Abstract

The spray head for the dispensing of foam, gel or other substances from a container has a cap element (10) to which is connected a sealing element (22), an operating element (12) mounted in the cap and provided with an outlet hole connected to a valve opening in the container, and a valve operated by a pressure section (14) on the operating element. The sealing element and operating element form a locking unit (26) which in the closed position of the sealing element blocks a release of the operating element.
