Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT UTILITY MOTOR VEHICLE TRAY DIVIDER The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it to me: 00 a 1 SUTILITY MOTOR VEHICLE TRAY DIVIDER SThe MOTOR VEHICLE TRAY DIVIDER in accordance with this invention comprises an aluminium frame with o two aluminium mounting brackets.
The aluminium frame comprises an extruded aluminium box of two different dimensions in the shape of a ladder frame.
The two different dimensions of the aluminium box allows the frame to telescope to a length according to the angle thats required.
The aluminium mounting brackets are designed to be securely fastened to the manufacturers existing tray side.
The aluminium mounting brackets have the function to be positioned along the length of the top edge of the manufacturers existing tray sides and are able to be moved independently from each other in a parallel or diagonal movement according to the angle required.
The frame and mounting brackets have mounting points that interlink with each other to become the one complete functioning unit.
2 The invention may be better understood with reference to illustrations of the embodiments of the invention which Figure 1: is an elevation of the frame and mounting brackets which is the utility motor vehicle tray divider unit complete.
Figure 2 is a close up elevation of the mounting bracket and frame showing mounting points on both bracket 7 and frame 8 also Allen Bolt 11 and nylock nut 12 and steel bracket 9.
Figure 3 :is an elevation of the frame only This is an illustration of how the telescopic frame works.

Figure 4 :illustrates an (inside) view of bracket 7 also steel bracket 9 and allen bolt Figure 5: illustrates the top elevation of bracket 7 and frame 8, also Allen bolt 10 and 11. This veiw demonstrates the frame can be rotated 180 degrees or at 90 degrees to the mounting bracket.
Claims (4)
1. The Utility Motor Vehicle Tray Divider has been specially devised in order to contain and transport an item or items owithin the tray of the utility motor vehicle where the item or oo items are of the same height or lower than the sides of the Smanufacturers utility tray and are unable to be secured by ropes or straps because they are lower than the manufacturers tie down points.
2. The Utility Motor Vehicle Tray Divider has the function of moving parallel or diagonally the full length of the manufacturers utility tray to where the item or items need to be secured.
3. In the case of the Utility Motor vehicle Tray Divider not being required, it can be attached to one side of the manufacturers utility tray as not to obstruct the original function of the manufacturers utility tray
