Abstract
The device has two containers (1,2), in which both the containers are partly filled with fluid (10). The former container is connected with the latter container by a pipe (3). The other end of the pipe is connected to the first container. The pipe ends in the latter container over the level (13) of the fluid in the latter container. The lower end of the latter container is connected with the lower end of the former container by a pipeline (4).
