Abstract

Dispositif de couture pour système couvrant intégral de ganiture (a) de siège d'automobile qui est adapté à coudre le système couvrant de garniture d'une manière incurvée. Le dispositif de couture comporte un plateau stationnaire 2 fixé sur la table 1 d'une machine à coudre 20 et un plateau mobile 3 monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser sur le plateau stationnaire 2. Le plateau mobile 3 possède un trou de guidage 3f incurvé de forme similaire à un trajet de couture et un premier dispositif de guidage et le plateau stationnaire 2 a une encoche incurvée d'une forme correspondante à une piste demandée dans laquelle doit passer le plateau mobile 3 en vue d'achever son mouvement le long du trou de guidage du plateau mobile et un second dispositif de guidage, les premier et second dispositifs de guidage étant respectivement adaptés de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans l'encoche incurvée et dans le trou de guidage incurvé, tandis que le mouvement du plateau mobile 3 le long de ces trou et encoche engagent, de manière automatique, la couture, par la machine à coudre, du système couvrant de garniture qui se trouve dessus, selon une manière incurvée.
