Elektrische Steckvorrichtung.

According to the existing regulations, plugs and sockets. blocked for 500 volts and higher voltages, d. H. be preventable. This is usually done by coupling a switch with a plug-in device and mutually locking it so that the switch cannot be switched on as long as the plug is not inserted, but on the other hand the plug can only be pulled out when the Interruption by the switch has occurred. However, this method always results in very expensive and complicated apparatus.
Furthermore, plug-in devices are known in which, by inserting a plug provided with special pins, a displaceable current connection piece, which is connected by movable lines to sockets fixed on the socket, establishes the power connection within the socket. However, this design has the disadvantage that the plug must be provided with extra-normal pins, sockets for the plug must be available in addition to the movably arranged power connector and that in the case of sockets for high currents, the movable connection between the sockets and the sliding power connector causes considerable difficulties.
All these disadvantages are eliminated in the present invention in that the sockets of the plug are also attached to the movable current connection piece, whereby the movable connection is unnecessary and the movable current connection piece has a latch, which is only uncoupled after the plug has been inserted and the plug thereby . can also be provided with normal long pins.
The present invention overcomes the shortcomings of the known steak devices, u. zw. The characterizing features of the invention are that the actual plug device is designed so that after inserting the plug through this a latch is decoupled, which releases a movable, the contact bushes or springs carrying current connector, which now by further insertion of the plug Establishes connection with the fixed contacts mounted inside the socket and the inserted plug and that at the same time the plug is latched in the current short position.
Another feature is that when the latch is released, the power is first interrupted inside the socket and the plug can only be pulled out afterwards, and that this design means that a special switch and any special actuating elements for the switching process are superfluous and the entire handling is only necessary The plug itself is pushed in.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention, u. FIG. 1 shows the socket partially in section with the plug pulled out; FIG. 2 shows the socket with the plug inserted in the current connection position; Fig. 3 shows the connector.

is locked by the pawls 6,7 when the plug is pulled out.
After inserting the plug shown in FIG. 3, the pawls 6, 7 are pushed apart by the outer edges of the plate 10 carrying the contact pins, whereby the movable
