幕体を電動で巻き上げ及び繰り出し可能な機構制御部を備えた幕体開閉装置であって、
前記幕体の下端部に取り付けられたウェイトバーと、壁面に張架させたガイド部材とが摺動可能に係合されると共に、該ガイド部材の振れを検出させるセンサ部が設けられてなり、
前記機構制御部は、前記センサ部の振れ検出に基づいて前記幕体を巻き上げることを特徴とする幕体開閉装置。
