0 weeding can be significantly improved, the usage amount is reduced, and the cost and
environmental pollution are reduced compared with the single use.
Description
A composition of propyzamide and amino acid
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical pesticide, in particular
to a technical method for improving the efficacy of propyzamide herbicide.
Background Art
Propyzamide, also known as pronamide, is a kind of selective amide herbicide
with intake transportation. Its mechanism of action is to interfere with the orderly
division of weed cells through root absorption and conduction. It is mainly used to
control monocotyledonous weeds and is safe for broad-leaved crops. Its duration of
validity in soil is about 60 days. It can effectively control the emergence of weeds, even
after emergence, the weeds will die by absorbing the insecticide through coleoptile.
Propyzamide is a selective herbicide after coleoptile treatment. The dosage is
0.56-2kgAI/ha.
Phytonutrient amino acid can accelerate nutrient transport and accumulation, and
enhance plant's resistance to cold, drought, disease and so on. It can promote the growth
stage of plant, such as rooting, growth, reproduction, fruiting and swelling, and the
dosage is 1030g/ha.
With the development of agriculture and the wide application of herbicides, many weeds
become resistant to insecticides. At the same time, the species of weeds are complex, and the
species of monocotyledon, dicotyledon and broad-leaved weeds are mixed. As a result, the
application amount per unit area in agriculture is increasing, but the effect is not significantly
improved. Besides, excessive application of herbicides may cause certain harm to the
environment and crops.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome or ameliorate at least one of the
disadvantages of the prior art, or to provide a useful alternative.
Description of the Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a new formulation for improving the
weeding efficiency of propyzamide by compounding a propyzamide with an amino acid
and an acceptable auxiliary agent for pesticides to make a compound weedicide with
synergistic effect, which can be used in farmland, orchard, turf and bare place to control
the weeds.
The technical proposal provided by the invention is that a propyzamide is
compounded with an amino acid and an acceptable auxiliary agent for pesticides to
prepare a composite preparation. The mass ratio of the said propyzamide: amino acid is
100:0.1-100:1000, and the preferred mass ratio of the propyzamide: amino acid is
100:1-100:100. In the technical proposal of the invention, the mass percentage of the total mass of
propyzamide + amino acid in the compound preparation is 5-95% and the preferred mass
percentage is 45-80%.
In the technical proposal of the invention, the amino acid is selected from aliphatic
amino acid, aromatic amino acid, heterocyclic amino acid and heterocyclic imino acid,
and L-type amino acid is preferred.
In the technical proposal of the invention, the compound preparation can be water
suspension agent, oil suspension agent, soluble powder, wettable powder, soluble
granule, water dispersive granule, dry flowable, tablet, etc. The preferred one is water
dispersing granule and dry flowable.
In the technical proposal of the invention, the auxiliary agent is selected from one
of or mixture of several of wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, disintegrating agent,
binder, anti hard water agent and filler.
The auxiliary agent is selected from any one of or a combination of more than two
of organosilicon polyether, N-Polyoxyethylated-N-tallow-alkylamine,
alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid condensate sodium salt, polycarboxylate and condensate,
fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, lignosulfonate, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide
segmented copolymer, polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene fatty acid, AEO alkylnaphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lauryl sodium sulfate, EDTA, polyethylene glycol, carboxymethyl cellulose or soluble starch.
The filler is selected from any one of or a combination of more than two of water,
methyl oleate, epoxidized soybean oil, kaolin, light calcium carbonate, ammonium
sulfate (potassium, sodium), diammonium hydrogen phosphate (potassium, sodium),
ammonium chloride (potassium, sodium), ammonium nitrate (potassium, sodium), silica,
sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate or sodium tripolyphosphate.
The invention adds amino acid to the propyzamide to prepare a suitable
preparation. When the roots, stems and leaves of weeds absorb the amino acid, the
physiological function of the weeds can be activated to increase or accelerate the
absorption of the herbicide by the plant, and thus accelerating the death of the weeds.
However, the protected crops have metabolic effects on herbicides, and they will not
have adverse effects, so they can improve the bioactivity of herbicides to reduce usage.
Compared with the prior art, the synergistic propyzamide compound preparation
of the invention has the advantages that:
1. Compared with single agent, it can obviously improve the bioactivity of
weeding;
2. The combination of the two effective ingredients can reduce the usage, cost
and environmental pollution;
3. It can be recombined through experiments.
Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
The following is a further detailed description of the above proposal in
combination with the specific embodiments. It should be understood that these
embodiments are for explaining the invention and are not limited to limiting the scope of
the invention. The implementation conditions adopted in the embodiments can be further
adjusted according to the conditions of specific manufacturers, and the implementation
conditions not specified are usually those in conventional experiments.
Various aspects of the invention will be described below. However, it will be
apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced in accordance with only some or all aspects of the invention. For the purpose of illustration, specific numbers, materials, and configurations are given to enable a thorough understanding of the invention. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced without specific details. In other examples, well-known features are omitted or simplified so as not to obscure the invention.
The test method for the co-toxicity coefficient in embodiments: Put a 25*25 cm
petri dish in an artificial test chamber, select and remain 100 normal growing 2-leaf
weeds in each dish, add a small amount of sterile water, cultivate for 3 days under
normal illumination, constant temperature at 25C and constant humidity at 50%, and
finally select and keep 50 normal growing weeds in each dish for standby.
Test range: Set 1 herbicide single agent group, and 7 groups of herbicides and
synergistic agents with different proportions, a total of 8 groups. Spray weeds with
different concentration gradients (the diluent is distilled water) and the distilled water is
as blank control. Each group sprays 2 petri dishes, and after 14 days, the test results were
observed, and two or more leaves were completely yellowed for plant death, and
mortality and corrected mortality were calculated.
Based on the survey data, calculate the corrected mortality of each treatment. With
reference to NY/Ti154.1-2006, Sun Yunpei method is used to calculate the co-toxicity
coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture. Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) >120 shows
synergistic effect; co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) <80 shows antagonistic effect; and
80< co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) <120 shows additive effect.
