Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wasch- und Bleichmittels.
EMI1.1
Sauerstoff weitgehend variieren.
EMI1.2

Process for the production of a detergent and bleach.
EMI1.1
Oxygen vary widely.
Furthermore, the active oxygen content of the products can be increased by, for example, at any stage of the process. B. before, during or after the addition of sodium suprroxide to the waterglass solution adding hydrogen peroxide.
The shelf life of the resulting products, which is already quite a long one, can be increased even further by adding protective substances. As such, Erd- alkalisi! ikate, e.g. B. Magnesium silicate and calcium silicate or mixtures of several silicates have been proven. Such protective substances can be used, for. B. produce in the mixture itself or produce the same outside of the mixture, z. B. by mixing alkali silicate with a magnesium or calcium salt and the product z. B. introduce into the process in the form of a suspension. The protective substances are expediently added to the waterglass solution.
When working under suitable conditions, the reaction mass hardens automatically after a short time, forming a directly usable product. Drying can increase the shelf life of the product even further.
The properties of the product can be modified in various directions by adding other substances, in particular with the help of additives such. B. soda, the product can be adjusted to a certain desired content of active oxygen.
In exercising the method you can, for. B. proceed so that one in water glass, which
EMI1.2
water can still be added, sodium superoxide is introduced and, after it has been converted into sodium superoxide hydrate, about more than the theoretical amount of bicarbonate is added and then triturated.
EMI1.3
Durability is increased.
According to the invention, detergents and bleaches which have an excellent effect and have a good shelf life are obtained directly from the starting materials, i.e. without special preparation of intermediate products,
EMI1.4
used raw materials contained in a valuable form that can be used for usury and bleaching.
The substances to be used according to the invention, such as water glass, sodium peroxide, etc., have already found many uses for the production of washing and bleaching agents, and protective substances have also already been used to stabilize known bleaching agents]. According to the invention, new high-quality washing and bleaching agents are produced in the simplest possible way by a new combination of the basic materials and these new products are stabilized with the aid of suitable protective substances

Examples.
1. 425 parts by volume of water glass (sp. G. 1-3) are mixed with 330 parts by volume of water. Hicxu is given a suspension which has been created by mixing 175 parts by volume of 30 "iser
EMI2.1
parts by weight of the detergent with a content of about 5% active oxygen.
If bicarbonate that is too coarse is used, the mass will only harden very slowly. It is therefore advisable to make preliminary tests to determine whether the bicarbonate to be processed has the right degree of fineness.
