Umlege- bzw. Doppelkragell.

Folding or double cantilever.
The present invention relates to a folding or. Double collar and consists in the fact that the turn-down or on the single or simple fabric layer. Curve marking fixed by a fold, which makes the production of the collar considerably cheaper.
So far are Umschlag or. Double collars are known which consist of a single layer of fabric and which have a curling or folding mark already produced on the loom, which is formed by suitable guidance of warp or weft threads. The fabric to be processed into the collar is therefore from the outset with this curvature or. Fold-over markings are provided and the cut of the collar shape and the other adjustment of the collar must always be made taking into account this damage, which on the one hand is associated with a relatively large amount of material waste and on the other hand requires the greatest attention of the worker in order to prevent the occurrence of rejects. These overhangs are intended to be eliminated by the invention.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the invention is shown, u. FIG. 1 shows a view of the collar laid flat; FIG. in Fig. 2 and 3 is a representation of the Fal @ e illustrates,
The collar 1 is cut in the usual way from the fabric material and then receives the
