Abstract

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a
self-propelled carrot seed rope planter.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The traditional carrot planting method is broadcast sowing and sowing in
drill. After the seedling emerges, artificial thinning is required, which not only wastes
man-hours, but also wastes seeds and increases planting costs. Precise seeding of
carrots can reduce the thinning link and save seed costs at the same time. At present,
one of the technical equipment to realize the precision seeding of carrots is the air
suction precision planter, and the other is the precision seeding based on the seed rope
mode. The air suction precision planter has a complicated structure and a high price,
and the seeds need to be pelletized. The precision seeding based on the seed rope
mode is divided into two steps. First, the seed rope knitting machine is used to
accurately wrap the seeds into the degradable paper seed belt according to the
corresponding plant spacing and weave the seed rope and wind it into a roller. Second,
the seed rope of the roller is laid under the field soil to complete the sowing. At
present, the seed rope sowing equipment used in the second link mainly relies on the
pressure of the walking press wheel to pull the seed rope from the seed rope roller.
Due to the weak tensile strength of the seed rope, this will cause the seed rope to be
often broken.
SUMMARY

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The roller surface of the synchronous pressing roller 202 is made of materials with relatively high friction, so the rotation of the synchronous pressing roller 202 will drive the seeding roller 201 to rotate in the opposite direction through friction. The seed rope wound on the seed rope roller 201 will be wound down, and the winding seed rope 217 enters the seed groove opened by the ditcher 7 through the seed rope guide tube 216, and is laid on the bottom of the seed groove under the pressure of the rope roller 705. The soil covering device 704 covers the seed trench and seed rope with the soil. Due to the diameter of the synchronous ground wheel 214 is the same as the diameter of the synchronous pressure roller 202, the number of sprocket teeth of the sprocket I213 and the sprocket II219 are the same, so the synchronous ground wheel 214 and the synchronous pressure roller 202 will rotate at the same rotation speed and linear speed. Because the synchronous pressing roller
202 drives the seed rope roller 201 to rotate, the linear speeds of the synchronous
pressing roller 202 and the seed rope roller 201 are same. That is, the linear speeds of
the synchronous wheel 214, synchronous pressure roller 202 and seed rope roller 201
are all equal, so under the action of the synchronous pressure roller, the linear speed of the seed rope from the seed rope roller is equal to the traveling speed of the machine. Therefore, it can be ensured that the seed rope is simultaneously broadcast into the soil.
