Le fauteuil selon l'invention comporte une assise, un dossier et deux accoudoirs, le dossier étant monté pivotant sur l'assise, les deux accoudoirs étant montés pivotants sur le dossier tandis que des butées sont prévues pour limiter le pivotement des accoudoirs dans leur position d'utilisation, fauteuil caractérisé en ce que chaque butée est montée pivotante sur l'axe de pivotement de son accoudoir sur le dossier et est solidaire de l'un des côtés d'une structure à parallélogramme déformable dont deux des autres côtés adjacents sont constitués par une partie du dossier et par une partie de l'assise.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le côté de la structure à parallélogramme déformable solidaire de la butée est constitué par une première biellette montée pivotante sur une seconde biellette, ces deux biellettes constituant la structure à parallélogramme déformable avec la partie d'assise et la partie de dossier.
L'invention est représentée à titre d'exemple non limitatif sur les dessins ci-joints dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective de l'ossature d'un fauteuil conforme à l'invention, - la figure 2 est une coupe schématique suivant A-A de la figure 1, - la figure 3 est une vue de dessous de la figure 2.

Le fauteuil de l'invention est plus particulièrement destiné à constituer un fauteuil de relaxation de grand confort, dont le dossier peut être incliné par l'utilisateur alors que les accoudoirs qui suivent le mouvement de pivotement du dossier, sont maintenus dans une orientation déterminée par rapport à l'assise.
Sur la figure 1 ci-jointe, le fauteuil n'a été représenté que par son ossature, les rembourrages et autres garnitures étant sans intérêt dans la présente description.
Ce fauteuil comprend une assise 1 sur laquelle le dossier 2 est monté pivotant par l'intermédiaire d'un axe de pivotement 3.
Les deux accoudoirs 4 sont montés pivotants sur le dossier 2 par l'intermédiaire d'axes 5.
Le réglage de l'inclinaison du dossier 2 est obtenu à l'aide d'un vérin du type à gaz et ressort 6, disposé entre l'assise et le dossier et qui est commandé par l'utilisateur du fauteuil, par l'intermédiaire d'un câble 7.
L'assise 1 pourra elle-même être montée d'inclinaison réglable sur le piétement 8 par un second vérin de même type.
Les deux accoudoirs 4 sont montés à pivotement sur le dossier 2 par l'intermédiaire de leurs axes 5 afin de pouvoir se placer soit dans une position d'utilisation comme représenté sur la figure 1, soit dans une position relevée et permettre ainsi un accès latéral aisé au fauteuil.
La position d'utilisation des accoudoirs 4 est déterminée par des butées 9. Ces butées 9 sont solidaires de l'un des côtés d'un parallélogramme déformable qui relie les accoudoirs à l'assise 1.
Suivant l'exemple représenté, ce côté de l'accoudoir est constitué par une première biellette 10 solidaire d'une butée 9 et sur laquelle est montée articulée

une seconde biellette 11 elle-même articulée par son autre extrémité sur l'assise 1.
Ces deux biellettes 10 et 11 forment, avec les parties 11 de l'assise et 21 du dossier qui pivotent l'une sur l'autre par l'axe 3, un parallélogramme déformable qui maintient les butées 9 et donc les accoudoirs 4 suivant une même orientation par rapport à l'assise 1, ces accoudoirs 4 étant cependant relevables par pivotement suivant les axes 5.
Comme représenté sur les dessins, l'axe de pivotement 5 des accoudoirs, traverse à pivotement et de part en part le dossier, les butées 9 et les biellettes 10 étant solidaires de cet axe.
Cette disposition permet éventuellement de ne mettre en oeuvre qu'une seule structure à parallélogramme déformable.
Comme représenté, les butées 9 sont situées à l'opposé de biellettes 10 par rapport à l'axe 5, tandis que la biellette 11 prolonge l'assise 1 au-delà de l'axe de pivotement 3 du dossier sur l'assise.
Du fait de cette disposition, la seconde biellette 11 est disposée derrière l'ossature du dossier 21 afin de pouvoir être incorporée dans sa garniture.
Suivant l'exemple représenté sur les dessins, deux des côtés du parallélogramme déformable sont constitués par les biellettes 10 et 11.
Suivant une autre disposition, on pourra cependant envisager de remplacer la biellette 11 par une crémaillère, cette crémaillère engrenant avec un pignon remplaçant la biellette 10. Dans ce cas, ce pignon sera solidaire de l'axe 5 et des butées 9.
Une telle disposition plus onéreuse permettra d'augmenter la solidité du montage des accoudoirs tout en réduisant les jeux.

The armchair of the invention is more particularly intended to constitute a very comfortable relaxation armchair, the back of which can be tilted by the user while the armrests which follow the pivoting movement of the back, are held in an orientation determined by report to the seat.
In Figure 1 attached, the chair has only been represented by its frame, the padding and other fittings being irrelevant in this description.
This chair comprises a seat 1 on which the backrest 2 is pivotally mounted by means of a pivot axis 3.
The two armrests 4 are pivotally mounted on the backrest 2 by means of pins 5.
The adjustment of the inclination of the backrest 2 is obtained by means of a cylinder of the gas and spring type 6, disposed between the seat and the backrest and which is controlled by the user of the chair, through a cable 7.
The seat 1 may itself be mounted with an adjustable inclination on the base 8 by a second cylinder of the same type.
The two armrests 4 are pivotally mounted on the backrest 2 via their axes 5 so as to be able to be placed either in a position of use as shown in FIG. 1, or in a raised position and thus allow lateral access easy to chair.
The position of use of the armrests 4 is determined by stops 9. These stops 9 are integral with one of the sides of a deformable parallelogram which connects the armrests to the seat 1.
According to the example shown, this side of the armrest is constituted by a first link 10 secured to a stop 9 and on which is articulated

a second link 11 itself articulated by its other end on the seat 1.
These two rods 10 and 11 form, with the parts 11 of the seat and 21 of the backrest which pivot one on the other by the axis 3, a deformable parallelogram which maintains the stops 9 and therefore the armrests 4 according to a same orientation relative to the seat 1, these armrests 4 however being liftable by pivoting along the axes 5.
As shown in the drawings, the pivot axis 5 of the armrests crosses pivotally and right through the backrest, the stops 9 and the links 10 being integral with this axis.
This arrangement optionally makes it possible to use only one structure with a deformable parallelogram.
As shown, the stops 9 are located opposite the links 10 relative to the axis 5, while the link 11 extends the seat 1 beyond the pivot axis 3 of the backrest on the seat.
Because of this arrangement, the second link 11 is disposed behind the backrest frame 21 so that it can be incorporated into its lining.
According to the example shown in the drawings, two of the sides of the deformable parallelogram consist of the rods 10 and 11.
According to another arrangement, it is however possible to consider replacing the link 11 with a rack, this rack meshing with a pinion replacing the link 10. In this case, this pinion will be integral with the axis 5 and the stops 9.
Such a more expensive arrangement will increase the solidity of the mounting of the armrests while reducing the play.
