Abstract

The invention relates to a unit in which the cooling and defrosting equipment e.g. drain pan (13) for melted ice water, evaporator (14), heater (14.1) etc, are mounted at the top of the equipment interior. To accommodate the connection for the power supply to this equipment, their supply leads are brought out to a push-on terminal strip (29) housed in a recess (27) close to the appliance door (12).
