Abstract

A Solar Energy Agro Sprayer System by Switch Control Mechanism for Yielder and Disability Farmer Abstract India is an agricultural-based country that should have control over pests in the field of agriculture as an essential factor. It should have a switch/remote controlled sprayer for increasing effectiveness and efficiency and reducing the involvement of manual mechanism for sprayers. The main aim of this invention is to propose a pesticide sprayer that included a switch controller, which uses in motor suck for collecting water and indicating its level. These switch-controlled sprayers have the primary pros like user-friendly, which will not affect the health of farmers under any situation and in any manner. This solar agro Sprayer is not contributing any greenhouse gas, which includes a mobile charging device, AV/Audio system. This expected model of Solar Agro Sprayer assures an economical and efficient mode of spraying pesticides. And it also found that this method of spraying pesticides is more reliable & less weight compared to the petrol engine agro sprayer. In the previous system, the hydraulic piston method was used for spraying pesticides. It is based on a hydraulic piston movement in which the farmer will give the pressure. To overcome this drawback of the present invention, we introduced a new invention of 'A Solar Energy Agro Sprayer System by Switch Control Mechanism for Yielder and Disability Farmer.' Background of the Invention
Introduction
India is an agricultural-based nation where over 75% of the populace is, directly and indirectly, reliant on the cultivation and farming. The agricultural lands of India are the compositions of all categories and scales like small, rational (marginal), middle (medium), and high status (rich) farmers. The medium-scale cultivators are showing a high rate of interest in the knapsack sprayers like levers, which operated manually. It is only because of its moderate cost, user-friendly designs, and versatility-the multi-pesticide sprayer levers comprised of both battery-operated pumps and knapsack sprayers for its better work efficiency. By using Switch Operated System, the farmers can reduce the optimum efforts required for spraying pesticides. It also helps to spray the insecticides in 3600 directions and any height of crops, and it's around. The primary objective of this research idea is to suggest a model of nozzle pesticide sprayer pump, which is used to operate manually and will spray to the maximum area of the field at a minimum time duration.
To have an environmentally friendly generation of electrical energy resources, the freest resources are Renewable Energy resources. Solar energy resource is the primary resource from all renewable energy resources, and it is cost-free, unlimited, and pollution-free resources. The portion of these solar energy resources in the world's total consumption of energy is around fifteen percentages. This resource is usually generated from the solar panels produced from the PV cells. Approximately 80% of the standalone system is used in the operation of PV (Photovoltaic) cells. Solar Energy resources are user-friendly by its pure nature. It's another pros are the energies collected through Sun directly and can be obtained from anywhere from the earth.
For the sustainable development of any country, agriculture plays a vital role and accumulating the energies from various sources is the primary driver. The natural powers and some human-made strength are the critical, required input for the cultivation since agriculture is a crop-based field. The Sprayers for Pesticides is a mechanical oriented device specially made for spraying the Chemicals quickly and simply. The Pesticides Sprayers are made in different varieties according to the nature of pesticide, field, and requirements. This current research study is only focusing on the 'Pesticide Sprayers, which Operated by using Solar.'
Solar Sprayer is an eco-friendly way of pesticide sprayers that uses Solar Energy as its primary resource. It is not only used in the field of agriculture and also satisfying the multi purposes like agriculture needs and wants. The Motor Sprayer Pumps, which based the solar energies, has more advantages, and the solar powers run it as its primary source. When solar energy is used optimally, that will leads to the pollution-free environment when the solar energy spraying pumps. Here for using solar energy spraying pumps and the battery energy charged through solar resources can be used for other home appliances of routines like mobile chargers, light charging, radio workings, etc.
Now a day's agro Sprayer plays an essential role in agriculture; in our method, we use a single spray section that can independently be controlled. The switch is used to manage the entire system. In addition to that, each section has its control or switching a typical system when the master control is ON, and the whole system is ON. When the master control is OFF, the entire section is not working. The switch arrangement tends to one by one, and less space is required.

[Abhishek Jivrag et al. 2011] examines the invention practices and operations of multi granulated Pesticides dusters. This examines done by the utility of solar energy resources. The impeller variety of centrifugal blower furnishes the combination, use of panels by the solar, mechanism of gear reduction, dispensers, direct current motors, and its batteries. It also found that the pesticide dusters have accommodated with the facilities of operating on equipment of electric supply. The benefit out of this is the service will not interrupt even in the absence of sunlight, i.e., Nighttime, also it will work. The solar energy resources work for dispensing the solid granulated, i.e., powder form of pesticides. The mechanical operator of this device has control over the measurement (rate) and dispense of a variety of pesticides by the manner of press buttons (push) and toggle switches. The study also worked and examined the technical specifications by exploring the mode to reduce the weight of the multi granulated pesticide dusters using solar resources and diminish the feeder unit dispenses within the time of 180 minutes (i.e., 3 hours).
[Joshua et al. 2010] has investigated the "Energy Demand." It is one of the important issues of our nation. Drawing the remedy for this issue, to face the "Energy Demand" is the most significant assertion all the community like Industrialists, Engineers, Scientists, Socialists, and Entrepreneurs of the country. As per the view of the above-said society people, we are applying the non-conventional resources of energy is the only option for the issues of current demand for energy. In recent days, the technologies and concepts of adopting the Non conventional energy resources are attracting all region's development activities. The resource of solar energy paves a vital role in searing the products of agriculture and the pumping operations from the well water for irrigation in the villages. These services can be done without electricity by using solar energy.
[Van Campen et al. 2000] Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems have highlighted their capacity in the agricultural electrification projects globally, which particularly referring the SHS. With enduring the decreases in the price of Photovoltaic systems, various applications are attracting and gaining experiences economically with the use of photovoltaic in different areas like communal and collective social services, agriculture, and other related productive services, which can significantly impact on the development of the rural area. There is as yet a deficiency of information, nonetheless, on the potential and limitations of such photovoltaic applications. The study primarily aimed to devote to a superior understanding of the impact with potential and of the photovoltaic system's limitations on the SARD (Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development), particularly concerning creating the activities which will lead to the income generation.
[Rajesh et al. 1998] has studied that Energy demand is one of the vital strings for our nation. Discovering the prompt redressal to confront the demand for energy is the biggest asset for the Engineers and Scientist. Present days, the fuel engine used for operating the Sprayer for pesticides. But this kind of operating the sprayers is more conservative. To find a solution for this, the study has highlighted a new concept named as Solar Pesticide Sprayer. In this, the Sprayer can operate by using solar energy as primary resources, and probably there is no need for any elective sources. This Solar Pesticide Sprayer has lots of pros like reducing spraying costs and options to save petrol or fuel. It also gives lest vibration for the land when compared with the sprayers by using petroleum. This system can be user-friendly, and there is no need for unique labours where it also increases the proficiency of the farmers. This pesticide sprayer of solar-based energy resources is one of the developed models of various Pesticide Sprayer Pumps. As all, we know Sun is the primary source of all energies on the globe. It is endless and includes all sources of energy abundantly. All the lives are directly/indirectly drawing the energy and strengths of the Sun. Our country is blessed abundantly with lots of solar-based energy resources, which because of the most of India, gets Sunshine in all periods except the short rainstorm season.
[Bhanutej et al. 2015] has studied that in our country, agriculture has to play a vital part in our routine everyday life. The yield of crops over total production is contributing to a significant part of our economy. Due to the nearness of pests and insects in the field (farm), the output of those yields is getting diminishes. To overcome this problem, the pesticides for insets are using by the farmers either by themselves (manually) or using the sprayers. Prior, the pesticides and composts were sprinkled manually, yet they will bring about destructive impacts on farmers. Various developed techniques have been used to overcome these issues; the vital is the usage of spraying techniques. It comprises various mechanisms, and the equipment cost is high comparatively. We built up a component in which we attempted to limit the equipment cost by evacuating the pump to spray. This Sprayer deals with Bernoulli's principle, in which the spraying action of the Sprayer is because of the head created and mechanical linkage. The model is grown numerically for the significant parts like a tank, required head, and the spring system.
Detailed Description of the Invention

The pumping motor is the connected bottom of the water tank, the mixed water will be pumped to the pipeline, filters used for filtering mixed liquid, and it will be joined in between the motor and pipe. The head open of the water tank capped with plastic material, it uses for maintenance purpose, the first stage is the indicator for measuring the water level fixed at the center (permanently fixed), it indicated the level of water. The second indicator is fitting at the underneath of the tank (adjustable level changer).
There are four switches used, and it will be connected to one by one at a minimal distance. The switches placed on the handle, the end of the handle connected the two types of equipment, one is 12v motor, and another one is the nozzle, both connected one by one. The motors and nozzle are attached to pipelines. They are two pipes connected in the control handle, one mixed water is an outlet to the nozzle, and another is water inlet to the water tank with the help of 12v motor. The control handle is made up of lightweight steel.
In farmer relaxation purpose we will implement the audio system, it will be connected at the bellow water tank structure, and phone charger is also included in this method, in case farmer's mobile battery will be discharge to be connected the phone charger, protection circuit connected in all the components, and the battery supplies the electronic components, the water level indicator output connected to the transistor circuit, the transistor working act as a switch, the base will be controlled at the water level. They are well connected to the buzzer, and the buzzer will indicate the level of water and pesticide water; the bottom of the water tank uses the 6v motor.
The water tank for pesticide is designed up of plastic materials, which are left as waste; they will be connected to the outside because for cleaning the container efficiently, the bottom of the pesticide tank is linked to the 5v motor because of the minimum pesticide water flow through the shell. The outside of the container will be marked in ml or litres. The top of the tank will be closed to the cap.
From the flow chart, the master control is ON, and the entire system is ON. If the switch is ON, the motor is ON. If the switch is OFF, the engine will be OFF. Finally, the master switch is OFF. The entire system stopped.
