Abstract
The invention relates to an electropneumatic control valve for a compressed air braking system on a vehicle, with a relay valve housing (1), in which is arranged an axially displaceable control piston (5), for operating a valve seat arrangement (9), switching the compressed air flow between several external connectors (11, 13). The control piston (5) may be pressurised for axial positioning, by means of at least one electromagnetic pilot valve (6), housed in a pilot valve housing (2), detachably connected to the relay valve housing (1) by means of a seal arrangement, whereby said seal arrangement is embodied as an essentially annular combination seal element (3) between the relay valve housing (1) and the pilot valve housing (2) with a seal section (17) on the external radius for static sealing of the housing and a seal section (18) on the internal radius for dynamic sealing of the control piston.
