A BIOMASS FUEL PROCESSING DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomass fuel processing, in particular to a biomass fuel processing device.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Biomass such as rice hulls, straws, and tobacco powder can be served as fuel combustion, and compared with traditional fuels, it is environmentally friendly.
Biomass fuels need to be shattered, and traditional shattering mainly relies on manual cutting which takes a long time and is inefficient. The present shattering devices adopt single rotary shafts to drive to grind, and the working speed is slow and the efficiency is not high, and it is difficult to collect as it is a disposable discharging.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a biomass fuel processing device, so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] The following technical plan is adopted by the invention to solve the above-mentioned problems: A biomass fuel processing device of this invention comprises the housing and the base fixedly arranged on the left side of the bottom end surface of said housing, wherein said housing is provided with the shattering structure, and the bottom of said housing is provided with the through groove, and the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly embedded in the right side wall of said through groove, and the left end of said hydraulic cylinder is cooperatively connected with the blocking hydraulic plate. The retaining cavity is arranged in the right side of said base, and the top of said retaining cavity is communicated with said through groove. The right side of said retaining cavity is provided with the outlet communicating with the outside, and the left side wall of said retaining cavity is provided with the opening slot and the left side of said retaining cavity is provided with the driving cavity. The driving runner is arranged in said driving cavity. The fixed short column is fixedly set at the edge of the front end surface of said driving runner, and the driving push rod is hinged on said fixed short column, and the scraping plate is hinged to the right end of said driving push rod. Said scraping plate is located in said retaining cavity and it is slidably and cooperatively connected to the inner wall of said retaining cavity. Said base extends backward and the rear top surface of said base is fixedly provided with the base body fixedly connected to the rear side surface of said housing, and the driving motor is fixedly set at the top of the inner wall of said base body. The bottom surface of said driving motor is in power connection with the first rotary shaft, and said first rotary shaft extends downwardly through the first transmission cavity and penetrates into the second transmission cavity, and said second transmission cavity is set in the inner wall of said base. The first bevel gear, located on the inner bottom surface of said first transmission cavity, is fixedly sleeved on said first rotary shaft in said first transmission cavity, and it is connected to the third bevel gear in a meshed mode. The second bevel gear is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the bottom end of said first rotary shaft, and in said second transmission cavity it is connected to the fourth bevel gear in a meshed mode. The right side of said fourth bevel gear is fixedly provided with the second rotary shaft extending out of said second transmission cavity, and said second rotary shaft extends forward into said driving cavity, and is fixedly connected to the center of the rear side wall of said driving runner.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, said shattering structure comprises the shattering roller which is right and left symmetrically set in said housing, and the outer surface of said shattering roller is fixedly provided with several shattering sawteeth.
The third rotary shaft, which is front and back extended, penetrates through the center of said shattering roller, and the front end of said third rotary shaft is rotatably and cooperatively connected to the front side wall of said housing, and the back end of said left third rotary shaft extends out of said housing and extends into said first transmission cavity, and it is fixedly connected to said third bevel gear. The middle of said left third rotary shaft and the tail portion of said right third rotary shaft penetrate through the third transmission cavity. In the third transmission cavity, the transmission wheel is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of said third rotary shaft. By pouring biomass fuel into the housing through the feed hopper and the inlet slot, and at the same time controlling the driving motor to start operating, the driving motor drives the first rotary shaft and the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear to rotate. The first bevel gear rotates to drive the third bevel gear to rotate, and the third bevel gear drives the left third rotary shaft and the transmission wheel thereon to rotate. The transmission wheel on the left side drives the transmission wheel on the right side to rotate through the transmission belt, and the transmission wheel on the right side rotates to drive the right third rotary shaft to rotate, so that the third rotary shafts on the left and right simultaneously drive the shattering roller to shatter the raw material, and at the same time the hydraulic cylinder is controlled to operate. The hydraulic cylinder controls the blocking hydraulic plate to stretch back and forth to realize the to-and-fro on and off of the through groove, so that the shattered raw material intermittently falls into the retaining cavity. Meanwhile, the second bevel gear rotates to drive the fourth bevel gear to rotate, and the fourth bevel gear drives the second rotary shaft and the driving runner to rotate. The driving runner rotates to drive driving push rod to move right and left to push the scraping plate, so that the scraping plate pushes out the raw material in the retaining cavity, and finally, the raw material is pushed out intermittently for convenient collection. The invention is simple in structure, convenient to use, and has high efficiency in biomass fuel shattering. It is convenient to collect intermittent discharging, and is suitable to be popularized and used.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] Referring to FIG 1-3, a biomass fuel processing device of this invention comprises the housing 10 and the base 30 fixedly arranged on the left side of the bottom end surface of said housing 10, wherein said housing 10 is provided with the shattering structure, and the bottom of said housing is provided with the through groove 23, and the hydraulic cylinder 21 is fixedly embedded in the right side wall of said through groove 23, and the left end of said hydraulic cylinder 21 is cooperatively connected with the blocking hydraulic plate 22. The retaining cavity 24 is arranged in the right side of said base 30, and the top of said retaining cavity 24 is communicated with said through groove 23. The right side of said retaining cavity 24 is provided with the outlet 25 communicating with the outside, and the left side wall of said retaining cavity 24 is provided with the opening slot 26 and the left side of said retaining cavity 24 is provided with the driving cavity 31. The driving runner 32 is arranged in said driving cavity 31. The fixed short column 33 is fixedly set at the edge of the front end surface of said driving runner 32, and the driving push rod 28 is hinged on said fixed short column 33, and the scraping plate 27 is hinged to the right end of said driving push rod 28. Said scraping plate 27 is located in said retaining cavity 24 and it is slidably and cooperatively connected to the inner wall of said retaining cavity 24. Said base 30 extends backward and the rear top surface of said base 30 is fixedly provided with the base body 40 fixedly connected to the rear side surface of said housing 10, and the driving motor 41 is fixedly set at the top of the inner wall of said base body 40. The bottom surface of said driving motor 41 is in power connection with the first rotary shaft 46, and said first rotary shaft 46 extends downwardly through the first transmission cavity 47 and penetrates into the second transmission cavity 52, and said second transmission cavity 52 is set in the inner wall of said base 30. The first bevel gear 48, located on the inner bottom surface of said first transmission cavity 47, is fixedly sleeved on said first rotary shaft 46 in said first transmission cavity 47, and it is connected to the third bevel gear 42 in a meshed mode. The second bevel gear 51 is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the bottom end of said first rotary shaft 46, and in said second transmission cavity 52 it is connected to the fourth bevel gear 53 in a meshed mode. The right side of said fourth bevel gear 53 is fixedly provided with the second rotary shaft 54 extending out of said second transmission cavity 52, and said second rotary shaft 54 extends forward into said driving cavity 31, and is fixedly connected to the center of the rear side wall of said driving runner 32.
[0012] Wherein, said shattering structure comprises the shattering roller 12 which is right and left symmetrically set in said housing 10, and the outer surface of said shattering roller 12 is fixedly provided with several shattering sawteeth 13. The third rotary shaft 14, which is front and back extended, penetrates through the center of said shattering roller 12, and the front end of said third rotary shaft 14 is rotatably and cooperatively connected to the front side wall of said housing 10, and the back end of said left third rotary shaft 14 extends out of said housing 10 and extends into said first transmission cavity 47, and is fixedly connected to said third bevel gear 42. The middle of said left third rotary shaft 14 and the tail portion of said right third rotary shaft 14 penetrate through the third transmission cavity 49. In the third transmission cavity 49, the transmission wheel 45 is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of said third rotary shaft 14. The transmission belt 44 is connected between said two transmission wheels 45 on the left and right.

Said driving motor 41 drives said first rotary shaft 46 and said first bevel gear 48 and said second bevel gear 51 to rotate, and said first bevel gear 48 rotates to drive said third bevel gear 42 to rotate, and said third bevel gear 42 drives said left third rotary shaft 14 and said transmission wheel 45 thereon to rotate. Said transmission wheel 45 on the left side drives said transmission wheel 45 on the right side to rotate through said transmission belt 44, and said transmission wheel 45 on the right side rotates to drive said right third rotary shaft 14 to rotate, so that said third rotary shafts 14 on the left and right simultaneously drive said shattering roller 12 to shatter the raw material, and at the same time said hydraulic cylinder 21 is controlled to operate. Said hydraulic cylinder 21 controls said blocking hydraulic plate 22 to stretch back and forth to realize the to-and-fro on and off of said through groove 23, so that the shattered raw material intermittently falls into said retaining cavity 24. Meanwhile, said second bevel gear 51 rotates to drive said fourth bevel gear 53 to rotate, and said fourth bevel gear 53 drives said second rotary shaft 54 and said drivng runner 32 to rotate. Said driving runner 32 rotates to drive driving push rod 28 to move right and left to push said scraping plate 27, so that the raw material is pushed out in said retaining cavity 24, and finally, the raw material is pushed out intermittently for convenient collection.

Meanwhile, the second bevel gear rotates to drive the fourth bevel gear to rotate, and the fourth bevel gear drives the second rotary shaft and the driving runner to rotate. The driving runner rotates to drive driving push rod to move right and left to push the scraping plate so that the scraping plate pushes out the raw material in the retaining cavity, and finally, the raw material is pushed out intermittently for convenient collection. The invention is simple in structure, convenient to use, and has high efficiency in biomass fuel shattering. A biomass fuel processing device comprises the housing, and the base fixedly arranged on the left side of the bottom end surface of said housing, wherein said housing is provided with the shattering structure, and the bottom of said housing is provided with the through groove, and the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly embedded in the right side wall of said through groove, and the left end of said hydraulic cylinder is cooperatively connected with the blocking hydraulic plate; wherein said base is provided with the retaining cavity in the right side, and the top of said retaining cavity is communicated with said through groove, and the right side of said retaining cavity is provided with the outlet communicating with the outside, and the left side wall of said retaining cavity is provided with the opening slot, and the left side of said retaining cavity is provided with the driving cavity; and the driving runner is arranged in said driving cavity, the fixed short column is fixedly set at the edge of the front end surface of said driving runner, and the driving push rod is hinged on said fixed short column, and the scraping plate is hinged to the right end of said driving push rod, and said scraping plate is located in said retaining cavity and it is slidably and cooperatively connected to the inner wall of said retaining cavity; and said base extends backward and the rear top surface of said base is fixedly provided with the base body fixedly connected to the rear side surface of said housing, and the driving motor is fixedly set at the top of the inner wall of said base body, and the bottom surface of said driving motor is in power connection with the first rotary shaft, and said first rotary shaft extends downwardly through the first transmission cavity and penetrates into the second transmission cavity, and said second transmission cavity is set in the inner wall of said base; the first bevel gear, located on the inner bottom surface of said first transmission cavity, is fixedly sleeved on said first rotary shaft in said first transmission cavity, and it is connected to the third bevel gear in a meshed mode; the second bevel gear, is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the bottom end of said first rotary shaft, and in said second transmission cavity it is connected to the fourth bevel gear in a meshed mode; and the right side of said fourth bevel gear is fixedly provided with the second rotary shaft extending out of said second transmission cavity, and said second rotary shaft extends forward into said driving cavity, and is fixedly connected to the center of the rear side wall of said driving runner.

The biomass fuel processing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said shattering structure comprising the shattering roller right and left symmetrically set in said housing, and several shattering sawteeth is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of said shattering roller; and the third rotary shaft, which is front and back extended, penetrates through the center of said shattering roller; and the front end of said third rotary shaft is rotatably and cooperatively connected to the front side wall of said housing, and the back end of said left third rotary shaft extends out of said housing and extends into said first transmission cavity, and it is fixedly connected to said third bevel gear, and the middle of said left third rotary shaft and the tail portion of said right third rotary shaft penetrates through the third transmission cavity, wherein the transmission wheel in the third transmission cavity is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of said third rotary shaft, and the transmission belt is connected between said two transmission wheels on the left and right.
3. The biomass fuel processing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the top wall of said housing is provided with the inlet slot, and the feed hopper is fixedly arranged at the top of said inlet slot.
