"Dispositif de pesage".
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour réaliser simultanément l'emballage, en particulier la mise en sac, de produits en vrac et le pesage dudit produit emballé.
L'invention a pour but de procurer un dispositif qui permet, grâce à une simplification et à une réduction du circuit suivi par la matière dans les installations connues, d'abaisser de manière sensible le temps nécessaire aux opérations de pesage et d'ensachage de ladite matière, ces simplification et réduction de circuit permettant en outre, pour un volume déterminé de matière traitée en un temps donné, de réaliser une installation de pesage et d'ensachage nettement moins onéreuse, moins encombrante et moins lourde que les installations connues qui ont une même capacité, en volume et en temps, de traite- ment de matière.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le dispositif comprend une trémie fixe pour le produit en vrac à emballer et pourvue à sa base d'une ouverture par où peut s'écouler par gravité ledit produit, des moyens d'obturation mobiles de cette ouverture, des moyens de commande desdits moyens d'obturation mobiles agencés pour déplacer ceux-ci entre deux positions extrêmes d'ouverture totale et de fermeture de l'ouverture de la trémie, une goulotte d'ensachage disposée sous cette ouverture, un système de pesée agencé sur un bâti fixe et suppor- tant la goulotte d'ensachage, des moyens d'accrochage agencés pour suspendre un sac vide à la base de la goulotte et un ordinateur agencé pour analyser les informations en provenance du système de pesée, en tenant compte de la tare constituée par la goulotte et le sac,
et pour actionner les moyens de commande des moyens d'obturation de l'ouverture de la trémie lorsqu'un sac vide est associé à la goulotte susdite et lorsque le poids de matière déterminé par sac est contenu dans ce dernier.

Suivant une forme de réalisation du dispositif suivant l'invention, la goulotte d'ensachage comprend, à sa base, des moyens d'obturation mobiles, des moyens de commande de ces moyens d'obtura- tion, connectés à l'ordinateur susdit, étant prévus pour déplacer ces derniers entre deux positions extrêmes d'ouverture totale et de fermeture de la goulotte, l'ordinateur étant agencé pour actionner les moyens de commande des moyens d'obturation de la trémie pour les amener, d'une part, en position d'ouverture de cette dernière dès que les moyens d'obturation de la goulotte occupent leur position de fermeture de celle-ci et que le poids enregistré par le système de pesée est inférieur au poids déterminé de matière par sac augmenté de la tare susdite et, d'autre part,
en position de fermeture de l'ouverture de la trémie lorsque la goulotte contient le poids déterminé de matière par sac, l'ordinateur étant en outre agencé pour agir sur les moyens de commande des moyens d'obturation de la goulotte pour que ces derniers soient maintenus dans leur position de fermeture de la goulotte tant qu'un sac n'est pas accroché par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'accrochage précités à la base de la goulotte.
Suivant un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, l'ordinateur est agencé pour actionner les moyens de commande des moyens d'obturation de l'ouverture de la trémie de telle sorte que ceux-ci soient, d'une part, amenés de leur position d'ouverture dans une position intermédiaire située à proximité de leur position de ferme- ture quand une quantité de matière correspondant à environ 95% du poids déterminé susdit s'est échappée de la trémie et, d'autre part, amenés de leur position intermédiaire susdite à leur position de fermetu- re quand une quantité de matière correspondant aux 5% restants du poids déterminé précité s'est échappée de la trémie.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, l'ordinateur et les moyens d'accrochage du sac à la goulotte sont agencés pour que ces derniers soient commandés par l'ordinateur pour libérer automatiquement le sac lorsque celui- ci contient le poids déterminé de matière.

Le dispositif suivant l'invention et illustré aux dessins est destiné à réaliser simultanément l'ensachage d'un produit en vrac et la pesée du produit ensaché. Ce dispositif comprend, dans sa forme de réalisation montrée à la figure 1, une trémie fixe 1, pour le produit en vrac et pourvue à sa base d'une ouverture 2 par laquelle peut s'écouler par grivté le produit, des moyens d'obturation mobiles 3 de cette ouvertu- re 2, des moyens de commande 4 pour ces moyens d'obturation 3, qui sont agencés pour déplacer ceux-ci entre deux positions extrêmes, une position d'ouverture totale et une position de fermeture de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1, une goulotte d'ensachage 5 disposée sous cette ouverture 2, un système de pesée 6 comprenant des jauges de contrainte ou des pesons électroniques 36 agencés sur un bâti fixe 7 et supportant la goulotte d'ensachage 5,
des moyens d'accrochage 8 agencés pour suspendre un sac vide 9 à la base 10 de la goulotte 5 et un ordinateur 11 agencé pour analyser les informations en provenance du système de pesée 6, en tenant compte de la tare constituée par la goulotte 5 et le sac 9, et pour actionner les moyens de commande 4 des moyens d'obturation 3 de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1, pour dégager cette ouverture 2 lorsqu'un sac vide est associé à la goulotte 5 et pour obturer cette ouverture lorsque le poids de matière déterminé par sac est contenu dans ce dernier.
Dans la forme de réalisation susdite, le produit passe directement, simplement guidé par la goulotte 5, et dès que l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 est commandée par l'ordinateur 11, de ladite trémie 1 dans le sac 9 qui est pesé en permanence pendant son remplissage.
Dès que le poids prédéterminé de matière par sac est contenu par ce dernier, l'ordinateur commande la fermeture de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 et la chute de matière à travers cette ouverture est inter- rompue jusqu'à ce qu'un nouveau sac vide soit associé à la goulotte 5.

Dans la forme de réalisation du dispositif illustré à la figure 2, la goulotte d'ensachage 5 comprend, à sa base 10, des moyens d'obturation mobiles 12, des moyens de commande 13 de ces moyens d'obturation 12 qui sont connectés à l'ordinateur Il qui sont prévus pour déplacer ces moyens 12 entre deux positions extrêmes d'ouverture totale et de fermeture de la goulotte 5.
L'ordinateur
Il est programmé pour actionner les moyens de commande 4 des moyens d'obturation 3 de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 pour les amener, d'une part, en position d'ouverture de cette dernière dès que les moyens d'obturation 12 de la goulotte 5 occupent leur position de fermeture de celle-ci et que le poids enregistré par le système de pesée 6 est inférieur au poids déterminé de matière par sac augmenté de la tare susdite et, d'autre part, en position de fermeture de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie lorsque la goulotte 5 contient le poids déterminé de matière par sac,
l'ordinateur 11 étant en outre programmé pour agir sur les moyens de commande 13 des moyens d'obturation 12 de la goulotte 5 pour que ces derniers soient maintenus dans leur position de fermeture de la goulotte tant qu'un sac vide 9 n'est pas accroché aux moyens 8 disposés à la base 10 de la goulotte.
Dans cette forme de réalisation montrée à la figure 2, la quantité prédéterminée de produit contenue dans un sac est pesée dans la goulotte 5 et est transférée dans le sac vide 9 lorsque celui-ci est immobilisé par les moyens 8 et que les moyens d'obturation 12 de la goulotte sont placés en position d'ouverture de cette dernière par l'ordinateur Il, celui-ci maintenant les moyens d'obturation 3 de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 en position de fermeture de cette ouverture 2 tant que les moyens d'obturation 12 de la goulotte occupent leur position d'ouverture de celle-ci. Dès que ces moyens 12 ferment la goulotte 5, l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 est dégagée pour permettre une nouvelle pesée de produit dans la goulotte.
Pour accélérer l'opération de pesée dans l'un ou l'autre des dispositifs précités, l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 est découver- te au maximum pour permettre le passage de la presque totalité de la quantité prédéterminée de manière susdite au plus grand débit possible, l'appoint de matière pour atteindre cette quantité s'effectuant ensuite

à faible débit.
Pour ce faire, l'ordinateur 11est agencé pour actionner les moyens de commande 4 des moyens d'obturation 3 de l'ouverture
2 de la trémie 1, de telle sorte que ces moyens 3 soient, d'une part, amenés de leur position d'ouverture dans une position intermédiaire située à proximité de leur position de fermeture quand une quantité de matière correspondant à environ 95 % du poids prédéterminé susdit s'est échappée de la trémie 1 et, d'autre part, amenés de leur position intermédiaire susdite à leur position de fermeture quand une quantité de matière correspondant aux 5 % restants de ce poids prédéterminé précité s'est échappée de la trémie.
Le placement du sac vide 9 à la base de la goulotte 5, s'effectue par exemple manuellement. Par contre, les moyens d'accrochage 8 du sac à la goulotte peuvent avantageusement être agencés pour être commandés par l'ordinateur 11 afin-que le sac soit libéré automatiquement de la goulotte lorsqu'il contient le poids de matière déterminé, ce sac rempli tombant sur une bande transporteuse sans fin, par exemple entraînée en continu, qui l'évacue. Ce sac peut avantageusement être guidé sur la bande transporteuse d'une manière non représentée, pour passer à travers une couseuse 15, illustré schémati- quement en traits interrompus, disposée sur le trajet du sac et agencée pour fermer par couture la gueule du sac.
Au dispositif illustré à la figure 1, les moyens d'accro- chage 8 sont constitués par des pinces 16 coopérant avec la base 10 de la goulotte 5 pour immobiliser la gueule du sac, tandis que dans le dispositif montré à la figure 2, les moyens d'accrochage 8 agencés pour suspendre un sac vide 9 à la base 10 de la goulotte 5 sont constitués par les moyens d'obturation 12 de ladite goulotte qui sont agencés pour, lorsqu'ils occupent leur position d'ouverture, pincer les parois du sac, à proximité de l'ouverture de celui-ci, contre une partie fixe 17 de la goulotte afin d'immobiliser fermement le sac par rapport à la goulotte tout en lui maintenant la gueule largement ouverte.
Dans les deux formes de réalisation du dispositif illustrées aux figures 1 et 2, les moyens d'obturation mobiles 3 de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 2 sont constitués par un clapet 18 profilé pour présenter une surface cylindrique de révolution 20 épousant les

bords 19 de l'ouverture 2 de la trémie 1 et articulé sur cette dernière pour pivoter autour d'un axe coïncidant avec celui de la surface cylindri- que 20 du clapet 18.
Les moyens de commande 4 du clapet 1s d'obtura- tion de la trémie 1 sont constitués par un vérin 22 dont le cylindre 23 est articulé sur la trémie autour d'un axe 24 parallèle à l'axe 21 autour duquel le clapet 18 pivote, tandis que l'extrémité libre de la tige de piston 25 du vérin 22 est articulée sur le clapet 1sautour d'un axe 26 parallèle à l'axe 24 de l'articulation du cylindre 23 du vérin sur la trémie.
Le vérin 22, à double effet, est alimenté en air comprimé, à partir d'une source 27, qui est admis dans le cylindre par deux électrovannes 28 commandées par l'ordinateur Il par l'intermé- diaire de relais 29.
Dans la forme de réalisation du dispositif montré à la figure 2, les moyens d'obturation 12 de la goulotte 5 sont consti- tués par deux clapets 30 agencés symétriquement par rapport à la goulotte et articulés sur cette dernière, autour d'axes parallèles 31,pour se déplacer en sens contraire afin d'occuper leurs positions extrêmes précitées, ces clapets et la goulotte étant agencés pour qu'en position d'ouverture de cette dernière, les clapets 30 viennent en contact avec les parois du sac pour appliquer celles-ci contre la goulotte afin d'immo- biliser le sac par rapport à cette dernière.
Les moyens de commande 13 de chacun des clapets 30 d'obturation de la goulotte 5 comprennent un vérin 31 dont le cylindre 32 est articulé sur la goulotte autour d'un axe 33 parallèle à l'axe 31 de l'articulation du clapet 31 sur la goulotte, l'extrémité libre de la tige de piston 34 du vérin étant articulée sur le clapet autour d'un axe 35 parallèle à l'axe 33 de l'articu- lation du cylindre de vérin sur la goulotte 5.
Les vérins 31 à double effet, comme le vérin 22, est alimenté en air comprimé à partir de la source 27 qui est admis dans les cylindres 32 par des électrovannes 28 commandées par l'ordina- teur 11à travers des relais 29.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes de réalisation décrites et que bien des modifica- tions peuvent être apportées à ces dernières sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.

The control means 4 of the valve 1s for closing the hopper 1 are constituted by a jack 22, the cylinder 23 of which is articulated on the hopper about an axis 24 parallel to the axis 21 around which the valve 18 pivots. , while the free end of the piston rod 25 of the jack 22 is articulated on the valve 1 around an axis 26 parallel to the axis 24 of the articulation of the cylinder 23 of the jack on the hopper.
The double-acting jack 22 is supplied with compressed air from a source 27, which is admitted into the cylinder by two solenoid valves 28 controlled by the computer II by means of relays 29.
In the embodiment of the device shown in FIG. 2, the closure means 12 of the chute 5 are constituted by two valves 30 arranged symmetrically with respect to the chute and articulated on the latter, around parallel axes 31 , to move in the opposite direction in order to occupy their aforementioned extreme positions, these valves and the chute being arranged so that in the open position of the latter, the valves 30 come into contact with the walls of the bag to apply these here against the chute in order to immobilize the bag in relation to the latter.
The control means 13 of each of the valves 30 for closing the chute 5 comprise a jack 31, the cylinder 32 of which is articulated on the chute around an axis 33 parallel to the axis 31 of the articulation of the valve 31 on the chute, the free end of the piston rod 34 of the jack being articulated on the valve around an axis 35 parallel to the axis 33 of the articulation of the jack cylinder on the chute 5.
The double-acting jacks 31, like the jack 22, are supplied with compressed air from the source 27 which is admitted into the cylinders 32 by solenoid valves 28 controlled by the computer 11 through relays 29.
