DESCRIPTION 2017100828 23 Jun2017
RELIABLY-FIXED COOLING STRUCTURE FOR A CONTROLLER CIRCUIT BOARD Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates a reliably-fixed cooling structure for a controller circuit board.
Background of the Invention
For a brushless motor for a food processor, when the motor is being driven to operate, an intelligent power module within a controller will generate a large amount of sustained heat. Due to the small volume of the food processor, a conventional large cooling device cannot be placed into the controller. Therefore, there is a need for a solution for cooling an intelligent power module in a miniature controller.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a reliably-fixed cooling structure for a controller circuit board.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions. A reliably-fixed cooling structure for a controller circuit board is provided, including a circuit board and a cooling block fixed to the circuit board, wherein a cooling fan is fixed on a side of the cooling block; the cooling block includes a conduction portion in contact with an intelligent power module; several cooling fins extending upward are fixed on an upper side of the conduction portion; ventilation slots are formed between adjacent cooling fins; the ventilation slots are arranged in a wind blowing direction of the cooling fan; the intelligent power module is fixed on the circuit board; and a bottom surface of the conduction portion of the cooling block comes into contact with an upper 1 surface of the intelligent power module; the cooling fan is fixed to the cooling block, and a lower end face of the cooling fan comes into contact with an upper end face of the circuit board. With such an arrangement, the cooling fan is fixed more stably. 2017100828 23 Jun2017
The present invention has the advantages of compact structure and good cooling effect.

Detailed Description of the invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the present invention provides a cooling structure for a controller circuit board, including a circuit board 1 and a cooling block 2 fixed to the circuit board 1; a cooling fan 3 is fixed on a side of the cooling block 2; the cooling block 2 includes a conduction portion 21 in contact with an intelligent power module 4; several cooling fins 22 extending upward are fixed on an upper side of the conduction portion 21; ventilation slots 23 are formed between adjacent cooling fins 22; the ventilation slots 23 are arranged in a wind blowing direction of the cooling fan 3; the intelligent power module 4 is fixed on the circuit board 1 by welding; and a bottom surface of the conduction portion 21 of the cooling block 2 comes into contact with an upper surface of the intelligent power module 4. Wherein, the conduction portion 21 of the cooling block 2 covers the intelligent power module 4, and an outer edge of a lower end face of the conduction portion 21 is relatively located on an outer side of an outer edge of an upper end face of 2 the intelligent power module 4. 2017100828 23 Jun2017
The conduction portion 21 includes a left portion 31, a middle portion 32 and a right portion 33; the thickness of the left portion 31 and the right portion 33 is greater than that of the middle portion 32; securing plates 24 extending upward are provided on upper sides of left and right ends of the conduction portion 21; the thickness of the securing plates 24 is greater than that of the cooling fins 22, and the height position of an upper edge of each of the securing plates 24 is the same as the height position of an upper edge of each of the cooling fins 22.
The cooling block 2 is fixed on the upper side of the intelligent power module 4 via two first fasteners; a first fitting hole 5 used for fitting the first fasteners is formed on each of the left portion 31 and the right portion 33 of the conduction portion 21; and the first fitting holes 5 run through the conduction portion 21 from top to bottom, and are relatively located between two cooling fins 22.
The cooling fan 3 is fixed to the cooling block 2 via two second fasteners 6; a second fitting hole used for fitting the second fasteners 6 is formed on each of left and right sides of the lower end of the cooling fan 3; and a third fitting hole used for fitting the second fasteners 6 is formed on each of the left portion 31 and the right portion 32. The cooling fan 3 is fixed to the cooling block 2, and a lower end face of the cooling fan 3 comes into contact with an upper end face of the circuit board 1. A temperature sensor 7 for monitoring the intelligent power module 4 is provided on the circuit board 1; the temperature sensor 7 is fixed to one of the securing plates 24 via a third fastener; and fourth fitting holes 8 used for fitting the temperature sensor are formed on the securing plates 24. 3
