Abstract

The device for tilting (orientating) the lamellae (strips) (7) of a blind includes a roll-up spool (2) mounted in a housing (1) on a horizontal control spindle (3) and subjected to the action of elastic braking means (4). It also includes a first short cord (5) which is fixed via its upper end to the housing (1), and a second short cord (6) which is secured by its upper end to the spool (2).
