Abstract
Des dérivés de 2',3'-didéshydro-2',3'-didésoxynucléosides qui sont des intermédiaires pour la synthèse de 2',3'-didésoxynucléosides utiles comme médicaments tels que des agent antiviraux, entre autres, sont obtenus par un nouveau procédé de préparation de dérivés de 2',3'-didéshydro-2',3'-didésoxynucléosides avec une haute pureté et un rendement élevé. Le procédé de l'invention est aussi un procédé général pour convertir les 1,2-diols en oléfines.
