Dispositif d'accrochage d'une réglette ou analogue, au bord d'un récipient.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de support d'une réglette ou analogue en position sensiblement verticale dans un récipient.
Lorsqu'un mélange dans des proportions déterminées doit être effectué dans un récipient, par exemple le mélange de différents ingrédients rentrant dans la composition d'une peinture, en particulier en carrosserie, il est connu d'utiliser une réglette graduée posée sur le fond du récipient, et portant des graduations telles que l'utilisateur sait, pour chaque ingrédient successif, à quelle graduation il doit amener le niveau des matières dans le récipient, pour que les proportions soient correctement respectées.
Ces réglettes ne font pas partie de l'invention, et ne sont pas décrites plus en détail.
L'objet de l'invention est de fournir un support pour une telle réglette, permettant de la soutenir en position dans le récipient, de façon à libérer les mains de l'utilisateur.
Selon l'invention, cet objet est atteint en fournissant un dispositif de support qui s'accroche par une face au bord du récipient, et qui reçoit la réglette à coulissement longitudinal sur l'autre face.
Un but de l'invention est donc de fournir un dispositif d'accrochage d'une réglette ou analogue au bord d'un récipient, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps portant sur une face un organe d'accrochage de la réglette à coulissement longitudinal par rapport au dispositif de support, sur l'autre face, un organe d'appui destiné à s'appuyer contre la face externe du récipient, et un organe de soutien destiné à reposer sur le bord supérieur du récipient, et reliant l'organe d'appui au corps.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'organe d'accrochage est constitué de deux logements

parallèles, opposés, ouverts à chaque extrémité longitudinale, susceptibles de recevoir à coulissement les bords longitudinaux opposés de la réglette.
Selon une autre caractéristique, l'organe d'appui est constitué de deux pattes longitudinales successives, reliées au corps par ledit organe de soutien, et reliées entre elles par un second organe de soutien, les organes de soutien ayant la forme d'épaulements ayant une profondeur différente, pour s'adapter à des largeurs de bords différentes.

En se reportant plus particulièrement à la figure 1, on y voit le dispositif de support 1 de l'invention, en position sur un pot à peinture 2, et soutenant une réglette 3, tandis qu'un liquide est versé dans le pot 2, à partir d'un second pot 2'.
Comme indiqué ci-dessus, la réglette 3 coulisse librement dans le dispositif de support 1, et repose donc sur le fond du récipient, de sorte que ses graduations constituent des repères de niveau à partir dudit fond.
En se reportant au dessin, le dispositif de support de l'invention comprend un corps 10 portant sur une face un organe d'accrochage (11, 11'), pour retenir à coulissement une réglette.
A la face opposée du corps 10, se raccorde un organe

d'accrochage à un pot, comprenant deux épaulements 13,13' et deux pattes 12,12' (aux figures 2,3, 5 et 6). Les épaulements 13,13'sont destinés à reposer sur le bord supérieur du récipient (comme on le voit en figure 1), tandis que les pattes 12,12'sont destinées à prendre appui sur la face extérieure du récipient.
Ce mode de réalisation à deux pattes et deux épaulements constitue un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, dans lequel l'épaulement 13 moins large et la patte 12 sont prévus pour accrocher le dispositif sur un bord supérieur étroit d'un récipient, par exemple le bord d'un pot à peinture ouvert à l'ouvre-boîte, du côté du fond, tandis que l'épaulement 13'plus large et la patte 12'sont prévus pour accrocher le dispositif sur le bord supérieur plus large d'un pot à peinture classique à couvercle, comme on le voit en figure 1.
Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 2, le support stable est assuré du fait que la paroi latérale du récipient est intercalée entre la patte 12,12'd'une part, et la réglette 3 d'autre part.
Dans la variante de la figure 3, cet effet est déjà assuré, au moins en partie, par la disposition en crochet du corps 10 et des pattes 12,12'.
Dans la variante simplifiée de la figure 4, le dispositif ne comprend qu'un épaulement 13 et une patte 12. L'épaulement 13 correspondra de préférence ici à l'épaulement plus large, pour pouvoir s'adapter au bord standard d'un récipient ; Lorsqu'il sera posé sur un bord étroit, ce dispositif sera alors bien sûr moins stable, et est pour cette raison moins préféré.
Le dispositif représenté à la figure 1 comprend encore une nervure 14 de raidissement. Cette nervure est utile pour renforcer le dispositif vis-à-vis d'une flexion, particulièrement lorsque le dispositif est réalisé dans une matière flexible, ou encore avec une faible épaisseur, mais elle ne constitue pas une caractéristique de l'invention.
Enfin, la variante de la figure 6 présente un organe

d'accrochage 11, 11'adapté à une réglette de section circulaire.
Selon l'invention, l'organe d'accrochage doit permettre à la réglette de coulisser longitudinalement par rapport au dispositif, pour qu'elle puisse venir s'appuyer sur le fond du récipient ; il doit également empêcher la réglette de pivoter de manière substantielle par rapport au dispositif de support, pour que l'ensemble soit suffisamment stable.
Les modes de réalisation des figures 5 et 6 constituent des exemples d'organes d'accrochage remplissant ces fonctions, mais d'autres modes de réalisation apparaîtront facilement à l'homme du métier.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux mode de réalisation représentés et décrits, qui n'ont été choisis qu'à titre d'exemple.

The invention relates to a device for supporting a strip or the like in a substantially vertical position in a container.
When a mixture in predetermined proportions must be carried out in a container, for example the mixture of different ingredients used in the composition of a paint, in particular in bodywork, it is known to use a graduated strip placed on the bottom of the container, and carrying graduations such that the user knows, for each successive ingredient, to which graduation he must bring the level of the materials in the container, so that the proportions are correctly respected.
These strips are not part of the invention, and are not described in more detail.
The object of the invention is to provide a support for such a strip, making it possible to support it in position in the container, so as to free the hands of the user.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by providing a support device which hooks on one side to the edge of the container, and which receives the slide bar longitudinally on the other side.
An object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for hooking a strip or the like to the edge of a container, characterized in that it consists of a body carrying on one side a hooking member of the slide bar longitudinally with respect to the support device, on the other side, a support member intended to bear against the external face of the container, and a support member intended to rest on the upper edge of the container, and connecting the support member to the body.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the attachment member consists of two housings

parallel, opposite, open at each longitudinal end, capable of slidingly receiving the opposite longitudinal edges of the strip.
According to another characteristic, the support member consists of two successive longitudinal legs, connected to the body by said support member, and connected to each other by a second support member, the support members having the form of shoulders having a different depth, to adapt to different edge widths.

Referring more particularly to FIG. 1, the support device 1 of the invention is seen there, in position on a paint can 2, and supporting a strip 3, while a liquid is poured into the pot 2, from a second 2 'pot.
As indicated above, the strip 3 slides freely in the support device 1, and therefore rests on the bottom of the container, so that its graduations constitute level marks from said bottom.
Referring to the drawing, the support device of the invention comprises a body 10 carrying on one face a hooking member (11, 11 '), for slidingly retaining a strip.
On the opposite face of the body 10, a member is connected

for hanging on a pot, comprising two shoulders 13,13 'and two legs 12,12' (in Figures 2,3, 5 and 6). The shoulders 13, 13 'are intended to rest on the upper edge of the container (as seen in Figure 1), while the legs 12, 12' are intended to bear on the outer face of the container.
This embodiment with two tabs and two shoulders constitutes a preferred embodiment of the invention, in which the narrower shoulder 13 and the tab 12 are provided for hanging the device on a narrow upper edge of a container, by example the edge of a paint bucket open to the can opener, on the bottom side, while the wider shoulder 13 ′ and the tab 12 ′ are provided for hanging the device on the wider upper edge of a classic paint can with lid, as seen in Figure 1.
In the embodiment of Figure 2, the stable support is ensured by the fact that the side wall of the container is interposed between the tab 12, 12 'on the one hand, and the strip 3 on the other.
In the variant of Figure 3, this effect is already provided, at least in part, by the hook arrangement of the body 10 and the legs 12,12 '.
In the simplified variant of FIG. 4, the device only comprises a shoulder 13 and a tab 12. The shoulder 13 will preferably correspond here to the wider shoulder, in order to be able to adapt to the standard edge of a container. ; When placed on a narrow edge, this device will then of course be less stable, and is therefore less preferred.
The device shown in FIG. 1 also comprises a stiffening rib 14. This rib is useful for reinforcing the device vis-à-vis a bending, particularly when the device is made of a flexible material, or with a small thickness, but it does not constitute a characteristic of the invention.
Finally, the variant of FIG. 6 presents a member

According to the invention, the attachment member must allow the strip to slide longitudinally relative to the device, so that it can come to bear on the bottom of the container; it must also prevent the strip from pivoting substantially relative to the support device, so that the assembly is sufficiently stable.
The embodiments of FIGS. 5 and 6 constitute examples of fastening members fulfilling these functions, but other embodiments will readily appear to those skilled in the art.
