Abstract
The method according to the invention for constructing a building substructure (1) involves essentially installing a plurality of foundation elements (8, 9, 10) distributed over the ground according to a specific law and in such a way that their head (11, 12, 13) is at a particular level, producing prefabricated floor elements (15, 16, 17), each element comprising a plane slab (18) and lateral wings (19, 20, 21) bordering the slab, these wings defining with the slab a recessed receptacle (22), producing a complete floor by placing a plurality of floor elements (15, 16, 17) next to one another, causing them to rest on the head of the foundation elements (8, 9, 10) by means of the wings (19, 20, 21), and so that the orifice of the recessed receptacle is underneath in relation to the slab, and associating the said floor elements (15, 16, 17) and the said foundation elements (8, 9, 10), the said method being characterised in that the said floor elements comprise a layer of insulating material (53) in their upper part. <IMAGE>
