Description

1 STRIPPING DECK SPACER, AND STRIPPING DECK PLATE USING THEREOF FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a spacer and a deck plate wherein a sheathing board serving as a base member is stripped rapidly and reused after concrete is cast and cured. BACKGROUND ART [0002] Generally, a deck plate, which is used as a substitute for a form in forming a slab of a building, is a material for a slab made by machining a metal plate such as a zinc-coated steel sheet to form a structure, without any separation after concrete is cast thereinto. [0003] If a slab structure is built with the deck plate, there is no need for the frame for constructing floor concrete, which reduces the time and cost required for temporary work, and further, construction is carried out by continuously locating and fixing unit products, which rapidly and easily finishing the work. Furthermore, the deck plate products produced by plants are used, thus satisfying a given quality, and accordingly, most of slab structures have been recently constructed using the deck plates. [0004] Among the currently used deck plates, a representative material widely used for the slab floor construction of a large-sized building is a truss-type deck plate. [0005] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a conventional truss-type deck plate. As shown in FIG. 1, the truss-type deck plate largely includes truss girders 1 and a base member 10 to which the truss girders 1 are fixed. Each truss girder 1 has lattice members 9 as truss-shaped metal wires arranged symmetrically with respect to each other and an upper reinforcing bar 6 and lower reinforcing bars 8 fixed to the lattice members 9 by means of welding. [0006] In this case, the base member 10 is used as a substitute for a form and made in a plant by machining a metal plate such as a zinc-coated steel sheet to form a structure, without any separation after concrete is cast thereinto. Recently, the base member 10 has been stripped and reused after the concrete is cast.
2 [0007] FIG.2 shows a conventional stripping deck plate (which is disclosed in Korean Patent No.10-1237325), and as shown, the conventional stripping deck plate is structured wherein spacers 30 are coupled between truss girders 10 and a sheathing board 20. In more detail, each truss girder 10 is configured wherein the inner sides of the top ends of lattice materials 12 are contacted and welding-coupled with both sides of an upper chord 11, while the lower ends of the lattice materials 12 being open, and the inner sides of lower chords 13 are contacted and welding-coupled with the outer sides of the bottom ends of the lattice materials 12. The sheathing board 20 has through holes 21 formed thereon, and each spacer 30 is insert-molded to couple two synthetic resin bodies 31 to both ends of a spacer head 32 formed of a steel material in a longitudinal direction thereof In this case, each spacer body 31 has a female screw formed upward from the underside thereof in such a manner as to be coupled to a washer bolt 40 passed from bottom to top through the through hole 21 of the sheathing board 20, and the lower chords 13 of the truss girder 10 are located on top of a head piece 321 of the spacer head 32 and welding-coupled thereto. [0008] The conventional stripping deck plate is configured wherein the spacers 30 combined integrally with the truss girders 10 are coupled to the sheathing board 20 by means of the washer bolts 40, and so as to strip the sheathing board 20, accordingly, all of the washer bolts 40 should be unfastened after concrete is cast and cured. That is, a large amount of time is required to couple and separate (strip) the stripping deck plate, and particularly, in case of the stripping, auxiliary means like a stand is used under the slab (that is, a ceiling surface) to allow the washer bolts 40 to be unfastened one by one by a worker in an uncomfortable posture, thus extremely lowering a working efficiency and undesirably causing safety accidents. [0009] So as to improve insulation performance or sound absorption performance, further, an insulation material or a sound absorption material is attached to the underside of the deck plate, and in conventional construction methods, the insulation material or the sound absorption material is attached to the underside of the deck plate by means of an adhesive or a separate insert strap through work forces. Accordingly, a large amount of time is required for construction of the insulation material or the sound absorption material, and further, it is hard to maintain the quality level of the insulation material or the sound absorption material. [0010] There is a need for a spacer for a deck plate that is capable of stripping a sheathing board serving as a base member in rapid and safe manners.
3 [0011] There is also a need for a deck plate that is capable of enhancing a working efficiency and easily installing a sheathing material like a sound absorption material, an insulation material and so on thereon. OBJECT [0012] It is the object of the present invention to substantially overcome or ameliorate one or more of the disadvantages of the prior art, or at least provide a useful alternative. SUMMARY [0013] According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stripping deck spacer for a stripping deck plate, which is disposed between a truss girder and a sheathing board, the spacer comprising: spacer coupling parts disposed on both sides thereof to face each other and having female screw portions formed vertically thereon; a spacer connecting part coupled to the spacer coupling parts on both sides thereof in such a manner as to connect the two spacer coupling parts facing each other with each other; lower end supporting parts inserted and coupled to the lower portions of the spacer coupling parts and having coupling grooves incised to a given depth on the top surfaces thereof to shapes corresponding to the outer shapes of the spacer coupling parts and insertion holes penetrated vertically on positions corresponding to the female screw portions of the spacer coupling parts, wherein the lower end supporting parts are detachably mounted on the spacer coupling parts, and the heights of the spacer coupling parts are adjusted in accordance with the variations in thickness of the lower end supporting parts inserted and coupled to the lower portions of the spacer coupling parts; and fixing bolts passed through the sheathing board and the insertion holes of the lower end supporting parts and fastened to the female screw portions of the spacer coupling parts, wherein the spacer coupling parts are formed of nuts, and the spacer connecting part covers the top surfaces of the female screw portions of the nuts. [0014] According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stripping deck plate comprising: a stripping deck spacer disposed between a truss girder and a sheathing board and comprising: spacer coupling parts disposed on both sides thereof to face each other and having 4 female screw portions formed vertically thereon; a spacer connecting part coupled to the spacer coupling parts on both sides thereof in such a manner as to connect the two spacer coupling parts facing each other with each other; lower end supporting parts inserted and coupled to the lower portions of the spacer coupling parts and having coupling grooves incised to a given depth on the top surfaces thereof to shapes corresponding to the outer shapes of the spacer coupling parts and insertion holes penetrated vertically on positions corresponding to the female screw portions of the spacer coupling parts; and fixing bolts passed through the sheathing board and the insertion holes of the lower end supporting parts and fastened to the female screw portions of the spacer coupling parts; the truss girder coupled to top of the stripping deck spacer and having upper reinforcing bars, lattice materials adapted to be contacted and welding-coupled with both sides of the upper reinforcing bars on the inner sides of the top ends thereof in such a manner as to become open toward the lower ends thereof, and lower reinforcing bars adapted to be contacted and welding coupled with the outer sides of the lower ends of the lattice materials, the lower reinforcing bars being coupled to top of the spacer coupling parts or the spacer connecting part; and the sheathing board coupled to underside of the stripping deck spacer and formed of a plate having a given area, the sheathing board having a plurality of coupling holes penetratedly formed thereon at given distances along the surface thereof, wherein the fixing bolts are passed through the coupling holes of the sheathing board and the insertion holes of the lower end supporting parts and fastened to the female screw portions of the spacer coupling parts. [0015] According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the stripping deck plate further includes a sheathing material located between the stripping deck spacer and the sheathing board. [0016] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the stripping deck spacer and the deck plate using the spacer have the following technical advantages. [0017] Firstly, the height of the spacer can be adjusted, and in more detail, the lower end supporting parts are detachably mounted and adjust the heights of the spacer coupling parts in accordance with the variations in their thicknesses, thus allowing the installation height of the truss girder on the top of the sheathing board to be adjustable.
4a [0018] Secondly, the sheathing material can be simply constructed, and in more detail, there is no need to construct a separate sheathing material on the underside of the sheathing board after the concrete has been cast and cured, so that it is enough to supply the integral type of the truss girder, the spacer, the sheathing material and the sheathing board and just install them on a construction site, without having any separate operation for installing the sheathing material on the construction site. [0019] Lastly, the amount of materials consumed can be reduced through the recycling of the sheathing board, and in more detail, the sheathing board stripped in the rapid and safe manners can be reused to minimize the amount of waste generated during the construction and to reduce the amount of materials consumed.

[0022] FIG.2 is an exploded perspective view showing a conventional stripping deck plate. [0023] FIG.3 is an exploded perspective view showing a stripping deck plate according to a first embodiment of the present invention. [0024] FIG.4 is a side view showing the stripping deck plate according to the first embodiment of the present invention. [0025] FIG.5 is a perspective view showing various examples of a spacer in the stripping deck plate according to the first embodiment of the present invention. [0026] FIG.6 is a perspective view showing a stripping deck plate according to a second embodiment of the present invention wherein a sheathing material is additionally disposed. [0027] FIG.7 is a side view showing the stripping deck plate according to the second embodiment of the present invention wherein the sheathing material is additionally disposed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION [0028] Hereinafter, an explanation on a stripping deck spacer and a stripping deck plate using the spacer according to the present invention will be in detail given with reference to the attached drawings. [0029] The present invention relates to a spacer 700 disposed between a truss girder 500 and a sheathing board 600. [0030] The stripping deck spacer 700 is disposed on top of the sheathing board 600 with the configuration as will be described below.
6 [0031] As shown in FIG.3 or 5, spacer coupling parts 710 are disposed on both sides of the spacer 700 to face each other in such a manner as to support the lower end portions of the left and right sides of the truss girder 500 and have female screw portions 711 formed vertically on the center thereof. [0032] The spacer coupling parts 710 are formed of members having various shapes, and as shown in FIG.3 or 5, they are formed of nuts having appropriate sizes. [0033] If the spacer coupling parts 710 are formed of nuts, a spacer connecting part 720 as will be discussed later desirably covers the top surfaces of the female screw portions 711 of the nuts 710. This prevents mortar from entering the female screw portions 711 upon casting the mortar, thus allowing fixing bolts 740 as will be discussed later to be more easily disassembled after the mortar has been cured. [0034] The spacer connecting part 720 is coupled to the spacer coupling parts 710 on both sides thereof in such a manner as to connect the two spacer coupling parts 710 facing each other with each other. [0035] The spacer connecting part 720 is made of the same metal material as the spacer coupling parts 710 and coupled to the spacer coupling parts 710 by means of welding. [0036] As shown in FIG.5, the spacer connecting part 720 has various shapes. For example, the spacer connecting part 720 is formed of a simple plate or bar and welded to top surfaces of the spacer coupling parts 710 to connect the spacer coupling parts 710 with each other, and otherwise, the spacer connecting part 720 has deviation prevention projections 721 protruding upward from left and right end portions thereof to prevent the lower end portions of the left and right sides of the truss girder 500 from being deviated therefrom. Further, the spacer connecting part 720 has elastic accommodating pieces 722 protruding in a shape of an arch from left and right end portions thereof in such a manner as to be open, if an external force is applied thereto, and returned to their original shapes to accommodate the lower end portions of the left and right sides of the truss girder 500 thereinto and to prevent the truss girder 500 from being deviated therefrom. [0037] Lower end supporting parts 730 are inserted and coupled to the lower portions of the spacer coupling parts 710 and have coupling grooves 731 incised to a given depth on the top 7 surfaces thereof to shapes corresponding to the outer shapes of the spacer coupling parts 710 and insertion holes 732 penetrated vertically on positions corresponding to the female screw portions 711 of the spacer coupling parts 710. [0038] The lower end supporting parts 730 are detachably mounted on the spacer coupling parts 710, and the heights of the spacer coupling parts 710 can be adjusted in accordance with the variations in thickness of the lower end supporting parts 730. [0039] Further, the lower end supporting parts 730 may have the coupling grooves 731 formed on the top surfaces of the left and right sides of a single body in such a manner as to insert the spacer coupling parts 710 into the coupling grooves 731. [0040] The fixing bolts 740 are passed through the sheathing board 600 and the insertion holes 732 of the lower end supporting parts 730 and then fastened to the female screw portions 711 of the spacer coupling parts 710, thus coupling the spacer 700 and the sheathing board 600 to each other. [0041] The stripping deck spacer 700 with the above-mentioned structure constitutes the deck plate together with the truss girder 500 and the sheathing board 600. [0042] As shown in FIG.3 or 4, the truss girder 500 includes upper reinforcing bars 510, lattice materials 520 adapted to be contacted and welding-coupled with both sides of the upper reinforcing bars 510 on the inner sides of the top ends thereof in such a manner as to be open toward the lower ends thereof, and lower reinforcing bars 530 adapted to be contacted and welding-coupled with the outer sides of the lower ends of the lattice materials 520, which has the same structure as the conventional truss type deck plate or a similar structure thereto. Accordingly, a detailed explanation on the structure of the truss girder 500 will be avoided. [0043] The lower reinforcing bars 530 of the truss girder 500 are coupled to top of the spacer coupling parts 710 or the spacer connecting part 720 in accordance with the shapes of the spacer connecting part 720. [0044] For example, if the spacer connecting part 720 is formed of a simple plate or bar and welded to top surfaces of the spacer coupling parts 710 to connect the spacer coupling parts 710 with each other, the lower reinforcing bars 530 are welding-coupled to top of the spacer 8 coupling parts 710. If the spacer connecting part 720 has the deviation prevention projections 721 protruding upward from left and right end portions thereof, the lower reinforcing bars 530 are seated into top of the spacer connecting part 720 and welding-coupled thereto in such a manner as to be brought into contact with the deviation prevention projections 721. Further, if the spacer connecting part 720 has the elastic accommodating pieces 722 protruding from left and right end portions thereof, the lower reinforcing bars 530 are fittedly coupled to the elastic accommodating pieces 722 of the spacer connecting part 720. However, if it is determined that it is hard to maintain the stable coupling state between the lower reinforcing bars 530 and the spacer connecting part 720 by means of only the elastic forces of the elastic accommodating pieces 722, portions where the lower reinforcing bars 530 are brought into contact with the elastic accommodating pieces 722 may be additionally welded to each other. [0045] The sheathing board 600 serves to stably support the whole load in the process where concrete is cast or cured and includes any one selected from boards having a given size (width, height and thickness) like a laminated board, a synthetic resin board, or a steel board. In this case, the sheathing board 600 may have a shape of a simple board or a shape of a board on which bent protruding portions are equally spaced apart from each other. As shown in FIG.3, the sheathing board 600 has the coupling holes 610 penetratedly formed thereon at given distances along the surface thereof [0046] The coupling holes 610 may be arranged to correspond to each other or to cross each other. [0047] The fixing bolts 740 are passed through the coupling holes 610 of the sheathing board 600 and the insertion holes 732 of the lower end supporting parts 730 and then fastened to the female screw portions 711 of the spacer coupling parts 710, thus forming the deck plate through the coupling of the truss girder 500, the stripping deck spacer 700 and the sheathing board 600 as an integral body. [0048] The deck plate according to the present invention further includes a sheathing material 800, which is shown in FIGS.6 and 7. [0049] The sheathing material 800 serves to prevent heat loss from being generated from the surface of the cured concrete or to provide a noise-shielding function and includes any one 9 selected from materials having insulation or sound-absorption function like foamed resin, urethane foam and so on. [0050] The sheathing material 800 is located on top of the sheathing board 600, and as shown in FIG.6, the sheathing material 800 has a plurality of through holes 810 formed at the corresponding positions to the coupling holes 610 formed on the sheathing board 600. [0051] The sheathing material 800 serves as an insulation material or a sound absorption material and has the same size (width and height) as the sheathing board 600, while having the thickness determined upon thermal transmittance conditions or noise references of a building. [0052] While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
