Abstract
L'invention a trait à un dispositif électrique (1) pour la diffusion de produits insecticides et désodorisants en plaquettes qui peut être facilement utilisé à bord à un véhicule automobile ou d'une embarcation et qui comprend un corps (2) pourvu de moyens de chauffage électriques (3) pour supporter et chauffer une plaquette ainsi qu'une fiche (5) venue d'une pièce avec le corps (2) connectée électriquement aux moyens de chauffage (3) et destinée à être insérée dans une prise pour allume-cigares classique.The invention relates to an electrical device (1) for the distribution of insecticide and deodorant products in platelets which can be easily used on board a motor vehicle or a boat and which comprises a body (2) provided with means for electric heaters (3) to support and heat a wafer as well as a plug (5) coming in one piece with the body (2) electrically connected to the heating means (3) and intended to be inserted in a socket for lighter classic cigars.

Dispositif électrique pour la diffusion de produits insecticides et désodorisants en plaquettes pour véhicules automobiles, embarcations et analogues.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la diffusion de produits insecticides et désodorisants en plaquettes pour véhicules automobiles, embarcations et analogues du type comprenant des moyens de chauffage électriques destinés a supporter et a chauffer une plaquette.
L'invention a pour but de procurer un dispositif insecticide pouvant être utilise a bord de véhicules automobiles et d'embarcations.
Suivant l'invention, ce but est atteint par un dispositif du type spécifié qui comprend une fiche connectée électriquement aux moyens de chauffage, cette fiche étant destinée à être insérée dans une prise pour allume-cigares.
Suivant l'invention, les moyens de chauffage électriques sont avantageusement montés dans un corps venu d'une piece avec la fiche.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages d'un dispositif suivant l'invention ressortiront de la description d'un exemple de réalisation préféré, donnée ci-après à titre indicatif et non limitatif avec référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :

diffusion s'effectuant a l'aide de moyens de chauffage.
Le dispositif I comprend un corps 2 de forme trapezoidale, creux et ouvert à sa partie supérieure dans laquelle sont montes des moyens de chauffage électriques indiqués, dans leur ensemble, en 3, et destinés à supporter et à chauffer une plaquette d'insecticide. Les moyens de chauffage 3 sont constitues d'une plaque en céramique 4 à 1'intérieur de laquelle est montée une résistance électrique, non représentée.
Le dispositif 1 comprend, en outre, une fiche 5 connectée électriquement aux dits moyens de chauffage et destinée a être insérée dans une prise pour allumecigares de véhicules automobiles, embarcations et analogues qui est entièrement classique et, des lors, non illustrés aux dessins.
En particulier, la fiche 5 comprend une tubulure 6 venue d'une piece avec le corps 2 en une matière thermoplastique et dans laquelle sont ménagées deux fentes longitudinales 7 et 8 opposées et paralleles.
Sur une extrémité libre de la tubulure 6 qui est filetée, est vissé un corps porte-contacts 9 sur lequel est monté un ergot métallique 10 s'étendant axialement à travers le corps porte-contacts 9. L'ergot 10 peut avantageusement être rétracté a l'encontre de l'action d'un ressort prévu dans le corps portecontacts 9.
En 11 est indique un oeillet fixe ci l'ergot métallique 10 a l'Interieur de la tubulure 6 et, à cet oeillet 11, est fixée une extrémité 12a d'un conducteur 12 à l'autre extremite 12b duquel sont connectés les moyens de chauffage 3.
La fiche 5 comprend, en outre, un ressort 13 en fil métallique plié en substance en forme de

boutonnière et s'étendant dans la tubulure 6. Dans ce ressort 13 sont définies deux branches laterales 13a, 13b opposées et faisant saillie hors des fentes 7 et 8 respectives ainsi qu'une branche d'extrémité 13c en contact avec les moyens de chauffage 3.
Pour faire fonctionner le dispositif l, on dépose une plaquette d'insecticide sur la plaque 4, puis on insère la fiche 5 dans une prise électrique connectée a une batterie d'accumulateurs ou a une source d'alimentation equivalente de courant continu de 12 ou de 24 volts.
On enfonce la fiche 5 ci fond dans la prise jusqu'à ce que son ergot 10 soit positionné contre un contact forme au fond de la prise, généralement le pole positif, tandis que ses branches laterales 13a et 13b sont en contact forcé avec la paroi de la prise dans laquelle est généralement formé le pole négatif.
Par conséquent, un courant est ainsi amené à l'intérieur du dispositif 1 et parcourt les moyens de chauffage 3 qui assurent des lors le chauffage de la plaquette et la diffusion du produit insecticide qu'elle contient dans l'atmosphere ambiante.
Le dispositif suivant l'invention est donc assez pratique et, en même temps, efficace et commode à utiliser avec les prises pour allume-cigares largement répandues et d'un type standardisé, installées a bord de véhicules automobiles et d'embarcations.
Le dispositif presente, en outre, avantageusement un encombrement réduit et, en raison de sa simplicité structurelle, un prix modéré.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux details d'execution decrits plus haut auxquels de nombreux changements et modifications peuvent être apportés sans sortir de son cadre.

The present invention relates to a device for the distribution of insecticide and deodorant products in wafers for motor vehicles, boats and the like comprising electrical heating means for supporting and heating a wafer.
The object of the invention is to provide an insecticide device which can be used on board motor vehicles and boats.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a device of the specified type which comprises a plug electrically connected to the heating means, this plug being intended to be inserted into a socket for cigarette lighter.
According to the invention, the electrical heating means are advantageously mounted in a body which comes in one piece with the plug.
Other characteristics and advantages of a device according to the invention will emerge from the description of a preferred exemplary embodiment, given below by way of indication and without limitation, with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

diffusion taking place using heating means.
The device I comprises a body 2 of trapezoidal shape, hollow and open at its upper part in which are mounted electric heating means indicated, as a whole, at 3, and intended to support and heat an insecticide wafer. The heating means 3 consist of a ceramic plate 4 inside which is mounted an electrical resistance, not shown.
The device 1 further comprises a plug 5 electrically connected to the said heating means and intended to be inserted into a socket for lighters for motor vehicles, boats and the like which is entirely conventional and, therefore, not illustrated in the drawings.
In particular, the plug 5 comprises a tube 6 coming in one piece with the body 2 of a thermoplastic material and in which are formed two longitudinal slots 7 and 8 opposite and parallel.
On a free end of the pipe 6 which is threaded, is screwed a contact carrier body 9 on which is mounted a metal lug 10 extending axially through the contact carrier body 9. The lug 10 can advantageously be retracted a against the action of a spring provided in the contact carrier body 9.
In 11 is indicated a fixed eyelet ci the metal lug 10 inside the tubing 6 and, to this eyelet 11, is fixed one end 12a of a conductor 12 to the other end 12b of which are connected the means of heating 3.
The sheet 5 further comprises a spring 13 of metal wire folded in substance in the form of

buttonhole and extending in the tube 6. In this spring 13 are defined two lateral branches 13a, 13b opposite and projecting out of the respective slots 7 and 8 as well as an end branch 13c in contact with the heating means 3 .
To operate the device 1, an insecticide plate is placed on the plate 4, then the plug 5 is inserted into an electrical outlet connected to a storage battery or to a DC equivalent power source of 12 or of 24 volts.
The plug 5 is pressed into the socket until its lug 10 is positioned against a contact formed at the bottom of the socket, generally the positive pole, while its lateral branches 13a and 13b are in forced contact with the wall. from the socket in which the negative pole is generally formed.
Consequently, a current is thus brought inside the device 1 and passes through the heating means 3 which then ensure the heating of the wafer and the diffusion of the insecticide product which it contains in the ambient atmosphere.
The device according to the invention is therefore quite practical and, at the same time, effective and convenient to use with the sockets for cigarette lighter widely used and of a standardized type, installed on board motor vehicles and boats.
The device also presents, advantageously, a reduced bulk and, because of its structural simplicity, a moderate price.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the execution details described above to which many changes and modifications can be made without going beyond its scope.
