In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", and the like, indicate an orientation or positional relationship only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referenced components or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a preparation method of a tea seed cake cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of crushing a tea-oil camellia cake, degreasing, separating tea seed cake containing tea saponin from the tea-oil camellia cake, purifying the tea seed cake through a refining process to obtain tea seed cake containing tea saponin, wherein the content of the tea saponin is more than 13%, the purity of the tea seed cake is more than 90%, and mixing and stirring the refined tea seed cake and water to obtain the water-gel tea seed cake cleaning agent. According to the preparation method of the tea seed cake cleaning agent, the oil content in the tea seed cake is reduced through degreasing treatment, high-purity tea seed cake is obtained through refining, and finally the tea seed cake is stirred and mixed with water to obtain the water gel-like tea seed cake cleaning agent which can be used for cleaning various metal products.
As shown in fig. 2, the first embodiment: compared with other oil materials, the oil tea mainly contains 9% of tea saponin, has hygroscopicity, and is easy to dissolve in hot water. In the embodiment, 4-6 times of hot water is added into tea seed dregs, the temperature of the hot water is 30-35 ℃, the tea seed dregs are soaked in the hot water for 2 hours, after soaking, centrifugal separation is carried out to obtain liquid tea seed dregs, 1-3% of flocculating agent is added into the liquid tea seed dregs, heating and standing are carried out, then precipitates are removed, and the liquid tea seed dregs with higher concentration are obtained. The tea cake can be leached for more than 2 times after being soaked for 2 hours, and the leaching is the process of leaching the effective component tea saponin in the tea cake. Wherein the 2 nd leaching solution can be used as the 1 st leaching water of the next batch of raw materials.
Referring to fig. 3, in the second example, the crushed tea seed cake is extracted with solvent a to obtain solvent-mixed tea seed cake, inorganic substance or organic resin is used to adsorb impurities such as glycolipid, juice, pigment and the like in the extract, and the mixture is extracted and concentrated to obtain tea seed cake. Wherein the solvent A is oil soluble solvent, in the step, the water content in the tea cake should be reduced firstly, so that the affinity between the tea saponin in the tea cake and the solvent A is enhanced, and the leaching effect is improved. The adsorption treatment may be performed using an ethylene type resin at PH 4, and then the adsorbed impurities and pigments may be eluted with a 0.1% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. Before the ground tea seed cake is leached by the solvent A, the tea seed cake is dried, so that the water content of the tea seed cake is not more than 7%, the extraction effect is prevented from being influenced, the yield is reduced, the difficulty in discharging the tea seed cake is easily caused, and therefore, the tea seed cake is dried before extraction. The concentration of the solvent A is selected to be 75-90%.
As shown in fig. 4, in example three, the crushed tea seed cake is sprayed with a solvent B, then soaked with a solvent C, and then a solvent D and a solvent E are added, and the high-purity tea seed cake is obtained by crystallization and drying. The method comprises the following steps of spraying a solvent B on the crushed tea seed cake in a spraying mode, wherein the solvent B is an oil-soluble solvent, and removing residual oil in the tea seed cake through the oil-soluble solvent B. Generally, after tea seed cake after being squeezed and extracted in the prior art is directly mixed with other additives, because the oil content in the tea seed cake is too high, the oil content in the mixed wastewater after the product to be cleaned is too high, and the oil in the wastewater is smelly due to untimely treatment in a factory, so that the problem of environmental pollution is caused. Preferably, the solvent B is adopted for spraying, the water content in the tea cake is reduced firstly, and the concentration of the solvent B can be obviously reduced when the water content in the broken tea cake is too high, so that the affinity between the tea saponin and the solvent B is reduced, and the leaching effect is influenced. On the other hand, the granularity of the broken tea cake is reduced, the granularity of the broken tea cake is too large, and the extraction speed of the tea saponin is slow; the granularity is too small, the adsorption cohesiveness is large, the separation is difficult, generally, in the embodiment, the water content of the broken tea cake is not more than 7%, the granularity is controlled to be 1-3 mm, and the extraction speed of the tea saponin is optimal.
Soaking with solvent C, which is organic solvent such as methanol and ethanol. The water content of the solvent C can also influence the extraction speed of the tea saponin, and when the water content of the solvent C is larger, the viscosity of the tea cake is higher, the liquid-solid separation is more difficult, and the foaming phenomenon is more serious; the higher the purity of the solvent C is, the higher the loss is, and experiments show that the extraction speed of the tea seed cake is the maximum when the concentration of the solvent C is 80-90%, preferably 85%. The ratio of the solvent C to the raw materials is controlled to be about 3.5:1, and the extraction speed and the cost of the tea saponin are optimized. In the production process, the loss of the solvent C is increased along with the increase of the temperature, the concentration and the dosage of the solvent C, in order to control the loss of the solvent C in the extraction process, the leaching mode can be changed from a vertical leaching mode to a rotary leaching mode besides adopting reasonable process parameters.
In the process of leaching the tea cake, the tea saponin in the tea meal is changed from a solid phase to a liquid phase, and after a period of time, the distribution of the tea saponin in the solid-liquid phase reaches balance, experiments show that after the tea cake is soaked in the solvent C for 4 hours, the tea saponin reaches balance in the solid-liquid phase, and the soaking time is preferably controlled to be 4-6 hours.
When the solvent C is adopted for soaking, the soaking times can be increased, experiments show that the tea saponin in the tea seed meal is related to the osmotic pressure of the solvent C, and the yield of the tea saponin can be improved by properly increasing the soaking times. The experimental results are as follows: the yield of the tea saponin is 80.5% by primary extraction, and the yield of the tea saponin can reach more than 95.6% by secondary extraction. Therefore, most of the tea saponin can be extracted by one-time extraction, the yield of the tea saponin extracted by the second time can be increased by more than 15%, and the yield of the tea saponin is obviously increased. In actual operation, in order to obtain the best economic effect, the leaching efficiency is preferably extracted for 2-3 times. Finally, adding a solvent D, and crystallizing and drying to obtain the high-purity tea seed cake. Wherein the solvent D is ethanol.
Preferably, the rotation speed is 100 to 200r/min during stirring, and the stirring time is 30 to 60 min.
Further, the soaking temperature is controlled to be 45-50 ℃.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
