The floor base is built to be able to fill the mix cement grout into the chamber between the sub-floor and the formwork during purring the concrete slab of the building. There are many type of pre-cast bathrooms existing building industrial, but it has not been fully solved the time spend onto install the sewer pipes and water supply pipes completely. and the bathroom could not be constructed seamless connection with the building concrete slab like a traditional built bathroom when using existing pre-cast bathrooms method. For these issues that have brought the present invention. According to the aspects of the present invention, there is comprising with a floor base, wall panels, ceiling component and other bathroom accessories. According to the present invention there are two way to finished the bathroom's construction. One method is assemble on site by use the floor base fixed on the building structure where the spot of bathroom design by the owner or designer. Wait after the mixed cement grout filled in and dried, then fit in all the prepared wall panels and bathrooms accessories. Other method is completed built with all bathroom fittings and accessories fitted including sewer pipes, water supply pipes, electrical component and then delivery to the building site and upload on the design spot of bathroom. After filled in the mixed cement grout together with the building's floor, the bathroom is done just need one each of connection of water supply, sewer pipe and electrical supply. First of the aspect of this invention there are particular design metal formed panel are use in the floor base as a concrete formwork to cast the solid bathroom slab seamless connects with same floor slab of the building. And the floor base is completely installed with all of sewer PVC pipe connected into one single point that to be connect to the main sewer piping of the building and the bathroom floor tiles are adhesive before the floor base delivery to the building site. second of the aspect of present invention there are four post anchors use for the floor base to make the installation of the wall panels easy. see picture fig1. Third of the aspect of present invention there is the light plastic cellular sub-floor use on the bathroom floor base to reduce the weight, structure strength, invisible drainage grate and adhesive the floor tile to concrete slab. Claims (15)

1. A off site built bathroom prepared into two individual assembled block the floor base and the wall structure block. This is makes easy to delivery and installation for the big bathrooms units. Or when the building site has no or limited crane lift. The Floor base is built in factory with drain pipes, drain grate, sewer pipes are installed and connected together into one outlet point.

2. The flooring base is able to install before the concrete slab is finished. And it able to fill in the mixed cement grout together with whole building floor.

3. There are metal panels use as the concrete slab formwork in this bathroom unit. It's support the weight when fill in mixed cement grout until it become solid and it works together with purling the lay above as the reinforced steel.

4. The wall tracks and studs are particularly punched out holes for further insert reinforce steel bar in vertical and horizontal and able to fill in mixed cement grout into bathroom's walls panels.

5. The light weight plastic sub-floor board(drainage floor panel ) is use for the bathrooms unit. It works as the connection component between the concrete slab and floor tiles, this makes tiles are bonded on concrete slab strongly and evenly.

6. A think cove duct is used to cover the water supply pipes to prevent to damage the water pipes when fill in mix cement grout into the bathroom walls.

7. According present invention there is a sub floor drainage panel use for an invisible drain grate, the waist water drain into the small gaps between tiles without seeing the drain grate. Fig9 to fig9d

8. The drainage of the shower area is use a circular rubber to seal the drainer fitting flange and the sub floor. Fig8,Fig8a.

9. The plastic sub floor panel and wall panel are design to have trench for insert shower screen panels. Therefore, it's able to fit in the shower screen glasses without any bracket.

10. The angle plate and rubber seal are using for this bathroom unit to prevent the water leaking. Fig10 and the wall panel has a slot to fit into the angle plate.

11. The wall panel according this invention is able to infill mixed cement grout after outer wall panel affixed on the bathroom walls.

12. According to the claims above the bathroom able to delivery and install on the site by using lifting system without and lifting lug or lifting holes in the bathrooms unit. figl1.

14. According to claim 13 where the lifting bars are able to hook on the lifting car. The lifting car has lifting lugs and wheel jacks fixed on the car. The jack with wheel is able too wind the bathroom up and down to load or unload the bathroom. The lift bars are use to hold the bathroom and easy to full the lifting bars out off the floor base of bathrooms unit. Figll. and Fig12.
