Breithalter für Webstühle.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf Breithaltevorrichtungen, bei denen an beiden
Seiten des Webstuhles Walzen drehbar angeordnet sind, die an ihrem Umfang mit Gewinde versehen sind.
Die Anordnung von Walzen mit Gewinde gleicher Ganghöhe ist bekannt. Neu ist die Anordnung eines Gewindes mit vom Rande des Gewebes gegen die Mitte abnehmender Ganghöhe ; es wird hiedurch der Vorteil gegenüber den bekannten Vorrichtungen erzielt, dass das Gewebe am Rande, wo es am stärksten einspringt, am meisten gestreckt wird. Das Gewinde wird vorteilhaft als steilwinkliges Trapezgewinde ausgeführt.
Die Einwirkung des Gewindes auf das Gewebe kann durch eingefräste Rillen, die vorteilhaft senkrecht zu den Gewindegängen verlaufen, verstärkt werden ; bei entsprechend dichter Anordnung der Rillen können schraubenförmig verlaufende Spitzen gebildet werden. Bei Anbringung solcher Einfräsungen an Walzen mit Gewinde verschiedener Steigung werden diese vorteilhaft am äusseren groben Gewindeteil angeordnet und reichen zirka 2 cm vom Rand gegen die Mitte.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Breithalter für Webstühle, bestehend aus Walzen, die mit Gewinde versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Steigung am Rande des Gewebes am grössten ist und gegen die Mitte zu kleiner wird.

The object of the invention relates to spreader devices in which on both

The arrangement of rollers with threads of the same pitch is known. What is new is the arrangement of a thread with a pitch decreasing from the edge of the fabric towards the center; this has the advantage over the known devices that the tissue is stretched the most at the edge where it jumps in the most. The thread is advantageously designed as a steep-angled trapezoidal thread.
The effect of the thread on the tissue can be increased by milled grooves, which advantageously run perpendicular to the threads; with a correspondingly close arrangement of the grooves, helical tips can be formed. When such millings are made on rollers with threads of different pitch, they are advantageously arranged on the outer coarse thread part and extend about 2 cm from the edge towards the center.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Spreaders for looms, consisting of rollers which are provided with a thread, characterized in that their pitch is greatest at the edge of the fabric and becomes too small towards the center.
