<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>

Cyclic fuel pre-treatment installation especially for use in internal combustion engines.
EMI1.1
Object of the invention
This brief description relates to a patent dealing with a cyclic fuel pretreatment installation, which is electronically operated and specially applied in internal combustion engines. The goal is to enable proper combustion of the fuel and thereby greater engine performance and fewer residues.
The proposed installation revises and improves Spanish patent applications No. 8800293, which relates to an "electronic fuel heating system that relates to fuel heating systems used in internal combustion engines" and no.
9002247, which refers to "improvements of liquid heating systems used in internal combustion engines". Both patent applications cited are from the same applicant and are the result of experience gathered over the years from prototypes installed in different motor vehicles in the EC and Mexico City.
Scope of the invention
The invention has been applied in industries related to internal combustion engines and in particular in automation.
Description of the invention
The cyclic fuel pretreatment installation according to the invention, which is electronically operated and specially used in internal combustion engines, comprises a
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
significant improvement over the current situation.
This is because greater engine performance is achieved with corresponding energy saving benefits. In addition, fewer residues are emitted, which means a significant reduction in pollution.
The entire installation provides the engine with standard fuel which has been improved as the correct type of fuel is supplied if necessary. This is accomplished by two electronically controlled units (which we will call front unit and unit.), Thanks to an energy module, temperature sensors and a computing unit.
The following is a detailed description of the proposed installation:
After filtering the fuel,. it (petrol, petroleum, etc.) is sent to a front unit where it is treated. This front unit is fitted in the hot water hose that runs from the engine to the vehicle. Radiator where the fuel, cold from the tank, is "thermally encapsulated" as the hot water is circulated in a metal base surrounding the fuel line. The base is 88n hose-like copper electrolytic tube through which the fuel flows.
Minerals (ZAMAC) are layered over this pedestal and placed on top of this layer 18 a special type of resistor in the form of a clamp, which provides this "thermal encapsulation".
Afterwards, injected into the outer layer of the upper ganamda front unit, fiber glass-enriched polycarbonate or Noril, which dissolves thermal insulation and prevents da ions from escaping. The same ions will allow the break-up of long hydrocarbons, which will cause greater combustion due to the separation of the many molecules that are formed. In addition, the fuel is gassed at an accelerated rate and then sent to the unit.
On the way to unity, the temperature changes. of the fuel one more time, suitable to be treated with
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
a different heat intensity and with other minerals, as described below: The core of the unit is made of a special resistor, which is enclosed and located in the
EMI3.1
foot pipe, tube over it whole unit which in turn is surrounded by the same insulator as above and together a unit is formed.
Before entering the injection pump (carburettor, nozzle, etc.), the fuel comes into contact with a set of electronic sensors. These sensors send information to the control center.
This control center is specially designed to keep the fuel at a correct temperature based on various Parameters such as fuel type (gasoline, petroleum, gasoil, etc.), engine speed (idle, medium speed, high speed, etc.), cubic measurement and fuel consumption of the vehicle engine in which the system is to be installed ", etc.
The fuel, which has been pretreated but not consumed, is returned to the tank by return circulators and causes a series of reactions to occur which, through continuous application, prevent heavy hydrocarbons or tar from settling on the base.
The installation works correctly thanks to the control center that responds to an electronically driven module, which controls the power of the resistors by connecting and disconnecting them according to the information received from the sensors. In this way, the temperature is always optimal, regardless of its circulation, external temperature or atmospheric pressure.
The system control center has installed safety systems and these are as follows: 1. After motor contact is made, check. it. control center the system, the resistors in operation
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
charging if the engine is on so that the alternator starts charging and the battery is therefore not used.
2. The sensors send information to the control center and the resistors are disconnected by means of the energy module.
3. If fuel leaves the unit and passes through the array of sensors, there is another rearm electronic sensor that breaks the entire system at 200 9 before the fuel is self-igniting.
4. If for some reason the installation is not used, the control center has an on-off switch mechanism with which it can be switched off. In this case, the motor works like any other usual motor.
5. Finally, the control center is equipped with electronic programming which allows the installation to "prepare" the fuel with the engine switched off. This is done using a timer, which is of great thermal value when a cold engine is started.
The control unit is specially designed to maintain the correct fuel temperature, through sensors, and through control of the power module that activates preheating and heating of the fuel units. This 18 is a device located on the front panel of the vehicle or machine and gavcad by the battery of the machine. The technical functions or controls are as follows: A. Eat clocks from the delay of activation of the system to avoid overcharging the battery and excessive consumption of dQ battery. This clocking takes about 30 seconds.
B. Independently checking fuel preheating and heating units depending on the temperatures measured and detected by the sensor.
C. Once the preheater has reached the correct temperature, the system activity delay will be stopped, which will be approximately 2 minutes.
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
D. Checking the heating resistances of the system during the initial clocking after connecting and reporting any malfunction.
E. The facility includes security alarm systems, which report any potentially dangerous malfunction. In particular if there are sensor, energy module, safety thermostat, contact or battery defects. If this happens, the corresponding signal is activated and the installations become inactive to prevent the occurrence of larger defects.
F. The control center has built-in indicator lights that light up if the system is overheated. ap this way, if the temperature of the system increases, the lights 1 to 5 light up, acting as a light code for the operation of the installation.
Accordingly, there is a timer that allows the installation to be pre-programmed.
