Abstract

  ZINC BENDING MACHINE WITH REMOVABLE FEET WITH ECHARRIES BY Eccentric ROLLERS AND ORIGINAL BANDING MACHINE
TO BE USED IN A FOLDER AND SEPARATE BANDING MACHINE.



  The invention relates to a baguette folding machine, the sheet metal press of which is controlled by two roller eccentrics.



    The baguette maker is original: the removable baguette is held on both sides at the end and the zinc strip is withdrawn from above.



  In buildings, the folder or baguette folder is used to bend the zinc and to make a bead of zinc to make platforms or cornices.



  We already know sheet metal folding machines controlled by screws and adjustable hemsticks. The main drawbacks of such machines are that the clamping screws deteriorate or jam and that the sticking machine only allows the possibility of sliding the zinc bead laterally. Most of the time, the bead comes out of the injured baguette-maker and after many efforts.



  The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks. The invention is as it is characterized in the claims, it is seen how the problem is solved by creating a machine which acts by two eccentric rollers where only the small roller wears. The baguette maker holds the removable baguette on both sides, the hem withdrawing from above.

  The advantages obtained with this invention essentially consist in folding a sheet of zinc easily, quickly, while holding it in place, in ten seconds. and to make an effortless hem, which is also executed all along the length and withdrawn from above straight away without damaging the zinc and without sliding sideways.



  This machine can also be used for aluminum or thin copper.



  The invention is explained in more detail using drawings representing only one embodiment.



  Figure 1 shows in perspective the folder with its two roller eccentrics.



  FIG. 2 represents a side view of this machine, with a view of the two roller eccentrics.



  FIG. 3 represents the original baguette where the rod is held on both sides and the bead obtained after a crank turn starting from the sheet of zinc or aluminum which comes out from above instead of coming out laterally and with difficulty.



  This folding machine can be used as such or as a single folding machine and bagging machine separately.

Claims. 1. The baguette-folding machine holds the zinc sheet firmly by the two roller eccentrics which push the sheet metal press (7) itself, the field of which is machined flat (8).  Advantages: - quick and closed tightening - only the small roller wears out. 2. The baguette is original and constituted by a U-shaped gutter whose two short sides are pierced (9) with a guide hole in the baguette with its drive slot (10) in the hem of zinc made of wire) effortlessly withdrawing from above.  The main advantage is the ease of use (12) by removing the hem from above. 'which avoids injuring it and wedging it between rod and support, which is common in known machines.  The hem (12) is also proportioned as it is held at the time of work by the strip held very close to the two ends.
