Abstract

In order to produce a wear-resistant hard-metal material composite in a continuous fashion by centrifugal casting (vertical and horizontal centrifugal casting), solid, pulverulent and/or granular, synthetic, metallic and/or non-metallic hard materials are from time to time during the casting process injected into the metal stream flowing into the mould, by means of a conveying device and using an inert conveying gas.
