Abstract
The device comprises a drum brake (4), mounted on the axis (2) of a pinion(1), connected to the reel shaft, and activated by a control lever (10) bymeans of a ratchet system (8, 9) acting on a piston system (6) controlling alever (5) of the drum brake (4).
