Abstract
The central wire discharge electrode is fixed to a pivoting- or sliding holder. This allows it to be displaced from the norm coaxial location, to one side, close to the inner wall of the tube. Preferred features: Numerous tubular electrodes (2) are arranged in a common casing, with dust hopper below. Discharge electrodes (3) (the central wires) are secured to a common holder (6), which can be slid or pivoted. Axes of the cylindrical electrodes are distributed evenly around circle(s). The common holder for the wires is star-shaped, the tips lying on the circle and the center forming the pivoting center.
