Abstract

This invention discloses a sterilizing contact lens case, including a case body 24, wherein a top end of the case body 24 is provided with a case cover 11, and the case body 24 is provided with contact lens chambers 25 in bilateral symmetry manner. Herein, components in one of the contact lens chambers 25 at a first side are taken as an example for detailed description, each of the contact lens chambers 25 at the first side is provided with each of lifting devices 200 and each of sterilization devices 300. A STERILIZING CONTACT LENS CASE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a sterilizing contact lens case.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Contact lenses are popular among people because they can avoid frame glasses covering the eyes. But during the storage of contact lenses, it is easy to generate a large number of bacterial communities in the contact lens case, which seriously affects the eye hygiene and safety of the wearer, so it needs to be replaced regularly by the user. Therefore, the present invention aims to design a contact lens box which can kill bacteria in the lens box by itself.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The aim of the invention is to provide a sterilizing contact lens case so as to overcome the above problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A sterilizing contact lens case of the present invention comprises a case body, wherein a top end of the case body is provided with a case cover, and the case body is provided with contact lens chambers in bilateral symmetry manner; each of the contact lens chambers is provided with each of lifting devices and each of sterilization devices; a bottom wall of each of the contact lens chambers is provided therein with each of integrated chambers which comprises a transmission device, and a rear chamber is disposed in rear walls of the integrated chambers, and a driving device is disposed in the rear chamber; the driving device comprises a main bevel gear fixedly disposed at a first end of the case cover; a main shaft is disposed in the rear chamber; a rear bevel gear is disposed at a rear end of the main shaft; a front bevel gear is disposed at a front end of the rear chamber; a front chamber is disposed in front walls of the integrated chambers, and the front chamber is provided therein with a power storage device; and the power storage device can drive the sterilization devices to rotate through the transmission device to perform sterilization treatment on the contact lens case.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, the transmission device comprises an auxiliary shaft disposed in the integrated chambers, wherein a top end of the auxiliary shaft is provided with an auxiliary bevel gear; a bottom end of the auxiliary shaft is provided with a main gear; a transmission shaft is disposed in the integrated chambers; a lower gear is disposed at a bottom end of the transmission shaft; a unidirectional gear is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft, and an upper gear is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft; a sliding chamber is disposed in top walls of the integrated chambers; a sleeve shaft is slidably disposed in the sliding chamber; the integrated chambers are provided therein with a spline shaft; a bottom end of the spline shaft is provided with a bottom bevel gear; the sleeve shaft is spline-fitted with the spline shaft; a first spring is elastically disposed between the sleeve shaft and a bottom wall of the sliding chamber, and a tenon is disposed at a top end of the sleeve shaft; and the transmission device can transmit power into each device.
[0006] As an optimized technical proposal, the lifting devices comprise first screw rods and second screw rods disposed in the contact lens chambers; bottom ends of the first screw rods are provided with auxiliary pulleys; outer walls of the second screw rods are provided with main pulleys; belts are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys and the auxiliary pulleys; auxiliary gears are disposed at bottom ends of the second screw rods; bottom plates are slidably disposed in the contact lens chambers, and the bottom plates are threadedly fitted with the first screw rods and the second screw rods; and the lifting devices can raise the contact lens to a certain height when the case cover is opened, thereby facilitating access by a user.

[0009] The benefits of the invention are as follows: the invention is simple in structure and is easy to produce; the sterilization operation can be automatically performed inside the contact lens case after the case cover is closed, thereby maintaining a degree of cleanliness in the contact lens case, and eye health of a wearer is protected; and the apparatus can be reused to save expense of the user, thus the apparatus has higher use and promotion value.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] As shown in Figures 1-2, a sterilizing contact lens case of the present invention comprises a case body 24, wherein a top end of the case body 24 is provided with a case cover 11, and the case body 24 is provided with contact lens chambers 25 in bilateral symmetry manner; each of the contact lens chambers 25 is provided with each of lifting devices 200 and each of sterilization devices 300; a bottom wall of each of the contact lens chambers 25 is provided therein with each of integrated chambers 29 which comprises a transmission device 100, and a rear chamber 40 is disposed in rear walls of the integrated chambers 29, and a driving device 500 is disposed in the rear chamber 40; the driving device 500 comprises a main bevel gear 36 fixedly disposed at a first end of the case cover 11; a main shaft 38 is disposed in the rear chamber 40; a rear bevel gear 37 is disposed at a rear end of the main shaft 38; a front bevel gear 39 is disposed at a front end of the rear chamber 40; a front chamber 53 is disposed in front walls of the integrated chambers 29, and the front chamber 53 is provided therein with a power storage device 400; and the power storage device 400 can drive the sterilization devices 300 to rotate through the transmission device 100 to perform sterilization treatment on the contact lens case.
[0014] Advantageously, the transmission device 100 comprises an auxiliary shaft 42 disposed in the integrated chambers 29, wherein a top end of the auxiliary shaft 42 is provided with an auxiliary bevel gear 41; a bottom end of the auxiliary shaft 42 is provided with a main gear 43; a transmission shaft 35 is disposed in the integrated chambers 29; a lower gear 34 is disposed at a bottom end of the transmission shaft 35; a unidirectional gear 45 is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft 35, and an upper gear 44 is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft 35; a sliding chamber 65 is disposed in top walls of the integrated chambers 29; a sleeve shaft 66 is slidably disposed in the sliding chamber 65; the integrated chambers 29 are provided therein with a spline shaft 72; a bottom end of the spline shaft 72 is provided with a bottom bevel gear 62; the sleeve shaft 66 is spline-fitted with the spline shaft 72; a first spring 64 is elastically disposed between the sleeve shaft 66 and a bottom wall of the sliding chamber 65, and a tenon 67 is disposed at a top end of the sleeve shaft 66; and the transmission device 100 can transmit power into each device.
[0015] Advantageously, the lifting devices 200 comprise first screw rods 23 and second screw rods 32 disposed in the contact lens chambers 25; bottom ends of the first screw rods 23 are provided with auxiliary pulleys 28; outer walls of the second screw rods 32 are provided with main pulleys 31; belts 30 are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys 31 and the auxiliary pulleys 28; auxiliary gears 33 are disposed at bottom ends of the second screw rods 32; bottom plates 27 are slidably disposed in the contact lens chambers 25, and the bottom plates 27 are threadedly fitted with the first screw rods 23 and the second screw rods 32; and the lifting devices 200 can raise the contact lens to a certain height when the case cover 11 is opened, thereby facilitating access by a user.
[0016] Advantageously, the sterilization devices 300 comprise lower sterilization lamps 26 disposed in the bottom plates 27; top ends of the contact lens chambers 25 are provided with sterilization chambers 15, and the sterilization chambers 15 are provided with ring bevel gears 12; bottom ends of the ring bevel gears 12 are provided with upper sterilization lamps 14; an upper chamber 19 is disposed in first walls of the sterilization chambers 15; transverse shafts 17 are disposed in the upper chamber 19; first ends of the transverse shafts 17 are provided with first bevel gears 16 meshed with the ring bevel gears 12; second ends of the transverse shafts 17 are provided with second bevel gears 18; the upper chamber 19 is provided therein with a longitudinal shaft 20; a top end of the longitudinal shaft is provided with a top bevel gear 21; a bottom end of the longitudinal shaft 20 is provided with a mortise 22 coupled with the tenon 67, and a bottom end of the case cover 11 is provided with a mirror 13; and the sterilization devices 300 are used for eliminating bacterial colony inside the contact lens case, thereby improving safety of use.
[0017] Advantageously, the power storage device 400 comprises a lower shaft 47 disposed in the front chamber 53; a rear end of the lower shaft 47 is provided with a spur bevel gear 46; a front end of the lower shaft 47 is provided with an auxiliary bevel gear 48; the front chamber 53 is provided therein with a power storage shaft 52; a first end of the power storage shaft 52 is provided with a lower bevel gear 49, and a rear end of the power storage shaft 52 is provided with a balance wheel 50; the balance wheel 50 is provided therein with a torsion spring 51; a buckle 54 is disposed on a first end surface of the balance wheel 50; the front chamber 53 is provided therein with an escapement rod 55, and a top end of the escapement rod 55 is provided with an escapement claw 56; an escapement shaft 59 is disposed in the front chamber 53; a rear end of the escapement shaft 59 is provided with an escapement wheel 57; a front end of the escapement shaft 59 is provided with an upper bevel gear 58; the front chamber 53 is provided with an upper shaft 61, and a front end of the upper shaft 61 is provided with an outer bevel gear 60, and a rear end of the upper shaft 61 is provided with an inner bevel gear 63; the power storage device 400 can convert mechanical energy of opening and closing the case cover 11 into potential energy and store the potential energy, thereby providing power for the sterilization devices 300.

[0019] When the contact lens case is opened, the case cover 11 is manually turned, and the front bevel gear 39 is driven to rotate by the main bevel gear 36, the rear bevel gear 37 and the main shaft 38, and then the transmission shaft 35 is driven to rotate through the auxiliary bevel gear 41, the auxiliary shaft 42, the main gear 43 and the upper gear 44, and the transmission shaft 35 drives the bottom plates 27 to slide upward sequentially through the lower gear 34, the auxiliary gears 33, the second screw rods 32, the main pulleys 31 and the auxiliary pulleys 28, meanwhile, the transmission shaft 35 drives the power storage shaft 52 to rotate through the unidirectional gear 45, the spur bevel gear 46, the lower shaft 47, the auxiliary bevel gear 48 and the lower bevel gear 49, so elastic potential energy of the torsion spring 51 is increased, when the contact lens case is closed, the case cover 11 is manually turned and the bottom plates 27 is driven to slide upward through the main bevel gear 36, the rear bevel gear 37, the main shaft 38, the front bevel gear 39, the auxiliary bevel gear 41, the auxiliary shaft 42, the main gear 43, the upper gear 44, the transmission shaft 35, the lower gear 34, the auxiliary gears 33, the second screw rods 32, the main pulleys 31 and the auxiliary pulleys 28, and the torsion spring 51 releases the elastic potential energy, and the balance wheel 50 swings circumferentially and drives the escapement wheel 57 to rotate through the buckle 54, the escapement rod 55 and the escapement claw 56, thereby driving the upper sterilization lamps 14 to rotate by the escapement shaft 59, the upper bevel gear 58, the outer bevel gear 60, the upper shaft 61, the inner bevel gear 63, the bottom bevel gear 62, the spline shaft 72, the sleeve shaft 66, the tenon 67, the mortise 22, the longitudinal shaft 20, the top bevel gear 21, the second bevel gears 18, the transverse shafts 17, the first bevel gears 16 and the ring bevel gears 12, and further, the sterilization operation is performed inside the contact lens chambers 25.

1. A sterilizing contact lens case, comprising:
a case body, wherein a top end of the case body is provided with a case cover, and the case body is provided with contact lens chambers in bilateral symmetry manner;
each of the contact lens chambers provided with each of lifting devices and each of sterilization devices;
a bottom wall of each of the contact lens chambers provided therein with each of integrated chambers which comprises a transmission device;
a rear chamber disposed in rear walls of the integrated chambers, and a driving device disposed in the rear chamber;
the driving device which comprises a main bevel gear fixedly disposed at a first end of the case cover;
a main shaft disposed in the rear chamber;
a rear bevel gear disposed at a rear end of the main shaft;
a front bevel gear disposed at a front end of the rear chamber;
a front chamber disposed in front walls of the integrated chambers, and the front chamber provided therein with a power storage device;
whereby the power storage device can drive the sterilization devices to rotate through the transmission device to perform sterilization treatment on the contact lens case;
wherein the transmission device comprises an auxiliary shaft disposed in the integrated chambers, wherein a top end of the auxiliary shaft is provided with an auxiliary bevel gear; a bottom end of the auxiliary shaft is provided with a main gear; a transmission shaft is disposed in the integrated chambers; a lower gear is disposed at a bottom end of the transmission shaft; a unidirectional gear is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft, and an upper gear is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission shaft; a sliding chamber is disposed in top walls of the integrated chambers; a sleeve shaft is slidably disposed in the sliding chamber; the integrated chambers are provided therein with a spline shaft; a bottom end of the spline shaft is provided with a bottom bevel gear; the sleeve shaft is spline-fitted with the spline shaft; a first spring is elastically disposed between the sleeve shaft and a bottom wall of the sliding chamber, and a tenon is disposed at a top end of the sleeve shaft; whereby the transmission device can transmit power into each device; wherein the lifting devices comprise first screw rods and second screw rods disposed in the contact lens chambers; bottom ends of the first screw rods are provided with auxiliary pulleys; outer walls of the second screw rods are provided with main pulleys; belts are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys and the auxiliary pulleys; auxiliary gears are disposed at bottom ends of the second screw rods; bottom plates are slidably disposed in the contact lens chambers, and the bottom plates are threadedly fitted with the first screw rods and the second screw rods; whereby the lifting devices can raise the contact lens to a certain height when the case cover is opened, thereby facilitating access by a user; wherein the sterilization devices comprise lower sterilization lamps disposed in the bottom plates; top ends of the contact lens chambers are provided with sterilization chambers, and the sterilization chambers are provided with ring bevel gears; bottom ends of the ring bevel gears are provided with upper sterilization lamps; an upper chamber is disposed in first walls of the sterilization chambers; transverse shafts are disposed in the upper chamber; first ends of the transverse shafts are provided with first bevel gears meshed with the ring bevel gears; second ends of the transverse shafts are provided with second bevel gears; the upper chamber is provided therein with a longitudinal shaft; a top end of the longitudinal shaft is provided with a top bevel gear; a bottom end of the longitudinal shaft is provided with a mortise coupled with the tenon, and a bottom end of the case cover is provided with a mirror; whereby the sterilization devices are used for eliminating bacterial colony inside the contact lens case, thereby improving safety ofuse; wherein the power storage device comprises a lower shaft disposed in the front chamber; a rear end of the lower shaft is provided with a spur bevel gear; a front end of the lower shaft is provided with an auxiliary bevel gear; the front chamber is provided therein with a power storage shaft; a first end of the power storage shaft is provided with a lower bevel gear, and a rear end of the power storage shaft is provided with a balance wheel; the balance wheel is provided therein with a torsion spring; a buckle is disposed on a first end surface of the balance wheel; the front chamber is provided therein with an escapement rod, and a top end of the escapement rod is provided with an escapement claw; an escapement shaft is disposed in the front chamber; a rear end of the escapement shaft is provided with an escapement wheel; a front end of the escapement shaft is provided with an upper bevel gear; the front chamber is provided with an upper shaft, and a front end of the upper shaft is provided with an outer bevel gear, and a rear end of the upper shaft is provided with an inner bevel gear; whereby the power storage device can convert mechanical energy of opening and closing the case cover into potential energy and store the potential energy, thereby providing power for the sterilization devices.
