[0085] Second preferred embodiment [0086] The container side panel structure of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in Figs. 8 to 11. The container side panel structure according to
2018200922 08 Feb 2018 the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the container side panel structure of the first preferred embodiment. For example, an outer side panel 10, an inner side panel 20 and a heat insulation layer 30 are included, and a first groove-shaped member 210 and a second groove-shaped member 230 are provided on the inner side panel 20. The difference is the structures and arrangement manners of the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230.
[0087] As shown in Figs. 8 and 9, the first groove-shaped member 210 is arranged along the height direction of the container body, and at least two first groove-shaped members 210 are arranged along the length direction of the container body. The first groove-shaped member 210 is configured as a groove-shaped rail 211 which is open toward the inside of the container body, so that the carrier 50 can be installed to the groove-shaped rail 211 and can slide up and down on the groove-shaped rail 211, so as to optionally select the location for fixing the carrier 50 according to actual requirements, thus a layered loading of the goods of different specifications can be satisfied.
[0088] A plurality of second groove-shaped members 230 is provided and is arranged in an array along the height direction and the length direction of the container body, and the plurality of second groove-shaped members 230 are arranged spaced apart from the at least two first groove-shaped members 210, in order to block the movement of goods by means of the installation of the stopper for goods.
[0089] Referring to Figs. 10 and 11, the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230 are provided at the recessed portion 25 of the inner side panel 20 which is recessed toward the outside of the container body of the outer side panel 10. Specifically, the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230 are located within the recessed portion 25, and are fixed to the inner side panel 20 by fasteners, so that when the carrier 50 and the stopper for goods are not installed, the goods are stacked in layers, and the space for placing the goods will not be decreased, and collision damage will not happen to the operators, and scratching and hitting of goods will not happen. The recessed portion 25 of the inner side panel 20 is an elliptical long groove integrally formed with the entirety by stamping.
[0090] Since this preferred embodiment provides a plurality of recessed portions 25
2018200922 08 Feb 2018 by which the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230 are mounted, the location at which the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230 are mounted can be selected according to actual requirements, thus different patterns of multilayer loading are achieved. As shown in Fig. 8, for example, four rows of recessed portions 25 of the inner side panel 20 are illustrated, and the second groove-shaped member 230 may be optionally installed at the recessed portions 25 of the first row, the third row, and the fourth row.
[0091] Further, referring to Figs. 8 and 10, the first groove-shaped member 210 comprises a first groove-shaped body 212 which is open toward the inside of the container body, and the first groove-shaped body 212 is provided, at its opening, with a plurality of snapping portions 213 for being snapped with the carrier 50 and a plurality of sliding portions 214 along which the carriers 50 move up and down. The snapping portions 213 and the sliding portions 214 are arranged alternately along the height direction of the container body and communicate with each other, so as to form the groove-shaped rail 211 mentioned above. The snapping portion 213 comprises a snapping hole configured to have a shape, such as a circular shape, and the sliding portion 214 comprises a connection hole configured to connect with adjacent snapping hole. The width of the snapping hole in the length direction of the container body is greater than the width of the connection hole in the length direction of the container body, so that the snapping member 54 (see Fig.9) can be snapped with the snapping portion 213. The bottom of the first groove-shaped member 210 is provided with an access port 215 through which the carrier 50 could move in and out. That is to say, the carrier 50 enters the first groove-shaped member 210 through the access port 215, and can slide up and down along the snapping portion 213 and the sliding portion 214, and its fixed position can be optionally selected by means of the snapping member 54 installed on the carrier 50.
[0092] Preferably, the first groove-shaped member 210 is provided, at both sides of the groove-shaped rail 211, with an installation portion 216 by which the fasteners are mounted. With the installation portion 216, the first groove-shaped member 210 is fixed to the inner side panel 20 by using fasteners, and at the same time, is fixed to the reinforcing member 40 connected with the inner side panel 20 and the outer side panel 10.
[0093] As shown in Fig. 11, the second groove-shaped member 230 is configured to
2018200922 08 Feb 2018 protrude toward the inside of the container body, and forms a stopper groove 235 between the second groove-shaped member 230 and the inner side panel 20. The second groove-shaped member 230 is provided with a plurality of snapping holes 231 substantially similar to the first preferred embodiment mentioned above, and the snapping hole 231 communicates with the stopper groove 235. In other words, the structure of the second groove-shaped member 230 of the second preferred embodiment is substantially similar to the second groove-shaped member 230 of the first preferred embodiment, so its repeated description is omitted herein. The difference is the arrangement manners of the second groove-shaped member 230 and the side panels. The upper and lower ends of the second groove-shaped member 230 are fixed by means of fasteners (such as, pull studs).
[0094] Preferably, after the outer side panel 10, the reinforcing member 40 and the inner side panel 20 are connected properly, the entirety of the side panels are foamed, and after the foaming is completed, the first groove-shaped member 210 and the second groove-shaped member 230 are connected with the inner side panel 20 by means of fasteners (such as, pull studs). Finally, the carrier 50 and the stopper for goods are installed.
[0095] This preferred embodiment can satisfy the loading and transportation of different pallet height, and is particularly suitable for the goods transportation in which the pallet height varies frequently, and its dynamic adaptability makes the loading form flexible and changeable, and a multilayered transportation condition can be formed. The specific loading form is to first push the carrier to a certain height inside the container body, allowing the transport vehicle to stack the pallet of the lower layer. Then, the two carriers on this pallet are pulled down to a proper place, and the pallet of the upper layer is loaded. Such a design satisfies the loading principle that the lower part is heavier while the upper part is lighter. The carrier bears a light load so that the traditional requirement that the pallet of the lower layer is high and the pallet of the upper layer is low is not needed to be required particularly. What is only needed is that the positioning heights of the carrier are consistent on the left and on the right. In general, color labels may be used to intermittently indicate the positioning points.
[0096] According to a second aspect of the present invention, a container is provided, which comprises a pallet, a carrier, a stopper for goods and the container side panel structure of the above preferred embodiment, such that such a container has the advantages of a
2018200922 08 Feb 2018 reasonable and easy structure, easy manufacturing and assembly, good intensity, being economical and practical, and has a significant effect on improving land transportation capacity of the container (for example, a refrigerated container).
