SEED TAPE SEEDER
TECHNICAL FIELD The present application belongs to the field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a seed tape seeder.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION To ensure the row spacing and plant spacing between seeds during seeding, there have been methods to sow seeds in a seed tape manner. Seeds are sealed in a tape-shaped and degradable thin film at a fixed interval to form a seed tape. To sow seed tapes into the soil, a seed tape seeder is required. In an existing seed tape seeder, a seed tape is wound on a shaft, and the seed tape is gradually pulled out from the shaft by a guide roller and then delivered to the soil. However, when the seed tape is delivered to the soil, the attitude of the seed tape cannot be controlled, so that the seeds fixed in the seed tape have different inclination angles relative to the bottom surface after entering the soil. After the seeds have come up, the growing stems are inclined to different degrees relative to the ground, resulting in disordered crops and affecting the subsequent growth. In addition, the rotation speed of the shaft remains constant, and the seed tape wound on the shaft is gradually pulled out, so the speed of pulling out the seed tape becomes smaller and smaller and cannot adapt to the movement speed of the seeder. Thus, it is likely to draw and break the seed tape. Reference to any prior art in the specification is not, and should not be taken as, an acknowledgment or any form of suggestion that this prior art forms part of the common general knowledge in Australia or any other jurisdiction or that this prior art could reasonably be expected to be understood and regarded as relevant by a person skilled in the art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION The present application will be described in detail with reference to exemplary embodiments as below. However, it should be understood that the elements, structures and features in one embodiment may also be advantageously incorporated into other embodiments without further description. In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the positions or positional relationship indicated by the terms "inside", "outside", "upper", "lower", and the like are positional relationship as shown in the drawings, which are merely used for facilitating the description of the present invention, but not for indicating or implying that the devices or elements must have specific positions and be construed and operated by the specific positions. Therefore, it should not be understood as an limitation to the present invention. The terms "first", "second" and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. As shown in Figs. 1-4, the present application provides a seed tape seeder, which can be used to plant a seed tape into the soil. The seed tape seeder includes a frame 1. A ground wheel 2, a seed tape conveying mechanism 3, a furrow opener 4, a coverer 5 and a press roller 6 are mounted on the frame 1. The furrow opener 4, the coverer 5 and the press roller 6 are arranged in sequence from front to rear, and the furrow opener 4 is aligned with the coverer 5 in the front-rear direction. The items "front" and "rear" are relative to the advancing direction of the seeder. The seed tape conveying mechanism 3 includes a tape tray 3, a conveying pipe 32 and clamping wheels 33. The tape tray 31 is of a tray structure used for containing a seed tape. A tape outlet 34 is formed on a first side of the tape tray 31, and the seed tape can be drawn out from the tape tray 31 through the tape outlet 34. The seed tape 31 can be placed on the tape tray 31 in a snake shape, so that the seed tape can be gradually drawn out, and no entanglement or obstruction occurs between the seed tape. The clamping wheels 33 are located between the tape tray 31 and the conveying pipe 32, and there are two clamping wheels 33 arranged at an interval. The seed tape can enter the space between the two clamping wheels 33 and then be clamped by the two clamping wheels 33 to come into contact with the wheel faces of the clamping wheels 33. The two clamping wheels 33 are mounted horizontally, that is, rotating shafts 36 of the clamping wheels 33 are arranged vertically, so that the tape-shaped seed tape can remain upright between the clamping wheels 33. A front end (i.e., an inlet end) port of the conveying pipe 32, the space between the two clamping wheels 33, and the tape outlet 34 formed on the first side of the tape tray 31 are located on a same straight line, so that the seed tape that leaves the tape tray 31 from the tape outlet 34 can pass through the space between the clamping wheels 33 and then enter the conveying pipe 32 from the inlet end port. A rear end (i.e., an outlet end) of the conveying pipe 32 is arranged horizontally, and an outlet end port extends to a front of the coverer 5. As shown in Fig. 4, a guide slot 35 is formed on the top and bottom of the conveying pipe 32, respectively, and each guide slot 35 extends from one end to the other end of the conveying pipe 32, i.e., extends from the inlet end to the outlet end. There are two ground wheels 2 mounted on left and right sides of the frame 1, respectively. Two first bevel gears 71 mounted on an axle 21 of the ground wheel 2 are respectively meshed with two second bevel gears 72 mounted on the rotating shafts 36 of the two clamping wheels 33, so that the two clamping wheels 33 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the ground wheel 2. When in use of the seed tape seeder, the front end of the frame is connected to a traction device such as a tractor, the seed tape seeder moves forward under the pull of the traction device, and the furrow opener 4, the coverer 5 and the press roller 6 all come into contact with the ground. When the seed tape seeder moves forward, the ground wheels 2 in contact with the ground are rotated, and the axle 21 of the ground wheel 2 drives the rotating shafts 36 to rotate through the gear transmission between the first bevel gears 71 and the second bevel gears 72, so as to allow the two clamping wheels 33 to rotate. The arrangement of the assembly positions of the two first bevel gears 71 and the two second bevel gears 72 allows different rotation directions of the two clamping wheels 33, so that the clamped seed tape can be driven by the two clamping wheels 33, and the seed tape can be pulled out from the tape tray 31 and conveyed to the conveying pipe 32. After the seed tape is vertically conveyed to the conveying pipe, an edge on the top of the seed tape enters the guide slot 35 on the top of the conveying pipe 32, and an edge on the bottom of the seed tape enters the guide slot 35 on the bottom of the conveying pipe 32. During the movement of the seed tape along the conveying pipe 32, the top and bottom edges slide in the corresponding guide slots 35, so that the seed tape remains upright. During the forward movement of the seed tape seeder, the furrow opener 4 in contact with the ground forms a seed furrow in the soil. The seed tape is moved out of the conveying pipe 32 from the outlet end port and then falls into the seed furrow. The coverer 5 moves forward to cover soil in the seed furrow, so that the seed tape is buried into the seed furrow. The press roller 6 moves forward to roll over the soil that is covered in the seed furrow by the coverer 5, so that the soil is compacted and the planting operation of the seed tape is completed. Since each guide slot 35 extends from one end to the other end of the conveying pipe 32, in order to form the conveying pipe 32 and realize the stable structure of the conveying pipe 32, as shown in Fig. 4, the conveying pipe 32 includes a left half pipe 37 and a right half pipe 38, one or more fixed rings 8 are sleeved on the conveying pipe 32, and both the left half pipe 37 and the right half pipe 38 are fixedly connected with the fixed rings 8. The left half pipe 37 and the right half pipe 38 are arranged at an interval, so that two gaps between the left half pipe 37 and the right half pipe 38 act as the guide slots 35 on the top and bottom of the conveying pipe 32, respectively.
A through slot 81 protruding outward is respectively formed on the top and bottom of each of the fixed rings 8, and each of the through slots 81 is aligned with the corresponding guide slot 35, thereby preventing the fixed ring 8 from obstructing the seed tape that slides in the guide slot 35. To improve the planting efficiency, a fertilizer box 9 is mounted on the frame 1, and a fluted wheel fertilizer discharger 92 is mounted at a fertilizer discharge port 91 formed on the bottom of the fertilizer box 9. A first chain wheel 73 mounted on the axle 21 of the ground wheel 2 and a second chain wheel 74 mounted on a driving shaft 93 of the fluted wheel fertilizer discharger 92 realize transmission by a chain, so that the driving shaft 93 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the ground wheel 2. The fertilizer box 9 is located in front of the seed tape conveying mechanism 3. Fertilizer is contained in the fertilizer box 9, and the traveling ground wheel 2 drives the driving shaft 93 of the fluted wheel fertilizer discharger 92 by the chain, so as to allow an fluted wheel in the fluted wheel fertilizer discharger 92 to rotate. The rotating fluted wheel enables the fertilizer flowing through the fertilizer discharge port 91 to fall on the soil at intervals, thereby preventing excessive fertilization and avoiding burning seedlings. The furrow opener 4 includes a single-cutter furrow opener 41 and a dual-disc furrow opener 42. The single-cutter furrow opener 41 is aligned with the fluted wheel fertilizer discharger 92 in the front-rear direction, so that the single-cutter furrow opener 41 forms a fertilizer furrow in the soil, and the fertilizer falls into the fertilizer furrow. Thus, the fertilizer enters the soil more easily and is fully dispersed. The furrow formed by the single-cutter furrow opener 41 has a small width and will generate a small resistance to the seed tape seeder, so that the smooth movement of the seed tape seeder in the soil is ensured. The dual-disc furrow opener 42 is aligned with the coverer 5 in the front-rear direction, so that the dual-disc furrow opener 42 forms a seed furrow and the soil is covered after the seed tape enters the seed furrow. The single-cutter furrow opener 41 is located in front of the dual-disc furrow opener 42, and they are staggered with each other, so that the fertilizer furrow and the seed furrow are staggered with each other, thereby preventing the fertilizer from being too close to the seeds and avoiding burning seedlings. To allow the seed tape to pass through the space between the clamping wheels 33 more smoothly, the clamping wheels 33 are sheaves. The sheaves provide more space for the passage of seeds on the seed tape, and the upper and lower edges of the seed tape are firmly clamped by the upper and lower edges of the clamping wheels 33, so that a sufficient driving force is provided for the movement of the seed tape and at the same time the seeds will not be damaged by the pressure. To improve the planting efficiency, there are a plurality of seed tape conveying mechanisms 2 arranged in parallel, and the furrow opener 4 and the coverer 5 are respectively arranged in the front and rear of each of the seed tape conveying mechanisms 2 to form a furrow for a seed tape and cover the furrow with the seed tape buried therein. Since the soil is uneven, in order to allow the smooth movement of the press roller 6, the press roller 6 includes a roller body 61 and a bracket 62. The roller body 61 is mounted on a mounting shaft 63 of the bracket 62, and the bracket 62 is hinged to the frame 1. During the movement of the seed tape seeder, the bracket 62 swings to allow the roller body 61 to adapt to the fluctuation of the soil, and the roller body 61 always roll over the soil due to its own gravity, so that the soil is prevented from being over-compacted and affecting the breathing of seeds.
