABY LANDAU
The present invention relates to an interconnected rotary system with integrated suspension for a baby carriage.
Several rotary wheel systems with suspension are already known, normally making use of four front wheels, two on each block to maintain balance and functioning as a single wheel while being completely independent.
There are also rotary systems with single wheels, but also completely independent.
The present invention aims to authorize the use of only two wheels with interconnected steering.
This new system will allow the use of larger wheels, increasing the comfort of the baby and the user, handling the seat becoming easier.
The wheels are fixed to the front members of the chassis and are fixed on blocks.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The blocks are fixed in the parts serving as chassis, said blocks being interconnected by a rod with two points of rotation, interlocking the two front wheels.
The present invention is illustrated by a set of drawings which form part of the present description and which show, by way of illustration and without limitation, a preferred embodiment, in which: FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a baby seat with the system according to the present invention. Figure 2 shows a detailed schematic view of the rotary system according to the present invention. Figure 3 shows a detailed view of a wheel support block. Figure 4 shows a schematic view with details of the optional wheel lock system.
Figure 1 shows a baby carriage where (A) forms the handle of the carriage, (Z) the support and articulation of the front and rear members, (7) the front member of the chassis and (1) a larger wheel size than those used so far.
FIG. 2 schematically shows the interconnected rotary system according to the invention, in
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
which the front members of the chassis (7) support at (X) the suspension blocks (2) of the wheels (1).
In (X) are also supported the connection pieces (8), in which also adapts the reinforcement bar (4) of the chassis.
The suspension blocks (2) also include the points of rotation (Y), which serve as support for the rod (3) ensuring the interconnection of the wheel locking (1).
Figure 3 shows a section through a suspension block (2) with a suspension spring (5).
Figure 4 shows a section of the front member of the chassis (7), inside which a connection can act at (Z) to lock the wheel (1) using the sliding spring device (6).
This blocking system can be operated manually.
