Monture de bijou transformable.
La présente invention concerne une monture de bijou transformable.
Elle concerne plus particulièrement une telle monture permettant de transformer l'un en l'autre une boucle d'oreille à tige, une boucle d'oreille à clip, une broche, un bouton de manchette, et analogue.
Un but de l'invention est donc de fournir une telle monture de bijou transformable, permettant cette adaptation de manière simple, et sans nuire à l'aspect du bijou.
Ce but est atteint selon l'invention en prévoyant une monture de bijou transformable, comprenant un support fixé au bijou et une attache fixée au support, prévue pour attacher le bijou au vêtement ou à la personne, qui comprend un système d'assemblage démontable formé d'au moins un organe d'assemblage sur le support, et d'un organe d'assemblage coopérant sur l'attache pour fixer de manière amovible l'attache au support, et en ce que la monture comprend au moins deux attaches distinctes portant des systèmes d'attache différents.
Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le support comprend au moins deux organes d'assemblage identiques, séparés, prévus pour coopérer chacun avec l'organe d'assemblage correspondant d'une attache.
Suivant encore une caractéristique de l'invention, le système d'assemblage est un système à vissage, comprenant un alésage fileté dans l'un des éléments à assembler, et une tige filetée sur l'autre.
Suivant une caractéristique supplémentaire, la limite postérieure de chaque tige filetée est formée par un épaulement constituant embase pour assurer le blocage par friction des organes d'assemblage en position.
Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le système d'assemblage est un système à baïonnette, comprenant un logement dans l'un des éléments à assembler,

et des ergots coopérants sur l'autre.
Suivant encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le système d'assemblage est un système à coulissement comprenant une glissière dans l'un des éléments à assembler, et un coulisseau sur l'autre.
Suivant une caractéristique supplémentaire de l'invention, la monture comprend en outre un dispositif de sécurité sous forme d'au moins un taquet monté escamotable sur l'un des éléments à assembler, pour coopérer avec l'autre élément afin d'éviter que leur assemblage soit libéré involontairement.
D'autres aspects, caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront de la description qui suit, et du dessin annexé sur lequel :
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un mode de réalisation de la monture de l'invention, à l'état désassemblé.
La figure 2 est une vue de profil de ce même mode de réalisation, avec une attache assemblée et l'autre partiellement assemblée.
La figure 3 est une vue partielle, en coupe, d'un autre mode de réalisation du système d'assemblage.
La figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'encore un autre mode de réalisation du système d'assemblage.
En se reportant au mode de réalisation des figures 1 et 2, la monture comprend un support 1, et deux attaches respectivement de type bouton de manchette 2 et de type clip 3.
Le système d'assemblage du support 1 aux attaches 2, 3 est constitué de deux alésages filetés 4, 4'formés dans le support 1 et prévus chacun pour recevoir l'extrémité filetée correspondante 5 de l'une des attaches 2,3.
Pour éviter un dévissage accidentel de l'attache 2,3, celle-ci est pourvue, à la limite postérieure de son extrémité filetée, d'un épaulement constituant embase 6 prévu pour assurer un effet de blocage de l'attache 2,3 en

position, par friction de la surface de l'embase sur la surface de la monture entourant l'alésage.
Comme on le voit au dessin, l'alésage 4 a été prévu sensiblement au centre du support, ce qui convient particulièrement bien pour un bijou utilisé comme bouton de manchette (attache 2) ; l'alésage 4'est par contre décalé vers le bord du support, et conviendra a priori mieux pour une attache par pinçage (attache 3), du genre clip pour boucle d'oreille ou broche.
Il est cependant évident que l'une quelconque des attaches 2,3 peut être fixée dans l'un quelconque des alésages 4,4', si l'utilisateur le souhaite.
Comme on le comprendra, et contrairement à ce qui a été représenté au dessin pour une meilleure illustration, une seule des attaches 2,3 sera fixée au support, en condition d'utilisation.
A la figure 3, on a représenté en vue partielle et en coupe un système d'assemblage à baïonnette dans lequel un support 31 comporte des logements 34,34'adaptés pour recevoir un organe de fixation du type baïonnette 35, en forme d'ergot, formé à l'extrémité des attaches 32,33.
Chaque logement comporte par exemple un plateau 36, constituant le fond du logement pour l'organe de fixation 35, repoussé par un ressort 37. Dans le mode de réalisation illustré, ce ressort 37 prend appui sur le bijou proprement dit, représenté schématiquement en pointillé en 38, bijou dont le support 31 doit nécessairement être rendu solidaire.
Enfin, à la figure 4 on a représenté schématiquement en perspective un système d'assemblage à coulissement.
Suivant ce mode de réalisation, un support 41 comporte une glissière 44, tandis que des attaches du type bouton de manchette 42 et du type clip 43 sont solidaires de coulisseaux 45 respectivement 45'destinés à coopérer avec la glissière 44. L'emplacement de l'attache sur le coulisseau sera fonction du type d'attache. Dans les

exemples représentés, l'attache du type bouton de manchette 42 est prévue en position centrale sur le coulisseau 45 tandis que l'attache du type clip 43 est décalée vers une extrémité de son coulisseau 45'. Afin d'éviter un dégagement accidentel du coulisseau 45 ou 45'de la glissière 44, des taquets 46,46', dont au moins un est escamotable, sont prévus à chaque extrémité de la glissière.
Le ou les taquets escamotables 46, 46'peut être réalisé à la manière du plateau 36 de l'assemblage à baïonnette représenté en fig. 3.
Précisons enfin que la monture de bijou illustrée aux fig 1,2 et 3, bien que cela n'ait pas été représenté au dessin, peut également être pourvue d'un dispositif de sécurité pour éviter un dévissage accidentel de l'attache.
Un tel dispositif de sécurité sera par exemple un taquet escamotable du type de celui illustré en fig 4., coopérant avec un méplat formé latéralement sur l'embase. Le dispositif de sécurité peut dans ce cas être limité à un seul taquet, convenablement disposé entre les alésages filetés 4,4'du mode de réalisation des fig 1 et 2 ou entre les logements 34,34'du mode de réalisation de la fig 3.
L'invention n'est bien entendu pas limitée aux modes de réalisation représentés et décrits, qui n'ont été choisis qu'à titre d'exemple.
C'est ainsi notamment que pour la simplicité du dessin et de la description, on n'a représenté dans les divers modes de réalisation de l'invention que des attaches appartenant à deux systèmes d'attache différents, à savoir une attache du type bouton de manchette et une attache du type clip. Il est toutefois évident que l'invention s'applique également à d'autres types d'attaches tels que par exemple des attaches de boucles d'oreille du type à tige ou des attaches de broche.

Convertible jewelry frame.
The present invention relates to a transformable jewelry frame.
It relates more particularly to such a frame making it possible to transform one into the other an earring with a rod, an earring with a clip, a brooch, a cufflink, and the like.
An object of the invention is therefore to provide such a transformable jewelry frame, allowing this adaptation in a simple manner, and without harming the appearance of the jewelry.
This object is achieved according to the invention by providing a transformable jewel mount, comprising a support fixed to the jewel and a fastener attached to the support, provided for attaching the jewel to the garment or to the person, which comprises a removable assembly system formed at least one assembly member on the support, and an assembly member cooperating on the fastener to removably fix the fastener to the support, and in that the frame comprises at least two separate fasteners bearing different fastening systems.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the frame further comprises a safety device in the form of at least one cleat retractable mounted on one of the elements to be assembled, to cooperate with the other element in order to prevent their assembly is released involuntarily.

The assembly system of the support 1 to the fasteners 2, 3 consists of two threaded bores 4, 4 'formed in the support 1 and each provided to receive the corresponding threaded end 5 of one of the fasteners 2,3.
To avoid accidental unscrewing of the clip 2,3, the latter is provided, at the posterior limit of its threaded end, with a shoulder constituting base 6 provided to ensure a blocking effect of the clip 2,3 in

As can be seen in the drawing, the bore 4 has been provided substantially in the center of the support, which is particularly suitable for a piece of jewelry used as a cufflink (fastener 2); the bore 4 is on the other hand shifted towards the edge of the support, and would a priori be better suited for a pinching attachment (attachment 3), of the clip-on type for earring or pin.
It is however obvious that any of the fasteners 2,3 can be fixed in any of the bores 4,4 ', if the user so wishes.
As will be understood, and contrary to what has been shown in the drawing for better illustration, only one of the fasteners 2, 3 will be fixed to the support, in condition of use.
In Figure 3, there is shown in partial view and in section a bayonet assembly system in which a support 31 has housings 34, 34 ′ adapted to receive a bayonet type fastening member 35, in the form of a lug , formed at the end of the fasteners 32,33.
Each housing comprises for example a plate 36, constituting the bottom of the housing for the fixing member 35, pushed back by a spring 37. In the illustrated embodiment, this spring 37 is supported on the jewel itself, shown schematically in dotted lines at 38, a jewel whose support 31 must necessarily be made integral.
Finally, in Figure 4 is shown schematically in perspective a sliding assembly system.
