Contact springs for electrical apparatus.
The subject matter of the invention is a contact suspension for electrical apparatus. In almost all suspensions on electrical apparatus, the contact suspension is dependent on the material used to conduct the current. No matter how precise the work, this always means an uncertainty in making contact and almost always guarantees only a point transfer. Added to this is the inadequate transfer of heat, which then makes the suspension of the line material illusory. The present invention is intended to remedy all of these disadvantages in that the suspension of the contact bushes of the springs is effected in a manner known per se by tubular or scroll springs, but which is isolated from the transmission contact in order to prevent the suspension from weakening due to current heating.
Another advantage of this suspension is that the line material of the contact spring rests on the entire surface parallel to the inserted pin or the knife as a result of the scroll spring evading in each direction, u. between. Even if the walls of the knife or pins are not parallel to each other.
The drawing illustrates several exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, u. Between. Fig. 1 shows the arrangement of the scroll spring in a simple socket in elevation and a plan view, both in section. It means 1 the actual contact bushing, a slotted insulating sleeve 3 is pushed over this and the scroll spring 2 which effects the suspension is seated on this.
Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the suspension for flat plug-in rails; 4 are the legs of the current spring; 5 two scroll springs, which cause the two KOl1takt legs 4 to be placed against the introduced contact element.
Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of the suspension in a contact for knife holders. Here, 6 also means the legs of the current spring and 7 the scroll spring.
4 shows the arrangement of a scroll spring, which at the same time springs contact elements of several poles, so that here there is only one common scroll spring for three poles; 8 here means the contact parts: 10 the insulation between the contacts and the scroll spring 9.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Contact suspension for electrical apparatus, in which the legs of the contact-making parts of the fixed contact are pressed by a roll or tube spring against the movably inserted contact part, characterized in that the roll or tube spring is isolated from the current-carrying parts, whereby it comes to a standstill is prevented by electricity heat.
