Abstract

Heating plant with a heating water-bearing primary heat exchanger which can be heated by a burner as well as heating water circulating pipes, connected to the forward run of the primary heat exchanger via a three-way valve, for heating a secondary heat exchanger arranged in a service water tank and/or at least one radiator. To keep the temperature of the service water constant, this three- way valve (7) and a valve (4) controlling the fuel supply to the burner (2) can be controlled by a common controller (22), to which signal lines (20, 21) of two temperature sensors (18 and 19) are connected. One temperature sensor (18) is arranged in a branch (10) of the forward run pipe (5) of the primary heat exchanger (1), which leads to the secondary heat exchanger (11) of the service water tank (12), and the second temperature sensor (19) is arranged in the service water tank (12).
