DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0030] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Where contradictions exist, the definitions in this specification prevail.
[0031] As used herein, the terms:
[0032] "prepared from..." is synonymous with "comprising". as used herein, the terms, comprises, comprising, having, containing or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, step, method, article, or apparatus comprising listed elements is not necessarily limited to those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, step, method, article, or apparatus.
[0033] The word, consisting of, excludes any unspecified element, step, or
component. If used in the claims, this phrase will render the claims closed so that they do not contain materials other than those described, except for conventional impurities associated therewith. when the phrase, consisting of, appears in a clause of a subject of a claim rather than immediately after the subject matter, it defines only the elements described in the clause; other elements are not excluded from the claim as a whole.
[0034] Equivalents, concentrations, or other values or parameters in a range, preferred range, or series ofupper preferred values and lower preferred values are preferred
When a range defined by a selected value is expressed, this should be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed by any pairing of any upper range limit or preferred value with any lower range limit or preferred value, whether or not the ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when the ranges "1 - 5" are disclosed, the described
ranges should be interpreted to include the ranges "1 - 4", "1 - 3", "1 - 2", "1 - 2 and
4- 5", "1- 3 and 5", and the like. When a range of values is described herein, the range
is intended to include its end values and all integers and fractions within the range unless otherwise indicated.
[0035] "by mass" means a basic unit of measurement representing a mass ratio
relationship of a plurality of components, and 1 part may represent an arbitrary unit mass, for example, 1 g, or 2.689 g, etc. If we say that the part by mass of the component A is "a" part and the part by mass of the component B is "b" part, the ratio of the part by mass of the component A to the part by mass of the component B is a over b. Alternatively, the part of the component A is aK by mass, the part of the component B is bK by mass (K is an arbitrary number and represents a factor of multiple). It is not to be misunderstood that, unlike parts by mass, the sum of parts by mass of all the components is not limited to 100 parts by mass.
[0036] "and/or" means that one or both of the illustrated situations may occur, e. g., A and/or B includes (A and B) and (A or B);
[0037] Furthermore, the indefinite articles (the, a or an) preceding an element or
component of the present invention are not intended to be limiting as to the quantity requirements (i. e., the number of occurrences) of the element or component. Therefore, the indefinite articles (the, a or an) is to be construed as including one or at least one, and the element or component in the singular also includes the plural unless the stated quantity is expressly intended to refer to the singular.
[0038] The latex foaming sponge capable of promoting sleep comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural latex, 0.5-3.0 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0.5-3.0 parts of foaming agent and 0.1-5.0 parts of aromatic plant essential oil microcapsule. Specifically, the vulcanizing agent can be 0.50 parts by mass, 0.52 parts by mass, 0.55 parts by mass, 0.6 parts by mass, 0.8 parts by mass, 1 part by mass, 1.5 parts by mass, 1.8 parts by mass, 2 parts by mass, 2.5 parts by mass, 2.8 parts by mass or 3 parts by mass, and the like; the foaming agent can be 0.50 parts by mass, 0.52 parts by mass, 0.55 parts by mass, 0.6 parts by mass, 0.8 parts by mass, 1 part by mass, 1.5 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts, 2.5 parts, 2.8 parts or 3 parts and the like of the aromatic plant essential oil microcapsule, wherein the mass parts of the aromatic plant essential oil microcapsule can be 0.1 part, 0.15 part, 0.3 part, 0.5 part, 1 part, 2 parts, 2.5 parts, 3.0 parts, 4.0 parts, 4.5 parts, 4.8 parts or 5.0 parts and the like.
[0039] It should be noted that 100 parts of the natural latex is usually a concentrated natural latex having a concentration of 60% based on the dry rubber of the natural latex. For example, 167 parts of the natural latex having a dry rubber content of 60% are 100 parts of the natural latex. If the concentration of the raw material latex is too low, the concentration of the latex after compounding is less than 5 2 -5 5 %, which affects the quality of the subsequent foaming process, and in serious cases, the sponge may collapse completely.
[0040] The above-mentioned aromatic plant essential oil microcapsule is a shell-core (aromatic plant essential oil is capsule core) composite material obtained by microencapsulating aromatic plant essential oil. Here, the microencapsulation treatment is a technology of embedding solid or liquid substances to form a microcapsule with a semipermeability or a sealed capsule film by using natural or synthetic polymer materials, and the microcapsule technology can improve the physical properties of the encapsulated substances, isolate the active ingredients from the external environment, effectively prolong the fragrance retention time of the essential oil. It has the function of controlling release to slow the release rate of the fragrance, improving the stability of the active ingredients to enhance the stability. Known technologies can be used to realize microencapsulation, such as "Xu Shitao, Zhang Hongjuan, Wei Jie, etc., Preparation for microencapsule rose essential oil and its evaluation for cigarette flavoring", Journal of Yunnan University (naturalscience edition), 2013 (Si): 293-295 ", or" Zhang Li, research on microencapsulation technology of lavender essential oil, East China University ofscience and technology, 2005, Shanghai, China ", or" Liu Wanlong, production and characterization of multinuclear encapsulating lavender oil by complex coacervation method, ShanghaiInstituteof applied technology, 2014, Shanghai, China ", or Chinese patent CN103861537A, CN 102746450A, etc.
[0041] The aromatic plant essential oil microcapsule takes plant essential oil as a core
material. In the present invention, aromatic plant essential oil microcapsules is the extraction of plant specific aromatic substances that extracted from flowers, leaves, roots, barks, fruits, seeds, resins and the like of herbaceous plants by distillation and squeezing. The essential oil contains antibacterial and antiseptic components which can achieve antibacterial, antimicrobial and antiviral effects, thus enhancing immunity, resisting attack of various pathogenic bacteria and viruses, and purifying air; Hormone, vitamins, antibiotics and the like contained in the essential oil can provide nutrition for body cells. The most important characteristic of essential oil is smell, which can be elegant and fresh, or aromatic. It is an active substance which can stimulate the nervous system of human body and has good curative effect on the psychology and physiology of human body. The fragrance and smell act on the olfactory sense, and the tiny aromatic molecules can cause reactions of different psychological and physiological levels on the central nervous system, directly stimulate the secretion of pituitary gland, the secretion of enzyme and hormone and the like, balance in vivo functions, and play a role in beautifying and protecting skin. For example, grapefruit has the effect of controlling anger emotion; Rosemary is helpful for treating mental fatigue and neurasthenia; Geranium can balance mentality, relieve stress, eliminate anxiety; Lavender has the effects of relieving balance, reducing pressure and relaxing sleep, and the like. They are different. The essential oil has the characteristics of no chemical pigment, no preservative, no mineral grease, no chemical component causing allergy and the like, and is safe and environment-friendly.
[0042] Here, the plant essential oil (i.e., crude oil) of the aromatic plant essential
oil microcapsule may include one or at least two of lavender essential oil, rose essential oil, osmanthus essential oil, lemon essential oil, laminated essential oil, jasmine essential oil, bergamot oil, chamomile essential oil, Atlantic cedar essential oil, nutmeg oil, ginger oil, thyme oil, cedar oil, sweet orange oil and benzoin essential oil.
[0043] Examples of the above vulcanizing agent include sulfur or a peroxide vulcanizing agent, preferably sulfur. Examples of the peroxide vulcanizing agent include DCP (dicumyl peroxide), BPMC (1, 1-bis (tert-butylperoxy)-3, 3, 5 trimethylcyclohexane) BIBP ([bis (tert-butylperoxyisopropyl) benzene]), BCP (tert butylcumene peroxide), etc..
[0044] The above-mentioned foaming agent is an anionic surfactant such as SDS, SDBS, AS, SAS, etc., and may also be a nonionic surfactant such as OP-10, APG(Alkyl polyglucoside), Tween series (Tween 60, Tween 80, etc.), a cationic surfactant such as betaine, CPDB, imidazole-type surfactant, or an amphoteric surfactant such as dodecyl ammonium propionate inner salt, etc., and the present invention is preferably an oleic acid series such as potassium oleate, preferably ammonium oleate (ammonium oleate may be replaced by a mixture of potassium oleate and ammonium sulfate).
[0045] As the latex foaming sponge of the invention, the raw material can also contain 0.5-2 parts of coagulator by mass. The coagulator is used for facilitating the foam generated by the foaming agent to be shaped (for example, through a mold) so as to facilitate the subsequent vulcanization. The slow gelation and the thermosensitive gelation method are generally adopted to achieve the best gelation effect, and the dosage of the gelation agent is reduced. The coagulator can list sodium silicofluoride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium acetate, polyether acetal, ethylene methyl aldehyde and the like. Zinc and ammonia complex ions produced by the reaction between ammonium salt compounds and zinc oxide produce foam latex to gel under warm conditions. It is preferred that sodium silicofluoride is mixed with ammonium sulfate. The dosage of sodium silicofluoride is 0-1.0 parts, and that of ammonium sulfate is 0-1.0 parts. The optimum ratio of sodium silicofluoride and ammonium sulfate is 1:2. Ammonium sulfate and zinc oxide can not be added at the same time, one of them must be added before solidification.
[0046] As the latex foaming sponge of the present invention, the raw material may further contain 1.0 - 5.0 parts of a foam stabilizer. The foam stabilizer has the function
of controlling the system to have proper surface tension in the foaming process and generating a good bubble network structure. Examples of the foam stabilizer include gelatin, gum arabic, synthetic gum longan, polyacrylamide, polyacrylate, alkyldimethylamine oxide, 1-dodecanol, lauroamide, polysaccharide acid, amine stearate, triethanolamine, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc., and preferably gelatin.
[0047] As the latex foaming sponge of the present invention, the raw material may further contain 0.5 - 2 parts of a latex stabilizer. The role of the latex stabilizer is to stabilize the natural latex prior to foaming to avoid latex breaking. Examples of the latex stabilizer include potassium hydroxide, ammonia water, sodium oxide, sodium pyrophosphate, and trisodium phosphate.
[0048] As the latex foaming sponge of the present invention, the raw material may further contain 1.0 - 5.0 parts of active agent. The active agent may preferably be zinc
oxide, although other known forms are acceptable, such as magnesium oxide, etc..
[0049] As the latex foaming sponge of the present invention, the raw material further comprises 0.5 - 2.5 parts of accelerator by mass. The accelerator is preferably
