  Lampenschirm.

  Lampshade.

It is known to produce curtains of light from fabrics that are covered with glass beads or the like and to use them as lampshades when drawn over existing frames. It is also known to incorporate pearls into handicrafts produced by knitting or crocheting.

The invention relates to a lampshade which, on the one hand, is attached to any shade frame of any shape without precise adaptation, and, on the other hand, can be adapted to the style and color of the device by appropriate patterning and sealing of individual parts.

For this purpose, the lampshade consists of a veil of light produced by hand knitting, hand crocheting or hand lace making, which can be used for frames of various sizes due to its easy stretchability. By reinforcing the thread used for handicraft in places, by purposefully compressing the stitches in those places that are to be stretched over a larger circumference, the desired elasticity can be achieved, so that on the one hand an exact adjustment or fastening of the handicraft is completely unnecessary, on the other hand Umbrella is suitable for shipping in a space-saving manner without a frame, without having to fear that it will not fit onto any frame that is already at the destination.
