Abstract

The central wire discharge electrode is fixed to a pivoting- or sliding holder. This allows it to be displaced from the norm coaxial location, to one side, close to the inner wall of the tube. The common holder for the wires is star-shaped, the tips lying on the circle and the center forming the pivoting center.
