Abstract
The invention relates to a steam desuperheater with water injection with a tubular housing, in which there is arranged in the region of the housing axis a nozzle system (4) for central injection of water. Also provided in the interior is a tubular apron (2). In order to shorten the compensating section for measurement of the steam temperature, it is proposed according to the invention that the apron (2) is connected tightly to the housing wall (1) on the steam inlet side, and that there is arranged at the lower end of the apron (2) coaxially with the housing axis a flow displacement member (5) which has guide vanes (6), so that a turbulent flow arises. <IMAGE>
