Abstract
Colloidal solutions concentrated in a non aqueous solvent of monocrystalline and aggregated particles having a hydrodynamic diameter from 2 to 10 nm, of oxides of metals M of the groups 1b to 7b,8 and lanthanides, complexed by a ligand susceptible of complexing said metals in the form of alcoxides particularly. Said solutions are obtained by complexing, by the ligand, the alcoxide of metal M in non aqueous solvent medium, hydrolysis and polycondensation by means of a strong acid and heating. Utilization of said solutions to the production of oxide films.
