Abstract
The invention relates to a method for extracting a natural detergent and anorganic fertilisation agent or fertiliser from tea seed residue whichcomprises the grinding of the tea seed residue into a powder. After mixingwith water, the saponin and the surface-active substance of the solution aredistilled. After distillation and dehydration, a food grade alcohol is addedto the saponin and to the surface-active substance to form a neutraldetergent. The powdery sediment from the distillation process is dried toform crystallised grains to be used as a natural organic fertilisation agentor fertiliser.

Method for extracting a natural detergent and an organic fertilizer from tea seed residues Background of the invention
The present invention relates to a method for extracting a natural detergent and an organic fertilizer from tea seed residues.
Tea is an evergreen plant, with white flowers, belonging to the tea family, which grows in China, India, Japan, etc; its dried and prepared leaves are commonly used to prepare a beverage and these seeds can be extracted to produce an edible tea seed essence. After extracting the essence from tea seeds, there remains a bitter flavor residue, which contains alkaline substances and saponin and which is not suitable as a general fertilizing agent making it possible to improve the quality of the plant growth. The residue from tea seeds is now widely used as a pesticide to kill insects in fisheries.
Summary of the invention
The main object of the invention is to extract a natural detergent and an organic fertilizer from seed residues or tea seeds. According to the present invention, the seed residues or tea seeds are ground into a powder which is mixed with water to obtain a solution. The saponin and the surfactant or surfactant are then separated from the solution by distillation. After the distillation-dehydration process, edible grade alcohol is added to the saponin and the surfactant or surfactant to form a condensed, neutral detergent. The sediment is dried

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
Referring to the above diagram, it can be seen that the residue of the tea seeds is ground until a powder is obtained (for example: 140 meshes) and the powder is then mixed with water in a weight ratio of 1: 1 and the mixture is subjected to a distillation process at a temperature which varies from 110 to 150 C. During the distillation process, a soap base and a surfactant or surfactant can be separated from the solution. The saponin and the surfactant or surfactant are then distilled and dehydrated to increase the density.
After dehydration, an appropriate fraction (most preferably 0.003%) of food grade alcohol is added to the saponin and to the surfactant or surfactant to protect the residual protein from degradation, as well as to form a detergent natural which has a pH value of 7.3 (0.25% aqueous solution at 25 C).
The powdery sediment which remains after the high temperature distillation process is then dried into crystallized grains and is then used as a fertilizer or natural organic fertilizer. The natural organic fertilizer or fertilizer is very stable and does not degrade easily and contains a high proportion of nitrogen (N), phosphorus pentoxide (PO) and potassium oxide (K20).
As described above, the object of the present invention resides in a natural detergent extract and an organic fertilizer or fertilizer extracted from tea seed residues, so as to derive full benefit from the residues of tea seeds .
