Abstract The invention discloses a device for rapidly digging ginseng. The device makes it convenient for a worker to separate ginseng seedlings from soil after simultaneously removing the ginseng seedlings and the surrounding soil so that the integrity of the root system of the ginseng seedlings can be guaranteed and the ginseng seedlings can be conveniently dug; and gears are connected with a thread on a connecting shaft through two adjusting arms so that it is convenient to adjust positions of digging knives and thus to dig the ginseng seedlings, thereby reducing the workload of the worker and improving the digging efficiency. 120 ill 500^ Fig.1I
Description
A Device for Rapidly Digging Ginseng
Field of the Invention
The invention relates to the technical field of ginseng digging, and in particular to a device for rapidly digging ginseng. The present invention claims priority to Chinese Invention Patent No. 201911332972.X filed on Dec. 20, 2019.
Background of the Invention
Seed sowing is the main method adopted in production, and includes seedling transplanting and direct seeding. Sowing can be carried out all the year round for protected cultivation . In the solar greenhouse cultivation, seeds can be sown immediately after harvest in the early autumn, and seedlings can emerge about 10 days after sowing. Cultivation in the open is suitable to be carried out in the spring. Seedlings are raised in the greenhouse in March to April in the early spring, and transplanted to the open field after frost; or the seeds can be directly sown in the open field in late April to May. The seeds of ginseng are very small, so it is better to adopt seedling transplantation. At the same time, the bed in which the seeds are to be sown must be plowed and harrowed carefully, the bed soil should be fine, and the bed surface should be level.
However, in the existing process of transferring and digging ginseng, workers are needed to dig the ginseng seedlings in the soil pit, in which process there exists great difficulty as it is required to distinguish root hairs of the ginseng seedlings carefully to avoid breaking the root system of the ginseng seedlings. This increases the workload of the workers, tends to cause breaking of the root hairs of the ginseng seedlings and thus the reduced survival rate of the transplanted ginseng seedlings, thereby reducing the digging efficiency.
Summary of the Invention
The invention aims to provide a ginseng quick digging device, which can effectively solve the problems mentioned in the above background of the invention.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
A device for rapidly digging ginseng, comprise a connecting module and digging knives; the connecting module comprises a connecting pipe, a connecting shaft and adjusting arms; the connecting shaft is arranged in the connecting pipe, the top of the connecting pipe is symmetrically and rotatably connected with two gears by means of hinged seats, the bottom end of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a connecting frame, and the bottom of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a protection module; the middle part of the connecting shaft is provided with a thread which is meshed with both of the two gears, the bottom end of the connecting shaft is rotationally connected with an adjusting module, and the bottom end of the adjusting module is fixedly connected with two digging knives; the number of the adjusting arms is two, and one end of each of the two adjusting arms is fixedly connected with a rotating column; an end of each of the two rotating columns is fixedly connected with a central position at a side of each of the two gears respectively.
Wherein, the protection module includes a support frame and a sliding plate; the inner side of the support frame is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two circular rods; two ends of the sliding plate are respectively slidably connected with the two circular rods, and the sliding plate is provided with a circular through hole at a central position thereof.
The adjusting module includes V-shaped hinged frames, hinged rods I, a connecting rod and hinged rods II; the bottom end of the connecting shaft passes through the circular through hole and is fixedly connected with a connecting bump, and two ends of the connecting bump are respectively rotationally connected with an end of each of the two hinged rods I; the other ends of the two hinged rods I are respectively rotationally connected with an end part of a side arm of each of the two V-shaped hinged frames; end parts of the other side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames are respectively fixedly connected with the tops of the two digging knives, the tops of the two digging knives are respectively fixedly connected with the side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames by means of the connecting rod, and end parts of small ends of the two V-shaped hinged frames are rotationally connected with the hinged rods II; the two ends at the bottom of the sliding plate are respectively fixedly connected with end parts of the two hinged rods II; and outer sides of the two digging knives are fixedly connected with push handles.
Further, the protection module also includes a support plate; and the support plate and the support frame are both of an arc-shaped structure with an open side, and the inner side wall of the support plate is fixedly connected with the outer side of the bottom of the support frame.
Further, when the digging knives are in the initial positions, the bottom surfaces of the digging knives and the bottom surface of the support frame are in the same horizontal plane, and when the digging knives are in the working state, the push handles are in contact with the top surface of the support plate.
Further, an included angle between a side arm of each of the V-shaped hinged frames and the bottom surface of the sliding plate is in the range of 30-45 degrees; and an included angle between the two digging knives is in the range of 0-30 degrees.
Further, the top of the connecting pipe is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two grips, and a horizontal center line between the two grips is perpendicular to a horizontal center line between the two push handles.
Further, the width of the large end of the connecting bump is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular through hole in the sliding plate, and the connecting bump is located at the bottom of the sliding plate when being in the initial position.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
Two digging knives are arranged on an inner side of a support frame, and the tops of the two digging knives are connected with a sliding plate by means of V-shaped hinged frames and hinged rods II, and connected with a connecting bump by means of hinged rods I, so that the two digging knives can clamp the soil blocks where the ginseng seedlings are located when the ginseng seedlings are dug; this makes it convenient for a worker to separate the ginseng seedlings from the soil after simultaneously removing the ginseng seedlings and the surrounding soil, so that the integrity of the root system of the ginseng seedlings can be guaranteed and the ginseng seedlings can be conveniently dug; and gears are connected with a thread on a connecting shaft through two adjusting arms so that it is convenient to adjust the positions of the digging knives and thus to dig the ginseng seedlings, thereby reducing the workload of the worker and improving the digging efficiency.
The support frame can protect the digging knives from being exposed out to scratch people's skin and from becoming deformed due to collision with foreign objects, thereby prolonging the service life of the digging knives. Moreover, the support plate is in contact with the ground so as to limit the position of the support frame and keep the support frame stable, thereby making it convenient to insert the digging knives into the soil for digging. Through rotation of two grips, the two digging knives can rotate in the soil to separate the soil blocks where the ginseng seedlings are located from the surrounding soil, so that the digging efficiency and quality of the ginseng quick digging device are improved.

The present invention will be further specified by the detailed embodiments below. However, it should be noted that the present invention may be implemented in various ways and should not be limited by the embodiments illustrated here. On the contrary, these embodiments are provided to render the present invention more apparent and complete, while fully conveying the invention scope to those skilled in the art.
The terms comprise or include mentioned throughout the description and claims are inclusive wording and should, therefore, be interpreted as include but not limited to. What is subsequently outlined in the description are the preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are aimed at the general principle of the description, but are not intended to define the present invention scope. Referring to Figures 1-7, a ginseng quick digging device includes a connecting module 100 and digging knives 300. The connecting module 100 comprises a connecting pipe 110, a connecting shaft 120 and adjusting arms 140. The connecting shaft 120 is arranged in the connecting pipe 110, the top of the connecting pipe 110 is symmetrically and rotatably connected with two gears 130 by means of hinged seats, the bottom end of the connecting pipe 110 is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 200, and the bottom of the connecting frame 200 is fixedly connected with a protection module 500. The middle part of the connecting shaft 120 is provided with a thread which is meshed with both of the two gears 130, the bottom end of the connecting shaft 120 is rotationally connected with an adjusting module 400, and the bottom end of the adjusting module 400 is fixedly connected with two digging knives 300. The number of the adjusting arms 140 is two, and one end of each of the two adjusting arms 140 is fixedly connected with a rotating column 141. An end of each of the two rotating columns 141 is fixedly connected with a central position at a side of each of the two gears 130 respectively.
The protection module 500 includes a support frame 510 and a sliding plate 530. The inner side of the support frame 510 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two circular rods 511. Two ends of the sliding plate 530 are respectively slidably connected with the two circular rods 511, and the sliding plate 530 is provided with a circular through hole 531 at a central position thereof.
The adjusting module 400 includes V-shaped hinged frames 410, hinged rods I 420, a connecting rod 430 and hinged rods II 440. The bottom end of the connecting shaft 120 passes through the circular through hole 531 and is fixedly connected with a connecting bump 121, and two ends of the connecting bump 121 are respectively rotationally connected with an end of each of the two hinged rods I 420. The other ends of the two hinged rods I 420 are respectively rotationally connected with an end part of a side arm of each of the two V-shaped hinged frames 410. End parts of the other side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 are respectively fixedly connected with the tops of the two digging knives 300, the tops of the two digging knives 300 are respectively fixedly connected with the side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 by means of the connecting rod 430, and end parts of small ends of the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 are rotationally connected with the hinged rods II 440. The two ends at the bottom of the sliding plate 530 are respectively fixedly connected with end parts of the two hinged rods II 440. Outer sides of the two digging knives 300 are fixedly connected with push handles 310. During use, the worker moves the ginseng quick digging device to a to-be-dug area, and then steps down the push handles 310 with his foot so that the two digging knives 300 are inserted into the soil. At this moment, the V-shaped hinged frames 410 at the tops of the digging knives 300 pull the connecting bump 121 to move downwards therewith, the thread on the connecting shaft 120 enables the two gears 130 to rotate, and the rotation of the gears 130 causes the two adjusting arms 140 to rotate upwards. Then the two adjusting arms 140 are rotated downwards, and the thread is meshed with the gears 130 so that the connecting shaft 120 is moved upwards. When the connecting bump 121 is moved upwards with the connecting shaft 120, the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 are pulled to rotate in opposite directions through the hinged rods I 420 under the action of the hinged rods II 440. At this moment, the bottom ends of the two hinged rods I 420 enable the bottom ends of the two digging knives 300 to get close to each other, so that the two digging knives 300 can clamp the soil blocks. When the connecting shaft 120 continues to move upwards, the connecting bump 121, together with the hinged rods I 420 and the V-shaped hinged frames 410, lifts the two digging knives 300 until the two digging knives 300 take out the soil blocks. The sliding plate 530 slides on the two circular rods 511 so that it is guaranteed that the path of the two digging knives 300 does not change. Then the worker can take out the soil blocks, then take out the ginseng seedlings, and remove the soil around the root system of the seedlings.
This makes it convenient for the worker to separate the ginseng seedlings from the soil after simultaneously removing the ginseng seedlings and the surrounding soil, so that the integrity of the root system of the ginseng seedlings can be guaranteed and the ginseng seedlings can be conveniently dug. Moreover, the two digging knives 300 are moved upwards through the two adjusting arms 140. Thereby, the workload of the worker is reduced, and the digging efficiency is improved.
The protection module 500 also includes a support plate 520. The support plate 520 and the support frame 510 are both of an arc-shaped structure with an open side, and the inner side wall of the support plate 520 is fixedly connected with the outer side of the bottom of the support frame 510. When the ginseng seedlings are dug, the support plate 520 is in contact with the ground so as to limit the position of the support frame 510 and keep the support frame 510 stable, thereby making it convenient to insert the digging knives 300 into the soil for digging. When the digging knives 300 are in the initial positions, the bottom surfaces of the digging knives 300 and the bottom surface of the support frame 510 are in the same horizontal plane; and when the digging knives 300 are in the working state, the push handles 310 are in contact with the top surface of the support plate 520. The support frame 510 can protect the digging knives 300 from being exposed out to scratch people's skin and from becoming deformed due to collision with foreign objects. An included angle between a side arm of each of the V-shaped hinged frames 410 and the bottom surface of the sliding plate 530 is in the range of 30-45 degrees; and an included angle between the two digging knives 300 is in the range of 0-30 degrees. After the soil blocks where the ginseng seedlings are located are integrally dug out by using the two digging knives 300, the connecting shaft 120 enables the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 through the connecting bump 121 to drive the two digging knives 300 to get close to each other in order to clamp the soil blocks where the ginseng seedlings are located, thereby protecting the root system of the ginseng seedlings from being pulled apart due to soil loosening when the soil blocks are taken out. Thus, the survival rate of the ginseng seedlings is improved.
The top of the connecting pipe 110 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two grips 111, and a horizontal center line between the two grips 111 is perpendicular to a horizontal center line between the two push handles 310. After the two digging knives 300 are inserted into the soil, the soil between the two digging knives 300 is connected with the surrounding soil, so it is inconvenient to take out the soil blocks. At this moment, through rotation of the two grips 111, the two digging knives 300 can rotate in the soil so as to separate the soil blocks where the ginseng seedlings are located from the surrounding soil. The width of the large end of the connecting bump 121 is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular through hole 531 in the sliding plate 530, and the connecting bump 121 is located at the bottom of the sliding plate 530 when being in the initial position. When the two digging knives 300 inserted in the soil are restored to the original positions, the connecting bump 121 can be enabled to drive the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 to firstly clamp the soil blocks between the two digging knives 300; and then when the connecting bump 121 continues to move upwards, the two digging knives 300 can be integrally lifted to the ground. Thereby, the efficiency for digging the ginseng seedlings is improved.
Working principle: during use, the worker moves the ginseng quick digging device to a to-be-dug area, and then steps down the push handles 310 with his foot so that the two digging knives 300 are inserted into the soil; at this moment, the V-shaped hinged frames 410 at the tops of the digging knives 300 pull the connecting bump 121 to move downwards therewith, the thread on the connecting shaft 120 enables the two gears 130 to rotate, and the rotation of the gears 130 causes the two adjusting arms 140 to rotate upwards; then the two adjusting arms 140 are rotated downwards, and the thread is meshed with the gears 130 so that the connecting shaft 120 is moved upwards; when the connecting bump 121 is moved upwards with the connecting shaft 120, the two V-shaped hinged frames 410 are pulled to rotate in opposite directions through the hinged rods I 420 under the action of the hinged rods II 440; at this moment, the bottom ends of the two hinged rods I 420 enable the bottom ends of the two digging knives 300 to get close to each other, so that the two digging knives 300 can clamp the soil blocks; when the connecting shaft 120 continues to move upwards, the connecting bump 121, together with the hinged rods I 420 and the V-shaped hinged frames 410, lifts the two digging knives 300 until the two digging knives 300 take out the soil blocks; the sliding plate 530 slides on the two circular rods 511 so that it is guaranteed that the path of the two digging knives 300 does not change; then the worker can take out the soil blocks, then take out the ginseng seedlings, and remove the soil around the root system of the seedlings; this makes it convenient for the worker to separate the ginseng seedlings from the soil after simultaneously removing the ginseng seedlings and the surrounding soil, so that the integrity of the root system of the ginseng seedlings can be guaranteed and the ginseng seedlings can be conveniently dug; and the two digging knives 300 are moved upwards through the two adjusting arms 140.

A device for rapidly digging ginseng, characterized by comprising a connecting module and digging knives; the connecting module comprises a connecting pipe, a connecting shaft and adjusting arms; the connecting shaft is arranged in the connecting pipe, the top of the connecting pipe is symmetrically and rotatably connected with two gears by means of hinged seats, the bottom end of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a connecting frame, and the bottom of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a protection module; the middle part of the connecting shaft is provided with a thread which is meshed with both of the two gears, the bottom end of the connecting shaft is rotationally connected with an adjusting module, and the bottom end of the adjusting module is fixedly connected with two digging knives; the number of the adjusting arms is two, and one end of each of the two adjusting arms is fixedly connected with a rotating column; an end of each of the two rotating columns is fixedly connected with a central position at a side of each of the two gears respectively;wherein, the protection module includes a support frame and a sliding plate; the inner side of the support frame is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two circular rods; two ends of the sliding plate are respectively slidably connected with the two circular rods, and the sliding plate is provided with a circular through hole at a central position thereof;the adjusting module includes V-shaped hinged frames, hinged rods I, a connecting rod and hinged rods II; the bottom end of the connecting shaft passes through the circular through hole and is fixedly connected with a connecting bump, and two ends of the connecting bump are respectively rotationally connected with an end of each of the two hinged rods I; the other ends of the two hinged rods I are respectively rotationally connected with an end part of a side arm of each of the two V-shaped hinged frames; end parts of the other side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames are respectively fixedly connected with the tops of the two digging knives, the tops of the two digging knives are respectively fixedly connected with the side arms of the two V-shaped hinged frames by means of the connecting rod, and end parts of small ends of the two V-shaped hinged frames are rotationally connected with the hinged rods II; the two ends at the bottom of the sliding plate are respectively fixedly connected with end parts of the two hinged rods II; and outer sides of the two digging knives are fixedly connected with push handles.

The device for rapidly digging ginseng according to claim 2, characterized in that, when the digging knives are in the initial positions, the bottom surfaces of the digging knives and the bottom surface of the support frame are in the same horizontal plane, and when the digging knives are in the working state, the push handles are in contact with the top surface of the support plate.

The ginseng quick digging device according to claim 3, characterized in that, an included angle between a side arm of each of the V-shaped hinged frames and the bottom surface of the sliding plate is in the range of 30-45 degrees; and an included angle between the two digging knives is in the range of 0-30 degrees.

The device for rapidly digging ginseng according to claim 1, characterized in that, the top of the connecting pipe is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two grips, and a horizontal center line between the two grips is perpendicular to a horizontal center line between the two push handles.

The device for rapidly digging ginseng according to claim 1, characterized in that, the width of the large end of the connecting bump is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular through hole in the sliding plate, and the connecting bump is located at the bottom of the sliding plate when being in the initial position.
